Heterological serological diagnostics of nodular cattle dermatitis
Annotation:

he article is devoted to the current problem of laboratory diagnosis of nodular dermatitis in cattle. Specific tools and methods for diagnosing t his disease have not yet been developed. There is evidence of an antigenic relationship between the causative agent of nodular dermatitis of cattle and the causative agent of sheep pox. The possibility of using means and methods of serological diagnosis of sheep pox for the diagnosis of ND cattle is being considered. Reducing the timing of diagnosis helps to increase the effectiveness of ongoing therapeutic and antiepizootic measures.

Rare species of reptiles of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
Annotation:

Based on the analysis of own and literature data 9 numerically insignificant species of reptiles were found at the territory of the autonomous republic. One of these species belongs to a group of turtles (Testudines), three of them belong to a group of lizards (Sauria) and five of them belong to a group snakes (Serpentes). Systematics, ecological and some biological peculiarities of species are reflected in the article. During the research previously registered Psammophis lineolatus has not been found and its existence at the territory of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic is under question.

The analysis of thermostability characteristics of refractory materials of aluminum electrolyzers
Annotation:

The article considers the methods of rationalizing the process of heating the refractory materials of aluminum electrolyzers up in relation to thermal stresses arising in the hearth lining. The functional goals of the refractory materials are listed. The operational characteristics of the refractory materials are presented. During thermal influence on a hearth lining, the physical effects called thermal expansion occur. The materials which save their properties under high temperature are known as refractory materials. The thermostability is described in more detail. The scientific test bench was used to investigate ultimate strength. The method of temperature and pressure measurement when conducting the experiments is cited. In order to choose the potlining it is necessary to know the peculiarities of refractory materials and actual industrial loadings as precisely as possible.

Differentiate test control at primary school

Education is one of the priority directions in the development of our state. It is impossible to talk about modernization of education without monitoring its quality. The article considers a differentiated approach to learning, the conditions under which this approach can be applied. Evaluation of biological science component of the functional literacy of secondary school students

The article presents the results of a study of the functional literacy of students in biology of grades 9th. The methodology for assessing the functional literacy of 15-year-old students of the international PISA program is used. Approbation was conducted with the test tasks of different level of complexity for an assessment of natural-science functional literacy. The results of the research showed that in the process of preparing students for the exam it is necessary to conduct systematic work directly with the test tasks and at the same time to develop and strengthen knowledge and skills of the basic level.

Environmental assessment of mercury contamination of the wastewater storage facility Bylkyldak

The article describes visually detectable anomalies in the structure of the crucian carpet, which make it possible to consider them as a reliable tool for operative ecological monitoring of aquatic ecosystems under the conditions of the anthropic press. The use of probiotic Clostat in the diet of pigs
Annotation:

This article discusses the use of probiotic Clostat method of adding a dry mixture in the combined feed in its production. This probiotic has a high resistance to enzymes of the gastrointestinal tract of animals, antagonistic activity to pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms. This probiotic normalizes the intestinal microflora, increases the resistance of farm animals. Probiotic Clostet improves the digestion process, which affects positively the transition of weaned piglets on self-catering.

The effect of pre- and probiotic preparations on the state of the intestinal microflora of healthy and sick calf dyspepsia
Annotation:

This article describes the effect of pre- and probiotics on the condition of intestinal microflora for newborn calves. It has been established that in the intestines of calves, in addition to lactic and bifidobacteria, conditionally pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli, staphylococcus and streptococcus are contained. When taking pre- and probiotics in the experimental groups of animals, a decrease in the content of conditionally pathogenic microflora was observed with a dynamic increase in obligate, which indicates a positive effect on the formation of intestinal microbiocenosis during the milk period.

Probiotics and prebiotics as the basis of functional nutrition

The article presents the rationale for the use of fermented milk products containing probiotics and prebiotics for the prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. A method for preparing a functional fermented milk drink with prebiotics that helps normalize the intestinal microflora is also presented. The urgency is due to the wide spread gastrointestinal diseases among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to lack of nutrients essential for development of normal intestinal flora, and also with the instability of some types of probiotics, which reduces the efficiency of their use.

Some features of the technology of teaching students for the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” in English

Various methods and approaches in teaching foreign languages are gaining popularity in the modern world of globalization and integration. The integration of the education system caused by the acceleration of the process of mastering foreign languages and increasing its quality, in this regard, this article discusses the latest world teaching methods in order to implement them in the educational system of educational institutions. In particular, in the modern educational environment, the approach based on the idea of integrating subject and language learning in the process of professional training of future specialists (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is of particular importance, which contributes to the formation of professionally-oriented competence in a foreign language. In this regard, the article presents the methodology for activating the knowledge and skills of students in lectures, practical training and during independent work of students on the example of the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” for students of non-linguistic directions of training in accordance with the methodology of content and language integrated learning (CLIL). The methods of applying the “Language input theory”, “Second language acquisition” theory, “Interaction theory” in lectures, practical training and during independent work of students in the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” are also proposed. A practical algorithm of the course of the lesson (on the example of lectures) in accordance with the CLIL methodology according to the specifics of the discipline is presented. The methodology of evaluating students’ knowledge in accordance with the credit technology of training is presented. In the article, special attention is paid to the auxiliary role of the teacher in helping students master the materials of the discipline, which is reduced as the student acquires basic professional knowledge and skills. Diagnostic value of hematological studies in ichthyopathology
Annotation:

The article presents studies on the morphological picture of the blood of fish in a comparative aspect, depending on age and species. In recent years, the influence of anthropogenic factors on the ecosystem of water bodies has intensified. In this regard, the main direction of solving the problems of ichthy -epizootological situations is new areas in veterinary medicine, in particular, hematological recognition of shaped elements in the blood of fish. To identify and understand the state of the fish organism, which they reflect, the researcher must first of all correctly determine these forms of cells in the blood, especially this applies to white blood cells. Our review is brief and does not pretend to be completely complete literature data on this issue. All this together gives a complex morphological picture of the blood of fish, which is difficult to typify. Unlike higher vertebrates, fish lack bone marrow and lymph nodes, hematopoiesis occurs both in organs, which include reticular syncytium (gill apparatus, kidneys, lymphoid organ), and vascular endothelium of the gill apparatus and heart and spleen and, in some cases, intestinal mucosa. In bone fish, the anterior part of the kidneys is the main organ of hematopoiesis; hematopoiesis also occurs in the lymphoid organs and in the spleen. The purpose of this research is to study the morphological picture of the blood of fish in a comparative aspect, depending on age and species. 3-7 animals from each age group of fish were examined on average. To study the morphological composition of blood from fish, blood was taken from gill vessels and from the heart cavity. In the process of research, it was found that the peculiarity of fish is the presence in the blood of both mature and young red blood cells, red blood cells have nuclei. Bony fish have four types of myeloid cells at all stages of development, known in the hematology of higher vertebrates and humans. A distinctive feature of fish granulocytes is the ability to observe leukocytes in all successive stages of filling the cytoplasm with granules, and the nucleus of th ese cells is very rarely lobed. Unlike fish, in mammals it is very difficult to distinguish between the stages of development of basophils and eosinophils (myelocytes, juvenile, stab and segmented), since the segmentation of the nucleus is weakly expressed , and the number of granules does not increase as the cells mature. It can be noted that the studies initiated can contribute to determining the choice of hematological studies. Given the above factors, a detailed epidemiological classification of hematolo gical studies will be obtained. The research results make certain additions to the procedures of veterinary-hematological studies in the field of ichthyopathology. In the future, research will continue in the direction of hematological diagnosis of fish di seases and prerequisites will be created for a detailed epidemiological classification of hematological studies.

