Technology of electronic distance course development for the adaptation of employees to activities in the enterprise
Annotation:

The authors consider the need to adapt new employees at the enterprise through the use of an electronic course. The article provides definitions of the concepts "e-course", "adaptive e-course". The adaptive e-course is a course designed to familiarize new employees with the history, structure and corporate values of t he company, allowing the new employee to be adapted to unusual labor and psychological factors. The analysis of adaptive courses is carried out and the main technologies of e– course development are highlighted (virtual and augmented reality technologies, gamification, online chats, LMS and corporate learning portals, machine learning and artificial intelligence, learning Analytics and BigData, storytelling). The advantages of storytelling technology in the development of an adaptive e -course, especially in providing psychological support during the adaptation period, are considered.

Scientific substantiation and development of biotechnology of curd product for specialized (herodietic) nutrition
Annotation:

he article presents the scientific rationale for a promising trend - a product with a high protein content, enriched with functional ingredients for specialized (herodietic) nutrition. Based on the results of our own research, we determined the component composition of the fermented product and the main dairy raw material - buttermilk, characterized by high biological value. The new product contains an antioxidant complex and a herbal ingredient that expands the product range.

Peculiarities of the method of teaching discipline
Annotation:

"Information communication technologies" in English language Annotation. The article discusses the use of the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methodology in the teaching of the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies" in English. The use of this technology in polylingual groups is most appropriate, since the CLIL pursues two goals, namely, the study of the subject through a foreign language, and a foreign language through the taught subject. Integrability is determined by the fundamental nature of ICT and the nature of the basic objects of its study; the ability to work with information refers to general educational skills. Teaching ICT in English allows students to look at English from an information point of view. Lime yield and roasting time using ferroalloy gas
Annotation:

Evaluation of the output of lime is made for three options for the use of Ferroalloy gas: when you use the physical heat of the gas; when using the chemical energy of the gas and the location of the reactor after scrubbing; when sharing of sensible heat and chemical energy of the gas. As a result of the calculation of the expected yield of lime, it was found that the use of Ferroalloy gas for the production of lime can fully provide or at least compensate for the deficit of lime in the production of steel. The technology of calcination of limestone with Ferroalloy gas is presented in the form of a cycle synchronized with the smelting of steel, including, in accordance with the gas outlet from the layer and their alternation with pauses of inter-blowing periods. The preliminary technological characteristics of firing obtained as a result of theoretical analysis are used for further experimental and theoretical studies.

Particularities of dental stem cells types
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the actual problem of tooth loss and solving the problem through the development of tissue engineering. Tissue engineering is a set of methods and procedures aimed at the regeneration of biological tissues. It includes a triad of basic elements: stem cells, extracellular matrix or scaffold, growth factors and signaling pathways. An important role in solving the existing problems is associated with stem cells. Dental stem cells are capable of self-renewal and differentiation. Based on the analysis, it was found that each type of dental stem cells has its own characteristics and applications not only in dentistry, but also in other areas of medicine.

Current state and development trends of nanotechnology in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Annotation:

Nanotechnology is a field of fundamental and applied science and technology dealing with a combination of theoretical substantiation, practical methods of research, analysis and synthesis, as well as methods for the production and application of products with a given atomic structure through controlled manipulation of individual atoms and molecules. In the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" New political course of the state, the leader of the nation, N.A. Nazarbayev, defines 10 tasks that Kazakhstan faces, one of which is the transition of Kazakhstan to the third industrial revolution. Nanotechnology is one of the branches of the industrial revolution. In the modern world, over the past few years, there has been a rapid development of nanotechnology. The peculiarity of nanotechnology lies in the possibility of their application in an unlimited sphere; therefore they are the basis for a completely new technological order of the economy. Сonsequently, its development in the country is regarded as a particularly important sphere of science. Usage of nanotechnology products will save on raw materials and energy consumption, reduce emissions to the atmosphere and, as a result, will contribute to sustainable economic development.

Didactic aspects purpose in teaching natural knowledge

The article proposes a solution to the problem of goal-setting from the standpoint of activity and competency-based approaches. Concrete formulations of the goals and objectives of the academic disciplines "Methodology of Teaching Natural Sciences" and the school course "Natural Sciences" are given. The choice of these disciplines to illustrate examples of the formulation of the learning goal is determined by their specificity. Since in the course of “Natural Sciences”, students should learn the initial concepts of natural sciences (biology, geography, ecology, human physiology, history of society, etc.), the proposed examples of the wording of the goals and objectives of science lessons will help, according to the authors, teachers and other specialists in the field of education to formulate, by analogy, the goals of disciplines from other areas of science. Some features of the technology of teaching students for the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” in English
Annotation:

