Pedagogical conditions of personality-oriented technology training use in proffesional education

Pedagogical conditions to use a learner-centered learning technology in the vocational education of students based on the work experience of the Agrotechnical University in training future specialists of different educational systems are considered in the article. The organization of students’ learning activity based on learner-centered learning technology application has a significant influence on students’ personality development in the vocational education of students. The analysis of famous scientists’ concepts in this field as well as the analysis of traditional and modern paradigms in education is presented in the article. These directions make a contribution to determination of positive pedagogical conditions for a learner-centered learning technology.

Tactical features of the use of special expertise in the investigation of human trafficking
Annotation:

Main problem: This study is devoted to the study of the problems of using special expertise in the investigation of crimes related to human trafficking. The use of specialized expertise is an integral element in the system of investigative actions carried out in cases of human trafficking. In this study, the authors consider the features of the production of forensic examinations in the investigation of crimes related to human trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the study, the authors consider the most typical types of forensic examinations that are conducted in criminal cases of human trafficking. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, as well as the survey of practitioners engaged in the fight against human trafficking and the analysis of criminal cases of human trafficking, practical recommendations for criminal prosecution authorities on the most effective conduct of forensic examinations in criminal cases of this category are proposed. The purpose of this study: to study the tactical features of the production of forensic examinations in the investigation of human trafficking, as well as the features of the use of special expertise. Methods: The methodological basis of this study is the dialectical method of cognition of social and legal phenomena, as well as system-structural, comparative-legal, logical-theoretical and private scientific methods of study. To achieve the objectivity of the research results, these methods were applied comprehensively. Results and their significance: The use of forensic expertise in the investigation of human trafficking is essential for the detection and investigation of these crimes. The study notes that the following types of forensic examinations are among the most common in the investigation of this category of criminal cases: medical examination, biological examination, handwriting examination, phonoscopic examination and odorological examination. The subject of the investigation must carefully understand the tactical features of the production of certain forensic examinations. The practical recommendations proposed by the authors of the study on the appointment and production of forensic examinations considered in the study are important for the successful investigation of the facts of human trafficking, but at the same time they have a recommendatory value and can be modified taking into account the specifics of a particular criminal case.

Socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive educational system
Annotation:

Main problem: Today, the opinion about inclusion as the most progressive (in comparison with integration) approach is being strengthened among the society, which allows any child, regardless of the type and severity of the disorder, to learn with their normatively developing peers. The introduction of inclusive approaches into school practice can be called one of the top priorities of the state educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Inclusive education will help to resolve the contradiction between the legally guaranteed rights of children with disabilities to equal access to quality education and the de facto inequality in its implementation. Inclusion must be systematic and focused, not spontaneous. Therefore, it is optimal to teach a child with disabilities within the framework of the system of continuous general education. The creation and effective functioning of this system is impossible without a trained teacher, who is a key figure in the implementation of inclusive education. Purpose: Substantiation and disclosure of the contradiction between the guaranteed right of children with IAD and equal access to quality education for the socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive education. Methods: in the course of the research, descriptive, systematization and analytical methods were used in the application of theoretical concepts, government programs, and legislative acts in inclusive education. Results and their importance: The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of an alternative to the classroom-based organization of the educational process for the progressive development of children with IAD, which allows them to study harmoniously, regardless of the type and severity of the violation, together with their normatively developing peers. The given pedagogical observation is the obtained practical result of this study. The development of the system of class-based organization of the educational process for children with IAD in educational institutions is aimed at forming an effective system for ensuring the comprehensive development of inclusive education.

