The article is devoted to determining the features of the influence of computer games on independent learning English by students. Among them, we can highlight an entertaining type of computer games that does not imply exercises in English, but really helps students learn it. Computer games support interest in learning English, give them the opportunity to learn at their own pace to understand English by perception, read correctly, speak fluently English, and remember the necessary English words. The results of the survey reflect the opinion of young people about the effectiveness of this method of learning a foreign language.

The main emphasis is placed on the semantic spheres represented by the meanings of words in the language. The authors conclude how much is the culture of a nation, its folklore, literature, science, fine art, historical experience, and religion is rich, so the concept sphere of the people is richer. In addition, the concept sphere of a person is a field of knowledge made up of concepts as its units. There are reflected the sources of the conceptual unit of ideas from which the world view of the language speaker is formed. The article analyzes the main trends of concepts that form the concept sphere, which enter into correlating relationships, hierarchies with other concepts by their individual characteristics.The specific nature of the system relations of concepts requires research, but the General principle of systematicity undoubtedly applies to the national conceptual sphere, as thinking itself presupposes the categorization of thought objects, and categorization presupposes the ordering of its objects.The article summarizes the conceptual system, which should be considered in terms of mental representations, mental lexicon, and the language of thought that are part of it. The term «cognitive space» also defines an individual cognitive space – a structured set of knowledge and ideas that has any lingual person, every speaker. In their work, the authors highlight the collective cognitive space, represented by a structured set of knowledge and ideas that must be possessed by all individuals belonging to a particul ar society. Attention is paid to the distinction between the concept sphere and the semantic space of the language. According to the authors’opinions, the concept sphere presupposes the existence of a mental sphere. The mental sphere consists of concepts that exist in the form of concepts, diagrams, gestalts, mental pictures, frames, scenarios. The semantic space of a language is that part of the concept sphere that is expressed by means of language signs. The semantic space of language is the subject of co gnitive linguistics research due to the fact that most of the conceptosphere of the human ethnos is represented within the semantic space of language.

The research explores the scientific approach to the concept and essence of the forensic characteristics of crimes, the concept’s formation history, and also draws attention to the role and place of this scientific category in the theory of modern forensic science. The article emphasizes that the forensic characteristic, which is an independent element of a private forensic methodology for investigating crimes, is one of the basic concepts of forensic theory and practice. The author notes that the phrase “forensic characteristics of crimes” should be understood as an ordinary data system on the elements of certain types of crimes and their mechanisms. Concerning specific crimes, it is necessary to consider the issue of the forensic information system for a specific offence, which is reduced to the subject of the investigation. The article emphasizes the importance of the category of “forensic characteristics of a crime” for countering novel criminal offences, among which the author highlights cybercrime. There is no doubt that this concept of the forensic characteristics of crimes is capable of investigating the main practical goals, including new elements of criminal offences, along with the solution of scientific tasks for the disclosure, investigation and prevention of crimes. The article provides a brief overview of works related to the issues of phraseology in English and Kazakh. The work was based on general scientific methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis. The work with the collected card index of stable expressions was carried out by the method of continuous sampling, using the descriptive-analytical method. Using the comparative-comparative method, national-specific and universal features of zoonyms in English and Kazakh languages were determined. The material of the research was a card index of phraseological units of the English and Kazakh languages (more than 160 units) which were selected using the method of continuous sampling from phraseological dictionaries of the English and Kazakh languages. When analyzing the authors of the article relied on materials from phraseological dictionaries in English and Kazakh languages. In the course of the analysis, groups of phraseological units were identified and their differences and similarities in the compared languages were identified, as well as their national and cultural specificity, based on the action of universal cultural codes; the national and cultural specificity of zoonyms is determined by a number of extralinguistic factors: the location of the country, the living conditions of the people, their customs and traditions, history, religion and socio-political structure. All this secures national-specific connotation to zoonyms and determines their productivity. The results of the study showed that through the prism of axiology, an analysis of English and Kazakh stable combinations with the "dog" component, reflecting the paradigm of values (general cultural and national-cultural) and anti-values of the corresponding ethnic communities, was presented, as well as universal values representing at the intercultural level. In the article, the object of research is the telecommunications industry of the info communication services market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Despite the fact that the structure of the communications and telecommunications market of the republic has changed significantly for the better in recent years, the development of various segments of the industry has diverse regularities that form quite definite trends that determine the prospect of their development. In this regard, the aim of the research was the analysis of the state of the telecommunications industry of Kazakhstan, identification of the main players in the industry, identification of tendencies and regularities of development of its segments. As a scientific tool for solving the problem set in the article, a set of methods of statistical and analytical analysis was used, on the basis of which the main provisions of the analysis, problems and tendencies of development are justified and illustrated. It should be noted that the market of information and communication services of the Republic of Kazakhstan is characterized by a state presence, the essence of which is manifested both in the use of tools that form structural and technological shifts in the development of market industries, and support for its development in priority areas that determine the competitiveness of the market of the state, as a whole. One of these tools in the development of the information and communication sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the state program “Digital Kazakhstan”. The development of the market is accompanied by the emergence of new players in it from the technology sector, and as a result, increase of the competition for consumer through the expansion of the range of services, improving their quality and pricing policy. As a result of competition, a pool of leading operators has been formed in the sphere of telecommunications services in the republic, whose activity already go beyond the national framework. At the same time, the infrastructure of the industry, which is characterized by the dominance of analog data transmission system and the underdevelopment of digital and satellite infrastructure, still needs to be improved. Taking into account the forecasts of rapid growth in the near future in the global market of mobile telecommunications services, this will require both from operators and from the state, in general, modernization of the existing telecommunications infrastructure, as one of the important factors of Kazakhstan’s entry into the global information space.

