The article shows the diverse interest of researchers in the notion of "discourse" in connection with the
relevance of developing linguistic theories for studying the Internet, cognitive categories, variability and
hypertextuality as internal features of discourse.
"Information communication technologies" in English language
Annotation. The article discusses the use of the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning)
methodology in the teaching of the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies" in English. The
use of this technology in polylingual groups is most appropriate, since the CLIL pursues two goals, namely, the
study of the subject through a foreign language, and a foreign language through the taught subject.
Integrability is determined by the fundamental nature of ICT and the nature of the basic objects of its
study; the ability to work with information refers to general educational skills. Teaching ICT in English allows
students to look at English from an information point of view.
To assimilate the material, the already existing knowledge of students in the user aspect is reinforced,
relying on the basic concepts of ICT and competence in the field of informatics, expanding the literacy skills of
ICT tools and English-language software, enriching vocabulary in English, forming orientation skills in the
English interface of applied and office programs ..

The present article deals with the multivariate methods of interpersonal communication in the context of
the global informatization of society through the means of Internet communication. Also, the article notes the
associated processes of social and cultural changes in society, the trend towards the diffusion of values, the

In the article proposed by the reader, questions of forming communicative competences of primary school students are considered. The factors that influence the success of their formation are singled out. The results of studying communicative actions of younger schoolchildren are described. The theoretical basis for studying communicative universal actions among younger schoolchildren is also presented, which is a part of the development process and is conditioned by a complex of socio-psychological and individual psychological characteristics of the child.

Annotation: Development of a communicative competence of a child is a crucial task of educational process of preschool institution. The article describes the problem of communicative competence of preschool children. At the preschool age, the main task of the teacher is to educate an all-around intellectually developed and communicatively competent person.
Annotation: This article considers the features of formation process of communication skills of children of 5–6 year old in the kindergarten. The author notes that, in the formation of communication skills of children of 5–6 year old, there is a need for situational and business cooperation with a peer. The content of communication becomes a joint game activity, in parallel there is a need for recognition and respect for a peer. Expansion of the circle of communication requires the child to fully master the means of communication, the main of which is speech. The child's activity also requires the fast development of speech and makes the speech more diverse and complicated. The development of speech goes in several ways: improving its practical use in communicating with other people and at the same time it becomes the basis for the restructuring of mental processes, an instrument of thinking. Also, the ability to communicate is formed in vivo and is the result of social experience.

Annotation: Each people has a certain identity. It is not only the national language, traditions and clothing. This is a way of thinking, a national character inherent in this people. Examining the mentioned above in this paper, we have determined the role of the national character in intercultural communication.
