The main problem: the article shows the importance of organizing an elective course in the section "electricity and magnetism" for profile training of students of the 10th grade of general secondary school. Since the topic is not fully mastered in the Allotted Hours in physics, the organization of an elective course is an urgent problem. These elective courses to some extent help the future graduate in choosing a profession, help to enter the University, deepening his knowledge.