The study of nutritional values and organoleptic properties of poly-grain extruded mixture
Annotation:

Among many environmental conditions that affect a person, the most important factor is nutrition. Today, there is no doubt that there is a direct link between nutrition, health and disease. Proper nutrition ensures normal growth and development of a person, contributes to the prevention of diseases, has a positive impact on life expectancy and creates conditions for adaptation to the environment. A very actual topic for public catering in the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely for fast food companies, is the development of new recipes and culinary products from relatively inexpensive vegetable raw materials, as well as qualitatively new food products with a purposefully changed chemical composition. One of the main ways of solving problems of expanding the production of products for quick service, as well as products for dietary and therapeutic and preventive nutrition is the use of sprouted grains and beans. In this article, poly-grain mixtures of sprouted wheat and extruded soy beans in different ratios are studied and considered. Poly-grain mixtures developed by us are balanced in nutrients, vitamins and amino acids. The research was carried out on the basis of the accredited testing laboratory of RUBICOM enterprise LLP and the scientific laboratory of the Innovative Eurasian University. The purpose of this work is to study a promising method for increasing the nutritional value of grain mixtures by extruding them at different temperature conditions. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were planned: – to study the grain of soy beans and sprouted wheat on the organolepti c characteristics and chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture; – examine the chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture before extrusion; – choose the optimal mode of the extrusion process; – study and analyze the chemical composition of poly-grain extruded mixture; It should be noted that we have developed for the first time the optimal technological mode of extrusion of poly-grain mixture from sprouted wheat and soy beans, and the physical and chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture was studied. The results of the research presented in this paper are the basis for the development of recipes and technologies for fast food products. The reliability and validity of scientific statements is confirmed by the choice of modern methods of chemical composition analysis.

The detection of the virus of infectious rhinotracheitis in cattle by polymerase chain reaction
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the current problem of differential diagnosis of diseases of viral etiology in farm animals. Viral diseases are currently widespread, occupy a leading role in the infectious pathology of farm animals, causing enormous economic damage. Given the magnitude of animal vaccine prophylaxis, in order to increase the effectiveness of antiepizootic measures, the urgent issue i s the development of methods for the rapid and effective detection and differentiation of field and vaccine strains of the infectious rhinotracheitis virus in cattle. The possibility of using a polymerase chain reaction to identify and differentiate a vacc ine strain from epizootic strains and isolators of the cattle infectious rhinotracheitis virus is considered. In the process of research, a PCR-RFLP analysis method was developed to detect the IRT virus in the test material. The PCRRFLP analysis method was used to identify and differentiate the vaccine strain TK-A form epizootic strains and isolators of the cattle IRT virus. The principle of PCR, based on repeated repetition of DNA cycles, annealing and synthesis, which leads to an increase in the number of specific DNA fragments of the pathogen, allows you to take into account the results of PCR in an agarose gel. Analysis time is about 30 hours. The sensitivity of detecting viral DNA is 1-10 picograms (102 TCD). Due to characteristics such as relative simplicity and reaction rate, high sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility, PCR has recently become widespread in basic and applied research in various fields of biological science, including veterinary virology. The results obtained during the studies show that the use of PCR-RFLP allows to differentiate field and vaccine strains and isolates of the IRT virus with a high degree of reliability. The use of PCR -RFLP analysis increases the efficiency and informativeness of studies in the molecular epizootol ogy of cattle RTI, as it allows not only to identify the DNA of different virus strains regardless of their nature, but also to differentiate between them, including differentiating the strain TK-A used for the production of attenuated vaccines against epizootic strains and isolates of the virus.

Mathematical modeling of the results of experimental studies of the influence of the type and dose of cheese melting salt on the qualitative indicators of melted cheeses
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the mathematical modulation of a complex of experimental data obtained in the process of experimental studies of processed cheese products, processed by mathematical methods. The purpose of this study is to establish the type and amount of the melting salt that promotes the formation of the plastic structure of the processed cheese product. The analysis of scientific research in the field of food technologies showed that mathematical modeling is used in the following areas: clarification of the modes of technological processes, design of recipes and assessment of the quality of finished products, as well as forecasting the shelf life of new products when they are put into production. The most relevant in describing the processes of food production are models of multivariate variance-regression analysis using methods of mathematical planning of the experiment. The authors carried out mathematical modeling and established graphical dependencies characterizing the degree of influence of the regulated factors X1 and X2 on the controlled ones that determine the quality and safety of processed cheese products. It is important that the mathematical analysis of the graphical dependences of the rheological parameters on the adjustable factors indicates the reliability of the data obtained. It is concluded that an increase in the melting salt dose leads to an increase in the – limit shear stress, which reflects the nature and state of the consistency of the processed cheese product. The process of normalization of the controlled factors by the maximum value was carried out. Graphical dependencies were built and regression analysis was performed, the results of which allow an objective assessment of the degree of influence of the type and dose of the melting salt on the chemical and organoleptic characteristics of the test products. The authors have proven that the optimal efficiency of transforming the structure of the constituent components of the recipe into a plastic structure of a processed cheese product that is stable during storage is provided by a combination of adjustable factors X1 (Solva 85) and X2 (Solva 120) taken in a ratio of 1: 1, with a total amount of 1,2 mas.%. At the same time, the quality indicators of the experimental products are characterized by the following values of the controlled factors: У1 – 1280 Pa; У2 – 9 points, У3 – 9,301 (2,0-2,2109 colony forming units /g).

Economic efficiency of the scheme for preventing infertility of dairy cows
Annotation:

The work is intended to determine the etiopathogenetic principles of animal prevention in gynecological pathology and issue a theoretical justification. At the same time, improving preventive measures aimed at preserving their health, increasing the productivity of animals in modern conditions of animal husbandry and ensuring high productivity of cows. In this regard, the main task is to develop ways to increase insemination of cows with the use of complex and homeopathic treatment. For the first time in the East Kazakhstan region, new scientific data on the main etiological factors leading to gynecological pathology and infertility of cows were obtained. Work has been carried out to improve measures aimed at preventing infertility of cows in the conditions of dairy farming in this region and stimulating increased insemination. New schemes for stimulating increased insemination using hormonal, homeopathic and other drugs have been tested. As a result, an increase in the productivity of cows was revealed, and stimulation schemes were introduced. For the first time in the farm" kamyshinskoye" an economic assessment of the damage from infertility of cows is given. Research work is done between 2016 and 2019 years by the Department of veterinary medicine of the State University named after Shakarim, in the laboratory "Agrotechnopark" of the State University named after Shakarim and national University of veterinary medicine and biotechnology named after Lviv and in the farm "kamyshinskoye" of the Shemonaikha district of East Kazakhstan region. To enhance the insemination of cows 3 groups of animals was obtained: animals of group I were not subjected to insemination; animals of group II for 1-3 hours before insemination grafted surfagon 3 ml (15 mg), 15 ml of Catosal, 15 ml habilita-Se, 10 ml uteroton; 8 days prior to insemination progesterone 2,5% 2 ml, Catosal 15 ml, habilita-Se 15 ml; cows of group III for 30-60 minutes before insemination were given Ovariovitis, and after fertilization Ovariovitis for 25-30 days and liarcine 5 ml. According to the results of drawings based on complex and homeopathic preparations, low costs were shown.

