The use of ash and slag waste CHP Pavlodar region
Annotation: This article discusses the use of ash and slag waste such as ash or slag boilers and thermal power plants of Pavlodar region. We describe the main source of energy today. Produced by laboratory analysis of the composition of the ash. A basic installation for the processing of the ash. It presents the possibility of using fly ash in building materials industry.

Body heating automatic control system №1 Innovative University of Eurasia
Annotation: The paper presents the thermal design of the building heating system of a four educational building № 1 Eurasian innovative university.Data are presented for the period from 1 December to 28 February for three seasons: 2013–2014, 2014–2015, 2015–2016 years. On the basis of the actual thermal design graphics and design of heat were built in the period from 1.12. at 28.02 for three seasons (2013-2014,2014-2015, 2015-2016 years). In these graphs clearly visible difference between the two values. According to calculation, the average difference was 13.02 % of the actual heat consumption.

Principles of creation of user interface
Annotation: Principles of development of graphic user interface are considered in the article. Possibility of creation is described by comfortable and clear to the user of model of co-operating with software without the necessity of study of some special language. The authors, based on the analysis of development of user interface, pointed out a problem on bearableness of software on other operating systems, because a graphic interface essentially depends on the possibilities given by the operating system for his creation. The article is sanctified to the analysis of principles of creation of user interface. An attempt to identify factors that are a prerequisite for creating an effective user interface model was made.

Biotechnological approaches in making new meat products
Annotation: This paper presents a biotechnological approach of making a meat product in order to create a new domestic product. As the result of the study, prescription composition of the meat product with a cereal component was developed. Components comprise raw materials of domestic production, which allows to increase the level of nutritional balance of the product. The prescription composition includes secondary raw materials, and that allows manufacturers of processing industries to use non-waste production. This characteristic has been achieved due to the know-how. Secondary raw materials have nutritional value, but because of its features (coarse fibers) they are poorly digest by the body. The developed know-how ensures that these fibers are transformed into easily digestible form, giving the product special characteristics, which are described based on the results of nutritional value of the newly developed type of product. The developed new product allows to expand the range of meat products on the market.

Review of methods of diagnosis of failures of electric motor
Annotation: In the article different methods of diagnosis of failures of electric equipment which are most often found in the industry today. The classification of methods for diagnosing motor failures is presented, and the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods for diagnosing failures in electric equipment are revealed. Based on the description of the methods of diagnosing electric equipment failures, a comparative table was compiled. Analyzing the comparative table of methods for diagnosing failures of electric equipment, the most current method for diagnosing the technical condition of the electric motor was determined.

The effect of conductive electromagnetic interference on the phase-to-ground fault current in 6-35 kV networks
Annotation: The article presents a study of the effect of a resistor in a network neutral point from 6 to 35 kV on the conductive electromagnetic interference with the ground-fault current. A mathematical model is proposed.

The use of information technologies for the popularization of the Kazakh language through the Internet
Annotation: The purpose of this work is to create an information system that promotes Kazakh language popularization in social networks. Kazakh language usage analysis in the Internet had been made. The database and software with a bilingual interface that generate and send messages in the Internet has been developed. Increasing Kazakh language popularity methodology using a messenger program is also suggested.