Carrying out the demercurization of heavy metals (mercury) using the Denite immobilizer and its effect on the soil
Annotation:

On the territory of the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar in the area of the industrial wastewater reservoir «Bylkyldak» in some areas of the earth there is soil contamination with mercury, exceeding the MPC for mercury (2.1 mg/kg) by 500 times. The total mass of mercury dispersed in the surface layer of soils is 2.8 tons. The mass of contaminated soil is approximately 208,000 tons. Pollution of the territory is historical. The purpose of the article is to determine the efficiency of chemical binding (immobilization) of mercury in the soil with the Japanese drug Denite® in real field conditions of the territory of mercury contamination in the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar using an experimental study; to determine the stability of insoluble mercury compounds formed by the preparation at extreme winter and summer temperatures and seasonal fluctuations in open ground. Soil samples were taken for the study at 11 points in the centers of mercury pollution. Laboratory studies were carried out in an accredited analytical laboratory of the Testing Center of JSC Caustic. Soil samples were treated with Denite®, the preparations obtained were stabilized, and water extracts were prepared. The content of mercury in soils, extracts from them, and plants was determined by the atomic absorption method on a RA-915+ spectrometer equipped with RP-91 and RP-91S attachments. As a result of research, the effectiveness of Denite® in the chemical binding of mercury in the soil has been proven and its optimal dosages have been determined. As a result of the positive tests of the technology of chemical immobilization of mercury, the prospect of a practical solution to the issue of demercurization of mercury-contaminated soil on the territory of the Northern industrial zone appeared.

Basic Moral and Conceptual Guidelines for Educational and Pedagogical Activities

Main problem: humane pedagogical thinking seeks to embrace the immensity, and this is the strength of educational systems and processes born in its bowels. To actualize the value of self-disclosure of students’ innovative abilities with the accompanying, providing role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize a one’s intellectual reflective mechanism as the main subject of education. Developed reflexive abilities are a logical condition for a person to independently overcome all sorts of difficulties in life and activity. Purpose: understanding and formalization of the “golden principles” of socio-natural thinking and activity of a human as a biological organism. Methods: the method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete, the method of transforming specific images of objects based on their abstract essence, the speculative language of schematic representation of a thought. Results and their significance: considering a high dynamics of technological changes in the world of activity, we accept the reflective ability for self-education as the main means to independently discover certain professional abilities necessary in life. This means that, first of all, students must learn how to learn, i.e. learn to think independently, critically perceive and transform the received information into knowledge, pose their own questions, offer a range of answers, logically formulate and coordinate different points of view, build knowledge together with others. Innovative methods and models of pedagogical activity encourage students’ innovative abilities which cause innovative and technological development of a country.

The place and role of the teacher in the system of activities
Annotation:

The ideas of accelerated disclosure of the spiritual, intellectual and professional potential of a person have always been occupied by scientists and teachers (Ya.A. Komensky, K.D. Ushinsky, V.A. Sukhomlinsky, Ya. Korchak, A.S. Makarenko, A. Kunanbayev, Y. Altynsarin and others). Modern innovative teachers are guided by a personality-oriented approach, the ideas of subject-subject relations, and generational cooperation. Georgian teacher Sh. A. Amonashvili wrote: «humanitarian pedagogy perceives the child by his nature. He sees the infinity of the child, understands his cosmic quality and prepares him for the service of humanity throughout his life. It establishes the personality of the child through the determination of his will and builds pedagogical systems, the procedural of which predetermines love, optimism and high spiritual morality. Humanitarian pedagogical thinking seeks to take on something enormous, and this is the power of educational systems and processes that have arisen in its bowels». In order to realize the value of self-disclosure of innovative abilities of students, ensuring the role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize the intellectual reflexive mechanism of a person as the main subject of Education. The purpose of the article is to identify innovative methods and models of pedagogical activity for the cultivation of innovative abilities of students, which determine the development of the country. The study used methods such as analysis, generalization, synthesis, modeling of scientific sources.

Innovative Approaches to Revealing the Intellectual and Professional Abilities of Special Children
Annotation:

Discovering the intellectual and professional abilities of special children, first of all, depends on the language environment created by teachers. In this regard, the task is to create an effective pedagogical paradigm of thinking and activity (concepts, categories, concepts), ensuring its constant updating. Purpose of the research is revealing the intellectual and professional abilities of special children. The main research methods are ascending from the abstract to the concrete, descending from the concrete to the abstract, from the concrete to the abstract and again to the concrete, from the abstract to the concrete and again to the abstract and method of working with text. Between 80 and 85 % of incoming information is perceived by the human visual organs, and our brain performs several functions. The main function is speculation, i.e. in understanding the essence, knowledge embedded in information. For example, a person can observe a rainbow, without understanding or knowing its nature. Only speculatively can he cognize the essence, i.e. a certain law, a scheme for the origin of this unusual phenomenon. Thus, knowledge is a product of a person’s own thinking, extracted from information.

