Research of possibility of the applying gellants in dairy products technology

Annotation: Gellants are food additives used to increase the dencity and create a certain structure of the food product. In the dairy industry, there is an active work at developing new technologies for fermented milk products, which allows improving organoleptic quality indicators with the use of gellants. In this article, an analysis of the assortment of gellants used in the dairy industry was analyzed.

Environmental assessment of mercury contamination of the wastewater storage facility Bylkyldak

Annotation: The article describes visually detectable anomalies in the structure of the crucian carpet, which make it possible to consider them as a reliable tool for operative ecological monitoring of aquatic ecosystems under the conditions of the anthropic press. The results of the conducted studies were tested in the course of the research "The Post-Mercury Control of Mercury Pollution in the Territory of the Former PO" Khimprom", and also appear to be important in assessing the environmental risk from groundwater pollution and adjacent water bodies in the northern industrial zone of Pavlodar.

Сriterial evaluation at the geographical lessons in the facilities of updates of the content of education

Annotation: An integral part of updating the content of education is the system for assessing the achievement of expected results by students. In the mainstream of these issues, the article describes the experience of applying formative and summative assessment to geography lessons, examines the main types of criterial evaluation, the advantages of introducing them into the system of updating secondary education. A new system of criteria-based assessment for Kazakhstan is aimed at developing a student, increasing its interest and motivation for learning.

The effectiveness of psychological support for children with visual impairment at the lessons of physical therapy

Annotation: The article examines the effectiveness of psychological support for children with visual impairment at the lessons of therapeutic physical culture. A study was conducted and demonstrated that the use of certain psychological techniques helps children with visual impairment to perform physical activities in a sparing mode. Taking into account individual characteristics, age, gender and the diagnosis of the child, the authors consider not only physical, but also psychological support on the physical therapy lessons. Which contribute to the effective implementation of the child in the process of educational and recreational activities.
