The reasons of origins of deviant behavior in the teenage by examples of technical and professional education

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the causes of deviant behavior in the formation and development of the individual student teenager in technical and vocational education, the authors offer recommendations for college’s psychologists. In this paper we study the causes of deviant behavior among adolescents identified the following socio -psychological factors stabilizing behavior: the role of the family, spiritual and moral traditions, the internal psychological state of a teenager, his attitude toward the world.

In this article it is considered different definitions to “maternity” concept as well as moral and psychological aspects of students training for maternity which mean human perception of the whole set of requirements, duties, social standards of behavior. This training is oriented to increasing of responsibility of students before family life, social prestige of maternity, psychological readiness of students for maternity, obtaining succinct knowledge. The level of psychological readiness for maternity is determined by the combined effect of positive and negative factors influence by the moment when a woman becomes a mother.

Body heating automatic control system №1 Innovative University of Eurasia
Annotation:

The paper presents the thermal design of the building heating system of a four educational building № 1 Eurasian innovative university.Data are presented for the period from 1 December to 28 February for three seasons: 2013–2014, 2014–2015, 2015–2016 years. On the basis of the actual thermal design graphics and design of heat were built in the period from 1.12. at 28.02 for three seasons (2013-2014,2014-2015, 2015-2016 years). In these graphs clearly visible difference between the two values. According to calculation, the average difference was 13.02 % of the actual heat consumption.

Psуchological and pedagogical bases of the spirituall and moral education of preschool children
Annotation:

In the article questions of spiritual and moral education of children of younger age and necessity of activization of personality formation of the preschool child in this direction are considered. The author notes the interaction between the preschool institution and familу. Not only the teachers of kindergartens, but parents themselves should remember the importance of developing spirituality. In the spiritual and moral education the primary role is played by the example of relatives, specific facts from the life of family members. Attention is focused on the fact that children should have good examples to follow, because children act in different situations in the same way as the older members of their family do. Emphasizes the importance of arranging life in a family in such a way to fill the needs of both the material and spiritual and moral needs.

Structure of World Model Formed by Commercial Television Advertising (a case of study of “Pervyy kanal “Eurasia”)
Annotation:

The article presents an analysis of an Advertising World Model through a description of spatio-temporal and subject-object characteristics of the World Model, formed by Commercial Television Advertising. For the description of an Advertising World Model, the authors have conducted a content analysis of commercials broadcasted at “Pervyy kanal “Eurasia.” According to the authors, by impressing specific values, the advertisement thereby promotes a certain way of life. The authors consider advertising as a means of manipulating the mass consciousness. The paper presents an analysis of manipulation of needs; “spiritual” manipulation – generation of certain ideals and values; intellectual manipulation; feeling manipulation, etc.

Interaction of ethnicity and language on the example of the concept of "smell" In Russian lingvoculture
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of "smell" in Russian linguoculture. Each culture has its own specific smells, which are dominant for the bearers of a particular culture and become the identification marks of the ethnos, helping to convey the beauty and depth of the language. The article deals with phraseological units expressing the attitude of different cultures to smells, characterizing through the smell the personality of a person, its behavior, actions, age, state of health. The author of the article notes that smells have culturally relevant values.

Ethnolinguistic significance of comparing human character with nature in Kazakh and English
Annotation:

Main problem: It is well known that the development of language in society, the development of speech, the formation of personality largely depends on the interaction of people. Therefore, they develop depending on the specifics of each nation and are one of the values that people have accumulated over the centuries. Comparison of human behavior with nature in English and Kazakh languages describes the spiritual life of each nation. It defines the national feelings, national behavior, national customs and traditions. Purpose: Comparative analysis of the values of the Kazakh and English peoples occupies a special place in the culture and language, the essence and content of which are indelible. This is a fount of cultural and historical life of the people, the spiritual value of the nation, such qualities as prudence and kindness. Methods: This article describes the ethnolinguistic foundations for comparing human character and nature in English and Kazakh. In cultural linguistics and cognitive linguistics, the concept of behavior is studied as an image of the world formed in the consciousness of an ethnic group. Based on the definition of the concept of behavior, the authors describe the manifestations of behavior in the national consciousness, the system of national thinking, beliefs, attitudes. It is noted that the formation of the behavior of unrelated Kazakhs and Englishmen depends on their geographic environment, nomadic lifestyle and behavior. Results and their significance: The phraseological units of the two languages used in this study clearly to show the characteristics of each nation. It is shown that forecasting natural phenomena for both peoples is closely related to their life, economy, occupation and plays an important role in people's lives.