Study of the possibility of using heterologous preparations in the serologic diagnosis of carnivorous plague
Annotation:

Main problem: The genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae includes agents of morbilli, plague of cattle, carnivores and small ruminants. Plague agent of carnivores causes a dangerous disease of fur animals and dogs, which in many cases ends in death. The disease is widespread everywhere, including Kazakhstan. In our country, the mixed form of the disease is most common, and the least common is the skin and nervous forms. The chronic course of plague is observed to a greater extent with the nervous form, subacute - with mixed and intestinal, acute - with cutaneous and pulmonary forms of the disease. Goal: Veterinarians have significant difficulties in diagnosing carnivorous plague. Despite the fact that serological methods for diagnosing this infection have been developed and applied for research purposes, the lack of commercial diagnostic preparations on sale significantly restrains their use by practical veterinary workers. Therefore, the diagnosis of plague of carnivores is mainly established on the basis of the symptom complex of the disease and the data of epizootic and pathological anatomical studies, the results of which are largely similar to those in some other diseases of carnivores. Scientific research in the field of means and methods of laboratory diagnostics of carnivore plague, applicable in practical veterinary medicine, is in great demand. Methods: Considering the fact that the carnivores plague and cattle plague are antigenically closely related, studies were carried out to determine the possibility of using means and methods for diagnosing cattle plague for serological diagnosis of carnivores plague. Results and their significance: It has been established that the use of means and methods for diagnosing cattle plague makes it possible to diagnose carnivore plague at all stages of the course of the disease, their use makes it possible to reliably establish a diagnosis of the disease in fur-bearing animals and dogs in a short time after the receipt of samples of material for research, even in cases of mixed viral and bacterial infections; and also to differentiate the plague of carnivores from diseases similar to it - parvovirus enteritis, infectious hepatitis and a number of others.

Annotation Main problem:The main idea of this study is the development of proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the regulatory framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, taking into account the experience of the EuropeanUnion countries (as the largest integration association), towards the further development of the legal framework for cooperation in the social-labor sphere, as well as improving the integration and migration policy of the Eurasian Economic Union countries in general, and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular. In addition, this study intends to develop practical recommendations aimed at improving the activities of the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the EAEU countries, in the field of combating illegal migration and forced labor on the territory of this integration association. Moreover, this project suggests the legal promotion of the results obtained, both on the territory of the EAEU and beyond. Purpose: The aim of the study. To develop proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EAEU countries in the field of legal regulation of labour migration and counteracting its negative consequences such as illegal migration, forced labour in the territory of this integration association. Methods: The methodological basis of the study is made up of traditional general scientific and special legal methods used in comparative jurisprudence: system-structural, historical-legal, social-legal and comparative-legal. Prospects for the use of natural food additives in the production of sausage products
Annotation:

Today, there is a full development of the food industry. It is characterized by the widest mechanization and automation of production and transport processes, the use of artificial cold and vacuum technology, the latest physical methods, chemical and biological preparations to accelerate technological processes. There are a huge variety of new products. New ways of long-term preservation of products in hermetic airtight packaging are promising. Now it is possible to deliver products from almost any industry to anywhere in the world. But the main problem for the modern consumer is that today's food industry is moving by leaps and bounds in the application and addition of chemical food additives: preservatives, flavors, dyes, stabilizers, antioxidants and substitutes for raw materials. To correctly answer the question of how to treat the use of food with food additives, it is necessary to understand and weigh the main disadvantages and advantages of using them. Advantages are that the product is better preserved, has an attractive appearance. Disadvantages are that the human body wears out, processing various chemicals, it is harmful to health. And with certain doses of use it becomes dangerous. Everyone has their own attitude to their health and their own priorities in life. Many people have come to terms with the daily use of products with additives, but others consciously refuse almost everything in the store. But the fact that no one wants to be poisoned from an overdose of various chemicals or starve to death. Therefore, the main advice is to carefully study the composition indicated on the label of food products and know the measure of their consumption. It is also impossible to believe blindly that the label was written with the truth. Manufacturers often use additives literally visually, which can lead to the production of a product with a dangerously higher concentration. It also happens that the manufacturer intentionally exceeds the norm in order to hide the shortcomings of the product (stale, poor quality of raw materials) and increase the yield of the finished product. The food additives added to many foods (usually designated by the code E) are predominantly harmful to the body. With moderate consumption, the use of products with E-supplements is not too harmful to the body (for example, several times a month). The situation is dangerous when a person consumes products with a large number of food additives daily or even several times a day when using various products. Nowadays, there are several hundred food additives with the code E (from E100 to E1521).

Influence of rhythmic gymnastics on the development of coordination abilities of young football players
Annotation:

In this regard, there is a need to search for new ways and scientific and methodological developments to rationalize methods of teaching game techniques and the development of physical qualities, such as coordination abilities, which are well developed at the initial stage of training in rhythmic gymnastics. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of rhythmic gymnastics on the development of coordination abilities in young football players aged 7-10. The main method of obtaining results in the study of motor qualities was testing. It allowed us to determine the level of functional state of the cardiovascular system, as well as the level of development of coordination abilities, namely, rhythm, plasticity, accuracy, balance and orientation in space. As a result of the experiment, the effectiveness of the developed program was revealed. The results of the study showed that the use of elements of rhythmic gymnastics bring a variety of tools to the lesson and allow the coach to fully meet the physiological requirements of this age. The rhythmic gymnastics program can be widely used in children's football institutions, as the level of coordination abilities of athletes increases in the course of training, and better conditions are provided for the formation of skills to manage their movements, that is, to act purposefully, productively, and economically.

Peculiarities of psychological training of military servants to actions in extreme situation
Annotation:

There are many examples of crises and catastrophes in the history of mankind. Almost the entire spectrum of natural disasters is possible in Kazakhstan. In particular, earthquakes, floods, fires in forests and steppes, snowstorms, and others. In all mountain and foothill zones, there is a danger of landslides, the threat of snow drift. In addition, there are situations that have arisen for man-made reasons. These catastrophes are the result of human activity. Such extreme situations require the concentration of all physical and psychological capabilities of a person. This is especially important for military personnel who often operate in extreme or critical conditions. Psychological readiness to solve such situations gives the individual confidence in the correctness of their own actions and, in the end, leads to a successful result. The purpose of this article is to present the results of research in the framework of a master's thesis. The main focus is on the analysis of the features of psychological training of military personnel to act in an extreme situation. The studied problem is revealed by the authors from the point of view of modern approaches to the psychological training of military personnel in a critical situation. The research methods used (analysis, generalization, experiment) allowed us to reveal the depth of the problem relevant to military psychology. The research is based on the results of modern research by Kazakh and foreign scientists. Approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the content of the concept "extreme situation" are considered, and the factors that determine the specifics of psychological training of military personnel to act in a crisis are highlighted. The concept of "psychological readiness of military personnel to work in critical (extreme) situations" is defined. Statistical results of the experiment are presented. The experimental activity carried out in the course of experimental work has a high practical significance, since it was successfully tested through the implementation of the work of the military unit 3176 "K" in Pavlodar and can be used in the psychological training of military personnel. The article is devoted to the actual problem of psychology. The results presented in the article may be useful for military psychologists.