Pedagogical Conditions for Creative Self-realisation of Students in Fine Arts
Annotation:

Main problem: the issue of self-actualisation of schoolchildren is one of the most urgent problems of pedagogical science, aimed at investigating and comprehending the contradictory processes of development, training and education of schoolchildren’s personality in modern socio-cultural conditions. Thus, one of the tasks of the secondary school and the teacher is to create optimal conditions for the development of adolescents’ personality abilities for self-realisation. Purpose: is to reveal the optimal pedagogical conditions that promote the process of development of teenagers’ personality abilities to self-realization. Methods: the task of the research cintains the study and experimental verification of a certain set of conditions which contribute to the self-realisation of students in the process of fine arts lessons at a comprehensive school. Results and their significance: organizational forms of conducting classes for the formation of abilities to creative self-actualisation are defined. It is shown that the most important pedagogical conditions for the self-realization of the teenagers’ personality are the combination of individual and collective organization of learning at the fine arts lessons and the wide use of the problem-based method of teaching.

Research competence as one of the components of the system of key competencies

The main problem is that the study of research competence does not lose its relevance nowadays, but on the contrary, requires special attention of teachers of secondary schools. The main subject of the study is teaching students research skills to the most effective methods of mastering key competencies. Objective: the role of research competence in the learning process of students. Methods: analysis, synthesis and comparative analysis are the main research methods. Results and their significance: as a result, the concept of "research competence" was studied. Various views on this idea are considered. In the last ten years, the program of socio-economic development of Kazakhstan has determined the main directions of the development of the system of education of students. The research has both theoretical and practical significance, since its results can be used in the development of programs and methods for the development of research competence in biology lessons.

Universal coordinates and methods of reformatting an ambiguous humanitarian paradigm
Annotation:

The main problem: In the conditions of market uncertainty, the coronavirus pandemic, the absence of an officially articulated national idea, national interests and ideology in Kazakhstan, the problem of the lack of logically justified and coordinated coordinates of systemic thinking, an unambiguous paradigm of humanitarian thinking (analytical, pedagogical, managerial, economic, etc.) is becoming more and more clearly realized. as the most important conditions for personal, civil and professional self-determination. Purpose: to substantiate the general logical coordinates and methods of reformatting the ambiguous humanitarian paradigm used in the activity. Methods: the ontological principle of genetically meaningful logic, the method of transformation of concrete images of objects based on their abstract essence, the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, the speculative language of schematic images of thought and the language of methodological theory of activity. The results and their significance: logically justified universal abstract-concrete coordinates of universal motion are given. In relation to life and the world of activity, they can be concretized by coordinates: "standard of living – efficiency of activity", or "efficiency of activity – time", or "results – costs", or "quality – quantity", etc. The use of motion vectors in the logic of descent from the concrete to the abstract (NCA), ascent from the abstract to the concrete (AAC), as well as in their combination – logic CAC gives certainty to thinking. As an example, the scheme of the qualitative difference between educational (pre-professional) activities from professional ones using these methods and paired dialectical categories is given. The scheme and description of the functional model of the system object, considered as a rubicon of the transformation of educational activity into professional activity, are given. To reformat the indefinite, ambiguous paradigms of the humanities used in the activity into functional-logical, visible, constructive and unambiguous, it is recommended to use abstract-concrete coordinates, the methods given, the language of schematic images and the paradigm of the methodological theory of activity. As an example, the concept of a typical unit of activity development is given. A visible unambiguous paradigm is a necessary, but not sufficient prerequisite for adequate personal, civil and professional self-determination of a person in situations of high uncertainty. A sufficient prerequisite is the acquisition by subjects of appropriate reflexive-thinking abilities for self-determination, self-organization, self-regulation, etc.