Introducing studentsto the system of national values
Annotation:

The preservation and enhancement of national values – this is the main goal of the work on the implementation of the program"Rukhanizhangyru". Program "Rukhanizhangyru" is a new stage in thehistorical development of modern Kazakhstan. Modernization of the public consciousness of each individual involves the revision of young people's attitude to themselves in order to achieve success in professional activities and consolidate their competitiveness. At the same time, it is important to preserve all the positive experience that has accumulated over the centuries, the characteristics of the people and the country, and education plays a system-forming role in this process. Today, in Kazakhstan and Russia, there is an acute issue of promoting values in the student environment, developing a sense of belonging to the present and past of the Motherland, responsibility for its future, but the potential of the educational space in the implementation of this process is not fully revealed. In the conditions of the changed educational space of these States, the process of forming a new generation of socially active, responsible for the development and preservation of spiritual values of young citizens who have all the values put forward by the States is relevant. The Purpose of this article is to study, analyze and generalize domestic and foreign experiences in the issues of introducing students to the system of national values, revealing the potential of the educational environment in promoting values in the youth environment and strengthening its competitiveness. Methods: methods such as analysis, generalization,and comparison are used, they allowed to reveal the depth and relevance of the problem within the educational space. Results and their significance: domestic and foreign experience in introducing students to the system of national values is Studied and generalized. Socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive educational system
Annotation:

Main problem: Today, the opinion about inclusion as the most progressive (in comparison with integration) approach is being strengthened among the society, which allows any child, regardless of the type and severity of the disorder, to learn with their normatively developing peers. The introduction of inclusive approaches into school practice can be called one of the top priorities of the state educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Inclusive education will help to resolve the contradiction between the legally guaranteed rights of children with disabilities to equal access to quality education and the de facto inequality in its implementation. Inclusion must be systematic and focused, not spontaneous. Therefore, it is optimal to teach a child with disabilities within the framework of the system of continuous general education. The creation and effective functioning of this system is impossible without a trained teacher, who is a key figure in the implementation of inclusive education. Purpose: Substantiation and disclosure of the contradiction between the guaranteed right of children with IAD and equal access to quality education for the socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive education. Methods: in the course of the research, descriptive, systematization and analytical methods were used in the application of theoretical concepts, government programs, and legislative acts in inclusive education. Results and their importance: The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of an alternative to the classroom-based organization of the educational process for the progressive development of children with IAD, which allows them to study harmoniously, regardless of the type and severity of the violation, together with their normatively developing peers. The given pedagogical observation is the obtained practical result of this study. The development of the system of class-based organization of the educational process for children with IAD in educational institutions is aimed at forming an effective system for ensuring the comprehensive development of inclusive education.

Creating a development plan for students of a children's and youth football school
Annotation:

This scientific and practical article is devoted to the analysis of the results of an experiment aimed at psychological and pedagogical support of the process of building a project for the development of the inner world of a player of a children's and youth football team of the professional football club "Lviv" from the Ukrainian city of Lviv. A special feature of the psychological and pedagogical support for designing the development of the student's psyche is the use of the paradigm of the language of the theory of activity in the version of the Moscow methodological and pedagogical circle (MMPC), using the language of schematic images and the pyramid of subjectivity, explaining the path of formation of human mental mechanisms in the unity of cognitive, emotive and conative processes, starting from the vital level of their development to the level of spirituality. Another feature of the article is that the presentation of methods and techniques does not occur in a separate part of it, but in the process of describing the steps of designing a development plan that is formed for absolutely all professional athletes who have the acmeological potential of professionalization in football. It is presented in the form of 11 steps to create an individual trajectory of the player's development. In each of these steps, it is important that the coaches and the player participate with their parents, representatives of the club, which has its own component in terms of the volume and quality of the efforts required on their part. The article reveals the first of the 4 steps of creating a reasonable player development plan. For example, we consider working with one of the players. The content of this particular illustration is a very illustrative and demonstrative example. It is assumed that a series of articles in this publication will reveal the topic of student development management, which will include both scientific and theoretical and review types of works. The next article will be a continuation of this one in terms of demonstrating the success of implementing this particular development plan by the example of several players from a team consisting of 22 players who have been trained in a similar way, i.e. using methodological criteria for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of thinking, sensory-motivational and volitional characteristics of players by football club coaches.

