Operational and effective readiness of teachers to organize inclusive education
Annotation: The main problem is that the implementation of inclusive education requires teachers to actively participate in this process. The success of inclusion depends on the professionalism of teachers, their understanding of the importance and responsibility of their work, their knowledge of the development of children with different needs, as well as their personal qualities and approaches to work. However, one of the significant challenges in the organization of inclusive education is the lack of psychological and professional training for teachers to work with children with special educational needs. The goal of this study is to characterize the level of operational and practical readiness of teachers in general education institutions to organize inclusive education. To identify the teacher's operational and effective readiness to organize work in an inclusive environment, we used assessment methods such as self-examination, testing, and expert evaluation of work products. The conducted research allowed to assess the level of teachers’ awareness of the philosophy, methodology, principles and objectives of inclusive education; the features of teachers’ attitude towards children with disabilities and the process of introducing inclusion into education; how teachers organize inclusive education in their own pedagogical practice; what changes in the professional activity of teachers occur when children with normal and impaired development are taught together; what relationships are formed among all participants in the inclusive educational process, and what value principles they are based on.

Development of communication skills in adolescents with Internet addiction
Annotation: Main Problem: The article examines the problem of developing communication skills in adolescents with Internet addiction as one of the most relevant forms of behavioral addiction in the context of digitalization of modern society. A theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign studies has revealed the relationship between the severity of Internet-dependent behavior and the peculiarities of the communicative sphere of adolescents, including the level of social anxiety, empathy, communicative competence, self-regulation and confidence in interpersonal contacts. Objective: The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the psychological and individual-typological features of communication in adolescents, as well as to determine the severity of Internet addiction at various stages of its formation. Method: The research methodology is based on an integrated approach, including the analysis of scientific literature, the systematization of theoretical concepts, as well as the use of empirical methods of psychodiagnostics (testing, questionnaires, quantitative and qualitative data analysis). Results and their significance: The results obtained indicate the presence of statistically significant differences in indicators of communicative competence among adolescents with different levels of Internet addiction. The necessity of considering individual psychological characteristics of a personality in the development and implementation of prevention and psychocorrection programs has been confirmed, which provides a basis for creating targeted interventions to reduce social anxiety and improve interpersonal skills in this risk group.