Features of teaching physics in English in secondary school
Annotation:

This article reveals the essence of teaching the disciplines of the natural science cycle in English in high school. When preparing for the lesson, there is a need for careful selection of educational material, the teacher thinks out a specific algorithm for working with the text in a foreign language using subject terminology, while not forgetting the basic grammatical and syntactic models characteristic of the English language. In such a language environment, foreign speakers actively acquire solid knowledge, eliminating language difficulties in professionally-oriented lessons. Given this problem, we decided to create a methodological guide for teachers, which will contain tasks for formative assessment in physics lessons in English. Its lexical and grammatical material meets the requirements for mastering the English language (B1) in educational and cognitive activities. The presented progress tests also meet all the requirements of the corresponding stage of training of non-native speakers and help to consolidate the skills of professionally oriented communication. The purpose is to reveal some principles that should be taken into account when preparing assignments for physics lessons in English, as well as to provide a methodological guide for teachers. This article shows several principles that are most effective when conducting lessons. All the data of the article was confirmed by a computer survey of students, the answers were analyzed and collected for publication. Given the results we have presented, secondary school teachers can improve the quality of the material provided, as well as spend less time preparing for lessons. Physics is one of the fundamental sciences that can combine both the subject content and the language component. Here we present various methods of subject-language integration to improve communication skills. Thus, the preparation and conduct of physics lessons in English requires a strict and careful selection of educational material and takes into account the educational profile of secondary school students.

Factors of economic space and business network in improving the economic security of business

In the conditions of modern economy, factors that affect the security of the business, but relate to external resources in relation to the company or opportunities, become significant. These resources and opportunities in economics have traditionally been identified with macro-economic (economic growth, inflation, exchange rates, government support) and institutional parameters (regulatory framework, transaction costs). The influence of the quality of economic space on economic security of business through the evaluation of opportunities that are tied to the specifics of the economic space is the least researched, including in our country. In this case, according to the latest research in the field of economic geography, economic space acts as a structure-forming platform that can form local markets, with intensive interaction of business agents. The purpose of this study is ensuring of economic security by building business networks in a single economic space. The research area focuses on indicators that characterize economic space, which are successfully used in international practice to determine the quality of economic space. The realization of this approach requires the use of traditional methods of scientific research, such as analysis, comparison, graphical method for visualizing obtained results, which allows determining the agglomeration zone and the space of business networks in it. When considering economic space in relation to building a business network in improving business security, main focus is on the quality of economic space that the region has. The proposed methods of evaluating the quality of economic space are actively used to determine the possibility of building business networks in this space. The authors conclude that business networks play a crucial role in improving the economic security of business in a particular economic space. Study of international experience in the field of industrial safety
Annotation:

Currently, close attention is paid to industrial safety at hazardous production facilities. Compliance with industrial safety requirements is directly related to the risks of accidents that can lead to man-made disasters, negatively affect the health and life of the population. As in any other industry, there are problems in ensuring industrial safety. There are several reasons for this: the backlog of standards from scientific and technological progress, the exclusive competence of state authorized bodies, and the lack of a risk-based approach. After the collapse of the USSR, the requirements of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan have practically not changed: laws and statutory instruments (hereinafter-the LSI) are approved and put into effect, after which they are constantly changed and supplemented; the presence of national and international standards, which, in fact, are revised on the basis of the USSR standards, taking into account the influence of the realities of the time. It can be concluded that the current standards are not focused on the future, scientific and technological progress, innovation, so they are constantly undergoing changes, thereby adapting to the necessary requirements that dictate modernity. State regulation does not contribute to the effective development of industrial safety. This is due to the fact that the state performs exclusively supervisory functions (thus it is exclusively educational in nature), and there is no dialogue between authorized state bodies, expert organizations, scientific organizations, and testing laboratories. If we consider the experience of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety, then it makes no sense to accept even some experience, since: similar to the Kazakhstan’ LSI and regulatory and technical documentation (and their constant dynamics), the development of cooperation with the Russian Federation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Accordingly, it is advisable to consider the experience in the field of industrial safety in Europe and the United States of America because of the effectiveness of regulation and supervision than in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. This article provides information about international experience in the field of industrial safety in the United States and the European Union. The tasks of state regulation in the field of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the United States, and the European Union are described in detail. The analysis of normative-legal acts and normative-technical documentation is carried out. Based on the analysis of international experience, solutions to problems in the field of industrial safety for the Republic of Kazakhstan are essentially presented. The purpose of this article is to reveal the problem in the field of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan and international experience that the Republic of Kazakhstan can borrow in order to effectively ensure industrial safety. Study of the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their identification
Annotation:

This article discusses the current data on the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their use in industry, particularly in dairy production and biotechnology. Microorganisms of the genus Lactobacillus have antagonistic activity against pathogenic microorganisms and perform an immunomodulatory function. The positive effect of lactobacilli on human health explains their active use in probiotics. The positive effects of normal intestinal microflora and probiotics are mainly due to bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. In probiotic therapy, various types of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus are used, such as: L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. fermentum, L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. paracasei. In recent years, the biotechnology of probiotics has been intensively developing - drugs used for the correction and prevention of microecological disorders in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. An urgent issue is obtaining new data on the biological properties of lactobacilli, creating new probiotic preparations based on them using modified approaches to cultivation. The results of determining the species L. acidophilus L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, obtained by the classical biochemical identification method based on saccharolytic activity, complicating species identification, are comparable to the molecular genetic method. In the case of L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, it is necessary to carry out modern identification methods based on the polymerase chain reaction, since their biochemical properties are similar, which makes it difficult to carry out species identification. The molecular genetic method is a valuable addition to the intergeneric and species identification of lactobacilli, given the variability of the classical biochemical method.