The place and role of the teacher in the system of activities
Annotation:

The ideas of accelerated disclosure of the spiritual, intellectual and professional potential of a person have always been occupied by scientists and teachers (Ya.A. Komensky, K.D. Ushinsky, V.A. Sukhomlinsky, Ya. Korchak, A.S. Makarenko, A. Kunanbayev, Y. Altynsarin and others). Modern innovative teachers are guided by a personality-oriented approach, the ideas of subject-subject relations, and generational cooperation. Georgian teacher Sh. A. Amonashvili wrote: «humanitarian pedagogy perceives the child by his nature. He sees the infinity of the child, understands his cosmic quality and prepares him for the service of humanity throughout his life. It establishes the personality of the child through the determination of his will and builds pedagogical systems, the procedural of which predetermines love, optimism and high spiritual morality. Humanitarian pedagogical thinking seeks to take on something enormous, and this is the power of educational systems and processes that have arisen in its bowels». In order to realize the value of self-disclosure of innovative abilities of students, ensuring the role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize the intellectual reflexive mechanism of a person as the main subject of Education. The purpose of the article is to identify innovative methods and models of pedagogical activity for the cultivation of innovative abilities of students, which determine the development of the country. Features of voluntary refusal depending on the construction of the corpus delicti
Annotation:

In recent years, the Republic of Kazakhstan has maintained an ambiguous criminal situation, and there is an increase in certain types of crimes, against the background of the overall positive dynamics of decline. Special attention of criminologists has recently been attracted to the study of crimes in the family and household sphere, and crimes committed in the sphere of religious and spiritual relations, since both of these types are showing increasing prevalence. Therefore, considering such an important institution as a «voluntary refusal», it would be advisable to consider them from the perspective of the offenses we have named, especially since countering them is one of the main directions of state criminal policy. In general, the study of the institution of voluntary refusal to commit an offense is based not only on coercive measures, but also on incentive measures, which means the opportunity to correct the behavior of the offender until the end of the illegal act. The purpose of this scientific article is to study the features of voluntary refusal to commit a criminal offense in crimes committed in the sphere of religious, spiritual and family-household relations, taking into account practice and making recommendations for improving regulations of a criminal nature. The leading methodological tools of the scientific article are dialectical, phenomenological, synergetic and systematic approaches of scientific cognition. Before proceeding to the analysis of the concept of voluntary refusal, it should be noted that the norms about it are far from perfect. There is no unambiguous understanding of the signs of voluntary refusal among scientists, which complicates law enforcement practice. One of the most important tasks of any scientific research is the development of scientific concepts. The consolidation of such concepts in legislation is an effective way to establish a uniform understanding of the norms, a clear idea of their content and, as a result, an increase in the effectiveness of the impact of criminal law in the process of legal regulation. However, these concepts themselves do not reflect reality like contemplation or representation, they are closer to the essence of the phenomenon. The article concludes that the essential features of the concept itself somewhat narrow the objective reality. But, at the same time, the correct identification of the main features in the concept is an important task of scientific research.

Criminal Legal Characteristics of Subjects of Crimes Against Morality
Annotation:

The main problem is the relevance of the research topic. The history of the development of civilization shows that law and morality as components of the spiritual culture of society are organically linked to each other. The legal system of any state enshrines the moral requirements and moral principles that are vital for the whole society. When creating norms or improving them, the legislator must take into account the state of the public moral culture of the population so that the laws being developed are fair and perceived by members of society. Purpose: The purpose of the study is the further theoretical development of a set of criminal law issues related to determining the place of morality in the system of objects of criminal law protection, their role in the system of measures to combat crime, as well as the development on this basis of proposals and recommendations for improving criminal legislation regulating liability for attacks on public morality. Methods: Methodology and methodology of the study. The methodological basis of the study was made up of: generally recognized methods of scientific research of the phenomena of reality in their interrelation and interdependence both at the theoretical level (systemic, comparative legal, formal legal, historical methods of analysis, etc.) and at the empirical level (statistical analysis, questionnaires, research of documents, printed publications); the main provisions of the theory of criminal law, ethics, philosophy, psychology; rules of formal logic. The results and their significance: The stated circumstances, as well as the lack of elaboration and discussion of most of the provisions related to the modern legal regulation of crimes against public morality and their qualifications, determined the choice of the research topic. Crimes against morality are mostly committed intentionally. For example, involvement in prostitution, the organization of brothels for prostitution or maintenance, as well as other types of criminal acts directed against humanity (morality), are committed with direct intent. A person who organizes and maintains brothels for prostitution is aware that he is doing this for profit. Among the crimes committed against humanity (morality), animal abuse is committed mainly out of hooligan motives.
