The concept of school socially-psychological service of a family

Annotation: The article presents the results of researching a problem of the organisation in educational institution of
the complex socially-psychological family help. On the basis of the analysis of the empirical data the attempt to
reveal mechanisms of development of family ability to normal functioning is undertaken, the article defines the
maintenance and an activity orientation of school socially-psychological service of psychological support and a
psychological family support service of each schoolboy.

The concept of school socially-psychological service of a family

Annotation: The article presents the results of researching a problem of the organisation in educational institution of
the complex socially-psychological family help. Based on the analysis of empirical data, an attempt was made to
disclose the mechanisms of development of the family's ability to function normally, to determine the content and
direction of the activity of the school psychological service in the psychological support of the student's family.

Annotation: The article considers the influence of the family's marriage experience on the structure of family dysfunction. Research has been carried out to identify the relationship between marriage experience and family dysfunction, on the basis of which the analysis of results and conclusions on the experiment are presented.

Evaluation of biological science component of the functional literacy of secondary school students

Annotation: The article presents the results of a study of the functional literacy of students in biology of grades 9th. The methodology for assessing the functional literacy of 15-year-old students of the international PISA program is used. Approbation was conducted with the test tasks of different level of complexity for an assessment of natural-science functional literacy. The results of the research showed that in the process of preparing students for the exam it is necessary to conduct systematic work directly with the test tasks and at the same time to develop and strengthen knowledge and skills of the basic level.

The author has made an attempt to identify and organize internal and external factors that influence the innovative development of water transport of the Ukraine, that increase the efficiency of its operation under current conditions.

Biotechnological approaches in making new meat products

Annotation: This paper presents a biotechnological approach of making a meat product in order to create a new domestic product. As the result of the study, prescription composition of the meat product with a cereal component was developed. Components comprise raw materials of domestic production, which allows to increase the level of nutritional balance of the product. The prescription composition includes secondary raw materials, and that allows manufacturers of processing industries to use non-waste production. This characteristic has been achieved due to the know-how. Secondary raw materials have nutritional value, but because of its features (coarse fibers) they are poorly digest by the body. The developed know-how ensures that these fibers are transformed into easily digestible form, giving the product special characteristics, which are described based on the results of nutritional value of the newly developed type of product. The developed new product allows to expand the range of meat products on the market.

Formation and development of the educational system in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Annotation: The article deals with the basic concepts of the formation and development of higher education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As well as the policies of redistribution of responsibilities of management in higher education system and its gradual decentralization that will not only distribute power and responsibility, but also introduce a more democratic form of government. Expand the autonomy institutions of higher education and ensure active public participation in the management of higher education institutions and the quality of its educational programs.
One of the fundamental factors is to attract students to identify the competencies of employers, academic
communities, graduates. Learning objectives at the same time should be determined in accordance with the
professional requirements of the labor market.