Traditional and innovative methods of teaching a foreign language in primary school
Annotation:

The article compares modern and traditional pedagogical methods used in the process of teaching a foreign language in primary school, differentiates both the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, and indicates ways to supplement the shortcomings of traditional methods with new methods. Currently, the main methods used in teaching a foreign language are being considered. Among the new innovative methods that have recently appeared in the sphere of teaching foreign languages there are community language learning / counseling learning, the sugestopedic method, total physical response, the method of language teaching using information and communication technologies, consciousness-raising approach, task based learning, neuro- linguistic programming, guided discovery, the test-teach-test method. Their influence on the development of language competencies and creative abilities of primary school students are considered. The authors note that the main and most important condition of modern methodology in the process of teaching foreign languages is the creation of an artificial foreign language environment, i.e. the creation of a natural linguistic environment. The authors comment on the concept of "electronic linguistic environment" based on recent research. They show that "digital" children are completely immersed in the computer world, i.e. they live in an electronic linguistic environment and this allows them to solve the tasks of teaching a foreign language. The purpose of the article is to analyze traditional and modern educational methods used in modern English lessons. Activation of the student as the main figure of the educational process, the ability to work in close contact with other students, giving the student the opportunity to work independently, depending on their physiological, intellectual, psychological characteristics, is carried out using individual, paired, group, classroom and other forms of work. Both traditional methods and the latest modern methods are listed among the named teaching methods. Each method has its own characteristics. Therefore, it is very important to consider them in a comparative plan. Each old and new method has its advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the methodology of teaching English always requires additions and improvements. They are of great importance for expanding the horizons of students, increasing cognitive activity, improving knowledge, skills and language competencies. The authors used the following methods: the descriptive methods, methods of systematization, analysis, interpretation were used in the course of the study. Тhe authors of the article note that methods of teaching a foreign language are of great importance for the comprehensive development of primary school students, obtaining high-quality education, good command of English, achieving good vital indicators, conclude that every teacher should be able to use best practices, developing their creative research and effectively teaching modern English. The specifics of the management of healthcare institutions are due to the fact that healthcare is a special field of activity that differs significantly from other types of activities. One of the most important management tasks in the field of public health protection is the achievement of targets: improving the quality and accessibility of medical care through the effective use of limited financial, material, labor and other health resources in conditions of rapidly growing competition in the medical services market. The purpose - is to review and summarize the domestic and foreign experience of management in health care. The article emphasizes that the serious institutional transformations taking place in the domestic healthcare system in recent years are aimed at improving the quality of medical services in the implementation of the state guarantees program, at switching to a single-channel model of financing medical care, at introducing the principles of result-oriented budgeting into the activities of socially oriented organizations providing socially significant services. The practical implementation of the above innovations requires a revision of the concept of management in the field of healthcare, the priority areas of which correspond to the best world practice. The preservation of the health of the nation is a strategic guideline of state regulation in the field of healthcare, which determines the targets of state policy. Simulation of the working cycle of a diesel engine with a system of periodic shutdown of the cylinders
Annotation:

Combustion engines operate over a wide range of power and speed. To the greatest extent, this applies to automotive and tractor engines and diesel engines operating at fractional and idle loads for a significant part of the operating time. When designing engines, the choice of their main design and layout parameters is carried out in a comprehensive manner, taking into account the provision of the required power and efficiency in the modes of maximum torque and rated power. However, ensuring the economical operation of modern highly accelerated diesel engines at low loads and idling causes a whole range of problems related mainly to the organization of effective mixture formation and fuel burnout, as well as to ensuring stable fuel supply. Thus, the cycle dose of injected fuel in idle mode is 8–12 times less than the cycle dose in nominal mode, which determines increased requirements for fuel equipment and difficulties in ensuring high-quality mixture formation. At the same time, diesel engines operate in idle mode up to 50 % of the total operating time, consuming up to 15–20% of the fuel. For truck engines, the relative idle time is approximately 20–25 %. Thus, the development of measures to improve the efficiency of diesel engines at idle is relevant. The purpose is to perform a numerical analysis of the effect of switching off cycles in diesel engines for autotractor and diesel locomotive purposes on the working processes in the cylinder and the indicator parameters of the cycle in idle modes. When writing the article, traditional methods (comparison, description, and measurement), generallogical methods and research techniques (analysis, generalization, etc.) were used. A numerical analysis of the operating cycle of a diesel engine equipped with a cycle shutdown system was performed. The relationship between changes in fuel injection characteristics when cycles are turned off with indicator indicators of the engine operating cycle in idle load modes is disclosed. It has been established that the expediency of switching off cycles in a specific engine operation mode is determined primarily by the features of the injection, carburetion and fuel burnout processes.

Development of technology for a new cottage cheese product with fruit and berry fillers
Annotation:

Main problem: The unfavorable conditions in which a significant part of the population of our country lives (living in conditions of harmful, stressful, physical, chemical and radiation effects), an imbalance in nutrition dictate the need to create a variety of functional products enriched with pro– and prebiotic factors. In the science of nutrition, a functional direction has been developed - this is nutrition, which provides for the consumption of such products of natural origin, which, when used daily, have a regulating effect on the body as a whole, its certain systems, organs, providing a drug-free positive correction of their function. Compared with traditional types of dairy products with high organoleptic and commodity characteristics, produced on the basis of classical technological techniques, dairy products of the new generation should have increased nutritional and biological value. The article is devoted to the research and development of the technology of a new cottage cheese product - cottage cheese paste produced with the addition of lactulose concentrate and fruit and berry fillers. This article discusses the steady trend towards the use of fermented milk products with functional properties in the diet of modern humans. Purpose: Study and development of technology of thermized cottage cheese paste enriched with prebiotic lactulose and fruit and berry fillers. Methods: Analysis and generalization of theoretical information, organoleptic evaluation, physicochemical methods of analysis, microbiological methods of evaluation of cottage cheese paste, quality control of the finished product. Results and their significance: The positive role of prebiotic substances in the vital activity of the macroorganism was studied. It is not for nothing that academician Andrei Georgievich Khramtsov once called lactulose "a miracle made of milk." Lactulose, being a strong bifidogenic factor, allows stabilizing the microflora of the stomach. Lactulose activates the growth of bifidobacteria, which take root well in the intestine and ferment lactulose to form lactic acid. Lactic acid suppresses the development of pathogenic and putrefactive bacteria. As a result of the conducted studies, it was determined that the cottage cheese paste enriched with lactulose had high quality indicators and retained its consumer properties during the entire storage period. The introduction of lactulose into the recipe of cottage cheese paste does not reduce the nutritional advantages of the finished product.

The analysis of the avermectin group drugs efficiency in the cattle dehelmentization
Annotation:

The variety of species and forms of parasites of agricultural animals and the features of their life cycles are the basic foundation for the production of different types and medical forms of antiparasite medicine. In the treatment of the parasitic diseases of agricultural animals, one of the main factors is that the veterinary doctors have the knowledge on the mechanics, efficiency and the safety for humans and environment of the medicine being used. Taking into account high pathogenicity and resistance of parasitic organisms and their ability to adapt to effect of medicine, it is crucial to permanently monitor the efficiency of the applied anthelmintic drugs, including the new drugs offered by veterinary services. This article will describe the results of the research on pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic parameters of «Ivermectinum», «Ivermec», «Aversect-1», «Аvrsect-2», «Аivin» drugs and their methods of application with the consideration of terms of maintenance and immune status of cattle herds in Mayconyr village (Irtysh district, Pavlodar region). A comparative analysis of efficiency of the above mentioned drugs in dehelmintization and treatment of cattle was conducted with the results provided. The recommendations and the restrictions on use of the drugs were determined considering the farm condition. The experimental research of the aforementioned broad-spectrum drugs was conducted strictly following the rules of asepsis and instructions on application. The total number of replacement heifers subjected to the dehelmintization under the method of analogues is 150 units. Anthelmintic treatment was conducted two times a year - in springtime (March-April) before pasturage, and fall time (September-October) before confining the cattle in the stable. Coprological study on intestinal helminthes of the examined cattle was conducted in Irtysh RVL of the Pavlodar regional branch of RVE RVL VCaSC MA RK by ovoscopical, flotation and larvoscopical methods. There is a comparative analysis on the efficiency of avermectin group antiparasitic drugs applied twice a year for cattle dehelmintization. The recommendations on the use of the aforementioned drugs for dehelmentization and prevention of parasitic diseases are provided and the requirements for the use were determined.