These resources and opportunities in economics have traditionally been identified with macro-economic (economic growth, inflation, exchange rates, government support) and institutional parameters (regulatory framework, transaction costs). The influence of the quality of economic space on economic security of business through the evaluation of opportunities that are tied to the specifics of the economic space is the least researched, including in our country. In this case, according to the latest research in the field of economic geography, economic space acts as a structure-forming platform that can form local markets, with intensive interaction of business agents. The purpose of this study is ensuring of economic security by building business networks in a single economic space. The research area focuses on indicators that characterize economic space, which are successfully used in international practice to determine the quality of economic space. The realization of this approach requires the use of traditional methods of scientific research, such as analysis, comparison, graphical method for visualizing obtained results, which allows determining the agglomeration zone and the space of business networks in it. When considering economic space in relation to building a business network in improving business security, main focus is on the quality of economic space that the region has. The proposed methods of evaluating the quality of economic space are actively used to determine the possibility of building business networks in this space. The authors conclude that business networks play a crucial role in improving the economic security of business in a particular economic space. The set of proposed measures provides additional opportunities and increases the influence of economic space on business security and creates the zone of maximum external security

The money is needed for settlements with suppliers and contractors, for making payments to the budget, for issuing salaries, bonuses to employees, and for making other types of payments. The meaning of the organization of funds is to effectively manage the cash flows of an economic entity on the basis of data obtained from the results of the analysis of cash flows for a certain period of time and accounting data. Information support is a system of information and methods of its processing that allow us to assess the real state of an industrial enterprise and identify factors that contribute to improving the effectiveness of management decisions. In these conditions, it becomes inevitable to improve the information support for accounting and auditing of funds. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of accounting and auditing of funds at industrial enterprises by improving information support. The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, graphical method for visualizing the results obtained. For any enterprise, it is necessary that there is enough money at the beginning of the production cycle, and at the end their growth is ensured. With such business management, a constant turnover of funds will be ensured, which will provide the enterprise with an influx of funds, and will make it possible to carry out activities in other areas (investment or financial) at the expense of the money generated by the main activity. In a market economy, it is necessary to proceed from the principle that the skillful use of funds brings additional income to the enterprise, and, therefore, the enterprise should constantly think about the rational investment of temporarily free funds to make a profit. The authors analyzed the cash flow by type of activity on the basis of financial statements, and developed recommendations for solving the problems of accounting and auditing of funds, which are aimed at improving cash flow management, which will allow an industrial enterprise to achieve its goals and plans as much as possible.

During this period, high-quality protein nutrition occupies an important place, which determines the level of productivity, stable growth, reproductive ability of the bird, as well as the state of health during the feeding period. Protein deficiency always remains an urgent problem for agricultural land, whose main activity is aimed at breeding dairy and meat animals. In this regard, research in the field of finding the use of non-traditional protein feed is of great need. If we summarize the modern achievements in the field of protein and aminoacid nutrition of poultry, we can find the most profitable way to obtain feed additives in industrial production. In diesem Zusammenhang hat der Autor in diesem Artikel ein aktuelles Problem behandelt, das in der Entwicklung elektronischer Lehrmittel liegt und eine der aktuellen und vielversprechenden Richtungen der Informatisierung des Bildungsprozesses ist. Es wurden die Arbeiten von Wissenschaftlern S.S. Sysoeva, V.M. Kuharenko, A.I. Bashmakova, T.I. Koval, E.S. Polat, A.Y. Uvarova, P.I. Serdjukow, A.A. Andreev analysiert. Diese Arbeiten enthalten Anforderungen an die Entwicklung elektronischer Lehrmittel. Nach der Analyse beschrieb der Autor die Entwicklungsschritte von elektronischen Lernprogrammen, die Prinzipien, denen sie entsprechen sollten, und führte eine Liste der Module an, aus denen das elektronische Lernprogramm bestehen sollte. Aus der vorhandenen Vielfalt an Softwarekomplexen hebt der Autor CourseLab, Smart Builder, MOS Solo, Google Sites, iSpring Suite, TurboSite, Adobe Animate, HTML5 hervor. Die Entwicklung von elektronischen Lehrmitteln für die vom Autor des Artikels vorgestellte Technologie und deren anschließende Anwendung im Bildungsprozess wird dazu beitragen, die Lehr- und kognitive Aktivität der Lernenden auf einem effizienteren Niveau zu organisieren. Zweck: beschreibung der Technologie zur Entwicklung von elektronischen Lernprogrammen unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Anforderungen. Methoden: der Artikel verwendete Methoden zur Analyse, Synthese und Abzug. Die Analyse der Anforderungen und Prinzipien für die Entwicklung elektronischer Lernprogramme basiert auf einer deskriptiven und analytischen Methode. Ergebnisse und ihre Bedeutung: das praktische Ergebnis der vorgeschlagenen Technologie war das entwickelte elektronische Lernprogramm «Entwicklung mobiler Anwendungen».
