Psychological aspects of interethnic interaction in a military collective in the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the article peculiarities of manifestation of psychological aspects of interethnic interaction in the
military collective are considered. The base of the research was the border guard service in separate
subdivisions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Issues related to socio-psychological interaction were studied, various types of relations in military
collectives were considered, conclusions were drawn and suggestions were put forward for creating effective
communication.