Improving the means and methods for the prevention and treatment of postpartum paresis of cows
Annotation:

In modern conditions, the problem of the incidence of cows with high productivity in the postpartum period is relevant. It is these animals that are more susceptible to various diseases, primarily due to violations of the technology of keeping and feeding, weak body resistance, heavy loads during fruiting and milk production. It is known that as a result of various metabolic disorders, calving of cows in farms proceeds with various deviations. The lack of calcium in the blood due to hormonal disorders leads to hypocalcemia and paresis after calving, which is often the cause of death of animals. Therefore, the improvement of prevention schemes and treatment of puerperal paresis in cows is very relevant. Purpose of the article – Improvement of preventive and therapeutic measures for postpartum paresis in cows on the basis of the Tassu farm in Akmola district. The work was carried out under production conditions on a livestock farm in the Akmola region, in the farm "Tassu" in the spring and summer. The object of the study were black-motley cows with a pregnancy period of 250-260 days. 22 animals were selected in the experimental group, 12 animals in the control group. The average weight of animals is 567 ± 34.5 kg, age 5-6 years. The cows of the experimental group received injections of the drug Karsulen, which included: 2 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6. Karsulen was administered to cows intramuscularly or subcutaneously at the rate of 1 ml per 100 kg of animal weight, the dose volume should not be less than 5 ml per animal. In the postpartum period, in the complex therapy of postpartum paresis in cows, Karsulen is used intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1-2 times a day. The use of the drug Karsulen with the composition: 1 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6 has a regulatory effect on protein, carbohydrate, fat metabolism, restores impaired function of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys.

The existing system of didactic principles can be gradually changed and expanded The purpose is to choose the main didactic principles and to offer a scientific-methodological basis for improving the methodological preparation of future mathematics teachers in the Pedagogical University for solving and teaching geometrical problems. In this regard, interviews, questionnaires, analysis of the curriculum and its content, as well as discussions with experienced teachers and methodologists in teaching geometry were conducted; pedagogical control and diagnostics of the educational process were carried out. In order to test the effectiveness of the methods proposed by us, pedagogical experiments were carried out. The entire system of training future teachers of mathematics faces new challenges related to the implementation of effective didactic principles for teaching geometry in pedagogical universities. First of all, it is the principle of mastering innovative teaching methods of the future teacher of mathematics and the principle of mastering new pedagogical and information technologies of education. The results of the study can be used as a methodological basis for further research on the professional orientation of teaching mathematics in universities.

Application of resource-saving membrane technologies in the production of dairy products in the Republic of Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan, within the framework of the Program «Development of domestic value and export-oriented industries», new modern dairy enterprises are being actively modernized and new modern dairy enterprises are being created, where membrane processes are being introduced to concentrate the components of milk. This is necessary for the rational and integrated use of raw materials, including through the processing of secondary resources, the main of which is whey. Improving the production processes of traditional food products and developing innovative ones is possible only with the use of the latest technologies and technological equipment. Membrane processes are widely used for the use of fractionation and concentration of liquid dairy products, which allows for a new solution to the processing of raw materials and opens up opportunities in the development of new types of food products. The article is devoted to the issue of production and processing of whey in Kazakhstan. The main types of membrane technologies and the advantages of their use in the dairy industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. The role of membrane technologies in the processing of whey is substantiated, various methods of introducing membrane processing methods to ensure the demineralization of whey, obtaining products with high biological value and consumer properties, reducing the cost of energy carriers, reducing the volume of raw materials in order to save transport costs, non-waste processing of milk solids, recycling water are described. This article analyzes the problems of using resource-saving membrane technologies in the production of dairy products in the Republic of Kazakhstan, ways to solve existing problems associated with increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises. The favorable impact of the use of membrane technologies on the social and environmental aspects of whey processing in the country is substantiated.

Obtaining an effective biological instrument and method of reproducing lumpy skin disease
Annotation:

The production of vaccine preparations before release requires standardization of their immunobiological parameters, especially safety and immunogenic efficacy. An indicator of the immunogenic effectiveness of the lumpy skin disease vaccine is the resistance of vaccinated cattle against the virulent virus. However, according to preliminary studies, the virulent control virus did not always cause clinical disease with characteristic symptoms when infected subcutaneously. The purpose is to develop a biological model in the form of a complex consisting of a pathogenic virus, a method of infection and a susceptible animal to assess the immunogenicity of a lumpy skin disease vaccine. Local cattle, intact from lumpy dermatitis, were used to reproduce lumpy dermatitis and develop the causative agent of the disease. As the initial infectious virus, we used a 20 % tissue suspension of nodules (skin nodules) obtained from cattle that fell ill with lumpy dermatitis in the field in the Atyrau region in 2016. As a viral mass to control immunogenicity, a 20 % suspension of skin nodules and edematous skin tissue at the site of the pathogen injection, obtained after the “refreshment” of the virus in animals, were used. The disease was reproduced by infection with the test suspension of the virus intradermally, subcutaneously, intravenously at a dose of 0.5 cm3 and titration on the skin of the animal. The effectiveness of the biological model was assessed by morbidity, severity of the course and severity of the manifestation of the disease. During primary intradermal infection with a field isolate of the virus, the disease manifested itself in one of three animals in the form of hyperthermia, depression, lacrimation, and the appearance of several nodular nodules in the skin of animals. The refreshed tissue virus caused clinical disease both in subcutaneous, intradermal and intravenous infection. But the clinical signs of the disease were more pronounced with intradermal inoculation of the virus, and with intravenous inoculation, it manifested itself in a more severe form with a fatal outcome. Inoculation of the virus intradermally into different areas of the skin led to the development of an independent skin lesion in each infected point in the form of painful edema, followed by necrosis, the size and intensity of which depended on the dose of the injected virus. This development of skin pathology made it possible to work out a method for determining the virus titer in vivo. The tissue virus obtained from the edematous tissue at the site of the pathogen injection was guaranteed to cause clinical disease in cattle during intradermal inoculation and made it possible to evaluate the immunogenic efficacy of the produced batches of vaccine against lumpy dermatitis.

