Сriterial evaluation at the geographical lessons in the facilities of updates of the content of education

Annotation:

An integral part of updating the content of education is the system for assessing the achievement of expected results by students. In the mainstream of these issues, the article describes the experience of applying formative and summative assessment to geography lessons, examines the main types of criterial evaluation, the advantages of introducing them into the system of updating secondary education. A new system of criteria-based assessment for Kazakhstan is aimed at developing a student, increasing its interest and motivation for learning.