The prevalence and effectiveness of the treatment of edemagenosis in sika deer in the Ussuri urban district
Annotation:

The degree of dаmаge to deer by the lаrvаe of Oedemаgenа tаrаndi of the Hypodermаtidаe fаmily depends on the number of femаles of the subcutаneous gаdfly in the summer. For the development of meаsures to combаt deer gаdflies, vаrious methods hаve been tested over the yeаrs, аmong them methods of wаtering аnd externаl locаl аpplicаtion. For this purpose, mаny reseаrchers tested dipterex (80 %), crystаlline chlorophos (97 %) in the form of аn 8 % solution, tiguvon, ricifon, dioxаfos, sulfidophos-20 аnd ectopor (2 % cypermethrin) аnd other drugs. Vаrbeks 35 %, Bаytex-50, Fenthion-50, Nаtаsol аnd Etаcid, etc. were tested intrаmusculаrly in vаrious doses on deer. The purpose is to study the prevаlence аnd effectiveness of the treаtment of edemаgenosis in sikа deer in the Ussuriysk urbаn district. The reseаrch wаs cаrried out аt the deer fаrm "Borisovskаyа". For the experiment, three groups of deer were formed with 6 heаds eаch. In order to study the therаpeutic аnd prophylаctic efficаcy of the two groups of drugs Аversect-2 аnd Dectomаx, the аnimаls of the first experimentаl group were injected with the drug Аversect-2 subcutаneously аt the rаte of 1 ml per 50 kg of аnimаl weight, deer of the second experimentаl group were injected subcutаneously with Dectomаx аt а dose of 0.2 mg per 1 kg of mаss, which corresponds to 1 ml of solution per 50 kg of mаss. The prepаrаtions were аdministered immediаtely аfter the end of the summer of gаdflies (end of July-beginning of Аugust). The third group of deer did not receive drugs, аnd it remаined the control group. The incidence of sikа deer entomosis in the Ussuriysk urbаn district for three yeаrs wаs quite high аnd remаined аt the sаme level for аlmost the entire period (43.21-48.8), with а slight decreаse in 2021 to 37.4 %, which wаs most likely due to the climаtic conditions of this period. Of the two selected drugs with seemingly the sаme spectrum of аction, the best results were obtаined on the deer of the second experimentаl group, where the drug "Dektomаx" wаs used, while the EI wаs significаntly (two times) lower thаn in the first experimentаl group аnd аmounted to 16.7 % versus 33. 3 %, аnd АI - 0.03, аgаinst 0.83.

Automated sprayer for processing agricultural crops
Annotation:

In order to successfully conduct agricultural work and obtain a competitive harvest, it is mandatory to carry out spraying operations of crops that require highly qualified personnel, expensive equipment and suitable weather conditions. The use of tractors for spraying fields is the most common solution available at the moment, has disadvantages: high cost, risk of damage to the crop by "hitting", "hooking" or otherwise; environmental damage; due to exhaust gases, the demolition of the solution increases with increasing speed. Using a device designed specifically for spraying equipment is an ideal solution. The purpose of the article is to develop a working model of an automated sprayer for processing agricultural crops. The methods used are: technical justification of a controlled device for processing agricultural crops. Calculation of functional capabilities, algorithms of operation of the proposed automated device: selection of the type of sprayer, engine, chassis, controller, battery, as well as justification of the possibilities of using alternative energy sources (wind energy, solar energy); development of a 3D model of an automation device for anti-weed processing of agricultural crops, printing of parts, assembly of mechanical and electronic parts. Making a prototype using 3D printing; development of the wiring diagram of electronics, software (firmware of the microcontroller; application that controls the settings), testing of the prototype, assembly of the current model; rationale for the optimal use of Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards in this device in a pair: Raspberry Pi will allow you to control processes on the Arduino and easily interact with the Internet when the Arduino itself will perform simple operations such as interacting with electronics and reading sensor readings. The manufactured operating model showed compliance with the goals, a high degree of controllability, environmental friendliness, reduction of energy consumed, labor resources and can be used to scale this device. The developed model of the automation device for anti-weed treatment of agricultural crops can be used not only in agricultural pollination, but also as a mechanism for studying soil parameters: humidity, mineralogical composition and chemical content in the ground, using electronic sensors, as well as an automated mobile platform for any purpose requiring accurate navigation through the territory.

Factors of using modern synthetic materials to create design objects

The process of creating new forms is the key to choosing the combination of different textures for a unique aesthetic effect. Currently, various elements of the interior, including furniture and other decorative additions, are the basis for obtaining emotional balance, which is achieved between the functional purpose of the interior and its artistic and figurative concept. The main task in creating such objects is to create the most comfortable and harmonious atmosphere in the interior, regulating the mental processes of a person, which would cause exceptionally positive emotions and stimulate the creative development of users. The purpose is to consider the features of the use of epoxy resin in the design of interior objects and to study the importance of synthetic resins as a modern material for new ways of shaping in interior design and decoration. The methods used are: the use of formaldehyde resins as a modern, affordable, multifunctional material, the combination of resin with coloring and the use of various textures. Expansion of the range of interior elements in the manufacture of which epoxy resin is used. In this regard, it should be noted that the use of various resin compositions when creating design objects meets consumer requirements and complies with modern and latest trends. In this article, a brief study of such a polymeric material as epoxy resin was carried out. The properties of epoxy resin and how they affect the compositional solution, methods of its modification, and functional aspects of design from the point of view of manufacturing interior elements are described. The technologies for manufacturing modern products for decorative and applied purposes coated with epoxy resin are considered. Carrying out the demercurization of heavy metals (mercury) using the Denite immobilizer and its effect on the soil
Annotation:

On the territory of the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar in the area of the industrial wastewater reservoir «Bylkyldak» in some areas of the earth there is soil contamination with mercury, exceeding the MPC for mercury (2.1 mg/kg) by 500 times. The total mass of mercury dispersed in the surface layer of soils is 2.8 tons. The mass of contaminated soil is approximately 208,000 tons. Pollution of the territory is historical. The purpose of the article is to determine the efficiency of chemical binding (immobilization) of mercury in the soil with the Japanese drug Denite® in real field conditions of the territory of mercury contamination in the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar using an experimental study; to determine the stability of insoluble mercury compounds formed by the preparation at extreme winter and summer temperatures and seasonal fluctuations in open ground. Soil samples were taken for the study at 11 points in the centers of mercury pollution. Laboratory studies were carried out in an accredited analytical laboratory of the Testing Center of JSC Caustic. Soil samples were treated with Denite®, the preparations obtained were stabilized, and water extracts were prepared. The content of mercury in soils, extracts from them, and plants was determined by the atomic absorption method on a RA-915+ spectrometer equipped with RP-91 and RP-91S attachments. As a result of research, the effectiveness of Denite® in the chemical binding of mercury in the soil has been proven and its optimal dosages have been determined. As a result of the positive tests of the technology of chemical immobilization of mercury, the prospect of a practical solution to the issue of demercurization of mercury-contaminated soil on the territory of the Northern industrial zone appeared.

Experience in team computer game development

The article discusses the experience of developing a computer video game by a team of students of the Department of Information Technology of the Innovative University of Eurasia within the 48-hour competition «48h Game Making Challenge» for creating video games, held in Pavlodar on October 27-29, 2022 in the IT-Hub building of the College of Information Technologies (93 Lermontov St.). Basic information about the event and a link to the registration form were published on the Instagram @digital_drive14 social network page and on the website https://digitaldrive.kz /. 8 teams from different educational institutions of Pavlodar participated in the competition. The purpose of the article is to comprehend the practical experience of developing a computer game. The team chose the Unity game engine as the environment and the main tool for developing a computer game. The Unity program is a popular development environment for interactive 2D and 3D content. The engine is completely free for the average user. The Unity engine was also chosen because it is multifunctional and uses a component-oriented approach, in which the developer creates objects and adds various components to them. The advantage of the engine was also the presence of a huge library of assets and plugins, with which you can significantly speed up the game development process. The graphics of the game were made in Photoshop. The music and sounds were taken from free sources. InEU team developed a computer game «Conqueror of the Moon» and became the winner of the contest «48 Hour Game Making Challenge Pavlodar 2022». During the development of the game, the team first chose the engine, developed the plot and concept of the game, created an image for the level and menu. Then the programmer developed the mechanics of the game, wrote code for control, time, dialogues, messages. The designers drew the environment, background, characters, created all the animations for the game and found music for the background of the menu and the game itself.

An innovative approach to the development of biotechnology of specialized products for the nutrition of athletes

Main problem: the article substantiates the relevance of the development and production of specialized food products for athletes and the population involved in sports, fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle. Purpose: development of specialized food products with a general health-improving character, intended for the population involved in sports, fitness and experiencing increased physical exertion. Methods: the obtained results were statistically processed using the methods of correlation and regression analysis and standard software packages "Statistica 6.0". Measurements of chemical, microbiological, organoleptic parameters were carried out using standard methods and modern instruments: an analyzer, an analytical analyzer electrophoresis cell, a high-performance liquid chromatograph, and others. Results and their significance: a scientific concept for the creation of fermented specialized milk-based food products for sports nutrition was formulated; biotechnologies for specialized food products for athletes were developed. For the practical implementation of the results of analytical and experimental studies, packages of regulatory and technical documentation for the production of new products have been developed, which have been tested in the production conditions of existing enterprises in the dairy industry.

Experimental determination of an effective fermented milk-protein food system as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product

The article contains the results of a research work devoted to an important problem - the development, production and delivery to the consumer of fermented dairy products of a healthy diet fortified (enriched) with milk protein, a vitamin-mineral complex, and probiotics and prebiotics. Purpose is based on mathematical modeling of experimental data, to determine an effective fermented food system for use as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product for a healthy specialized diet; to develop a recipe and technology for its production; to study the nutritional, biological and energy value of a new product. Modern technologies and equipment were used in experimental studies: ultrafiltration, fortification, etc. The studies were carried out by standard physicochemical, microbiological methods in three to five repetitions. Mathematical and statistical processing of experimental data was carried out using the program "Statistica-6.0". A recipe and technology for the production of a curd product for a healthy specialized diet has been developed. Its nutritional, biological and energy value has been studied. The developed recipe and biotechnological parameters for the production of the curd product were tested in the industrial conditions of the leading enterprise JSC "Lyubinskiy MKK". The quality and safety of the curd product was studied in the laboratory of techno-chemical control of FGANU "VNIMI" (Moscow).

The results of the analysis of testing sunflower interlinear hybrids in the conditions of the East Kazakhstan region

Increasing the yield of sunflower is inextricably linked with the evaluation of newly created interline hybrids and their components (parental forms) using various methods for assessing their combination ability (CА). Breeding research in this direction includes large material and practical costs when using the developed methods for assessing combination ability (CА) due to its small analytical capabilities. New approaches to the analysis of the productivity of hybrids in practical studies can significantly increase the volume of the analyzed material and evaluate not only for a short period of testing, but also for a long period of time over the years. Purpose is determination of the combination ability of parental forms of sunflower interlinear hybrids to optimize the breeding process. When analyzing the determination of the combination ability of the parental components of sunflower interlinear hybrids, the method of evaluating the CА according to a special scale developed at VNIIMK (Krasnodar, Russia) was used. This method makes it possible to analyze a large number of hybrid combinations and their parental forms and draw appropriate conclusions for further use in the breeding process. The analysis of the obtained results makes it possible to fully evaluate the obtained interline hybrid combinations by years of testing. We analyzed 1736 hybrid combinations involving 212 maternal forms and 1472 combinations involving 209 paternal pollen fertility restorer lines. 75 maternal lines with a high total combination ability (GCА) and 97 paternal forms with this trait were identified. Maternal lines with high combinational ability VKU 110 A, VKU 140 A and SV 55 A are of interest for use in practical breeding. Among the paternal forms are SV 123 V, VKU 400 V and VKU 401 V. The components of hybrid combinations with high specific combination ability (SCА) have been determined. These are lines VKU 414 A, VKU 413 A, SV 31 Rf, SP 1459. Hybrids with high adaptive properties have been identified when growing conditions change, which will make it possible to purposefully conduct practical breeding to maintain high productivity of sunflower hybrids

Theoretical Basis of Training of Pedagogues and Psychologists for the Development of Cognitive Activity of Teenagers

The main problem: the current directions of its development are determined in the article by conducting a theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, scientific and methodical works on the training of specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of teenagers. Currently, it is shown that the training of specialists in the development of cognitive activity of teenagers is a pedagogical and psychological problem. Purpose: to clarify the theory and propose a technology for the training of pedagogical and psychological specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of adolescents. Methods: When conducting the research, it was important to take into account statistical data that were sufficiently understandable and reliable. Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school. In accordance with the tasks of the professional training of the future pedagogue-psychologist, active methods of training - problem-based lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, professional-oriented special courses, course and diploma works, scientific studies of school pedagogy and didactics, educational events such as scientifically organized forms of continuous pedagogical practice. Electronic Financial Services Market in RK: Problems and Prospects of Development

Main problem: At the present stage of life, Innovations in the financial sector contribute to the optimization of financial intermediation and, in turn, stimulate economic growth. Financial innovations increase the efficiency of the allocation of savings capital to investment capital, as well as increase liquidity in the markets. As the digital economy has developed, the functionality of traditional large financial institutions has been partially replaced by financial technologies (FinTech). FinTech involves the convergence of traditional financial services with mobile services, social media services, big data aggregation and processing, and cloud technologies. Purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of the electronic financial services market in the Republic of Kazakhstan, identify the main problems and prospects for the development of the financial sector of the economy. Methods: The work used general scientific methods of comparative system, vertical and horizontal analysis, structural and functional method, analytical techniques, economic and statistical research methods. The results and their significance: the authors identified the main directions of digitalization of the financial sector of the modern economy, noted the role of FinTech companies and services in both theoretical and practical terms, and provided relevant approaches to the definition of this concept in the economic literature. The main reasons and factors for the development of this direction of digitalization of the financial sector are substantiated, including the concept of financial accessibility, the advantages and disadvantages of FinTech, various approaches to their classification, country and regional characteristics, and an analysis of development trends. The crowdfunding direction of FinTech is noted, approaches to its definition and classification are given, the advantages of the crowdfunding mechanism are revealed, and its role in the modern economy is analyzed. The trend of algorithmic trading development as the most important direction of digitalization of the financial sector is investigated. A detailed analysis of mobile financial services as one of the fastest-growing areas of FinTech is carried out, approaches to their classification are given, factors stimulating the growth of mobile payments, country and regional characteristics are substantiated. The main directions of digitalization of the insurance sector are analyzed, reasonable conclusions about the advantages of InsurTech are made.