Various methods and approaches in teaching foreign languages are gaining popularity in the modern world of globalization and integration. The integration of the education system caused by the acceleration of the process of mastering foreign languages and increasing its quality, in this regard, this article discusses the latest world teaching methods in order to implement them in the educational system of educational institutions. In particular, in the modern educational environment, the approach based on the idea of integrating subject and language learning in the process of professional training of future specialists (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is of particular importance, which contributes to the formation of professionally-oriented competence in a foreign language. In this regard, the article presents the methodology for activating the knowledge and skills of students in lectures, practical training and during independent work of students on the example of the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” for students of non-linguistic directions of training in accordance with the methodology of content and language integrated learning (CLIL). The methods of applying the “Language input theory”, “Second language acquisition” theory, “Interaction theory” in lectures, practical training and during independent work of students in the discipline “Economics and entrepreneurship in industry” are also proposed. A practical algorithm of the course of the lesson (on the example of lectures) in accordance with the CLIL methodology according to the specifics of the discipline is presented. The methodology of evaluating students’ knowledge in accordance with the credit technology of training is presented. In the article, special attention is paid to the auxiliary role of the teacher in helping students master the materials of the discipline, which is reduced as the student acquires basic professional knowledge and skills. This emphasizes the auxiliary role of the teacher at the first stages of training (acquaintance, introduction, training, including independent analysis and evaluation of data while learning a foreign language), followed by independent training of students

Analysis of the state and problems of metallurgical cluster development of the Pavlodar region’s economy
Annotation:

The article analyzes the state and problems of cluster development in the real sector of the region based on the materials of the Pavlodar region. The main problem of innovative development of the Pavlodar region, as well as in all regions of Kazakhstan, in general, is the lack of innovative activity of enterprises, which is reflected in the volume, frequency and efficiency of their innovations. At the same time, most of the enterprises belonging to the real sector of the economy have sufficient resources for the development of innovative activity. However, the prospects for their interaction with enterprises in other sectors and sectors of the economy for the purpose of technology transfer are insignificant, which, in general, doesn’t meet the principles of balanced spatial development of the territory formulated by the program for the development of territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2020. One of the ways to solve this problem is formation and development of a cluster approach and interaction of business entities. The article assesses the efficiency of the cluster’s functioning as an institution of regional development. On the example of the metallurgical cluster of Pavlodar region, the main ways and methods of forming cluster initiatives in the regional economy are considered, a SWOT analysis of the development of the metallurgical cluster of the region is given, and its main problems are identified; identifies priority directions of clusters’ development (metallurgical cluster, including the production of final products, the cluster of railway engineering, agri-food cluster), the realization of which in the region could create the conditions for the emergence and full development of a number of new highly specialized sectors such as cluster chemistry, cluster of road and construction machinery, transport logistics cluster, cluster of modern production technologies and engineering, cluster of manufacturing components for machinery and equipment and cluster of industrial electrical engineering and equipment for power engineering. The authors also noted that the realization of regional development strategies of cluster initiatives can potentially lay the foundations for clusters “future days”, such as: cluster of resource efficiency and environmentally processing, the cluster of new energy, the cluster of innovative medicine, tourism and recreational cluster.

Simulation of property management using the example of filling station chain
Annotation:

When managing a filling station chain, it is necessary to solve the following tasks in dynamics: determining the volume of purchases by types of oil products sold and redistributing the available volume of various types of oil products to filling station chain. The peculiarity of this control task is that the replenishment of the storage of oil products is carried out centrally, and the sale of each type of fuel is carried out at separate filling stations of the network, that is, in many points. At the same time, the volume of each type of fuel sold by each station of the network should be taken into account separately, taking into account the seasonal demand for a specific oil product. In addition to modeling demand, information is needed on the volume of petroleum products that can be purchased from suppliers with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the volume of purchases due to demand. To solve this problem, a list of suppliers of a specific type of oil product with a possible range of supply volumes must be determined. In the proposed model, an attempt is made to solve the above problems. To solve them, a management model was developed, which was implemented using the Visual Studio C # programming environment and MS SQLServer DBMS. When developing the structure of the database tables, the task of managing a network of filling stations based on the Petri net was taken into account: that is, the database tables provided for storing information on the volumes of supplies of petroleum products, the volume of sales of each type of petroleum product, as well as the time of deliveries and sales. To solve the problem of centralized procurement for all types of fuel, the database provided tables with information about suppliers and possible volumes of supplies by them of various types of petroleum products. To solve the problems of forecasting demand, the model includes algorithms for predicting the volume of sales of petroleum products based on the accumulated time series of data for each type of fuel separately. The forecasting was carried out in order to assess the required volumes of purchases of oil products for the coming period. The prediction algorithms are implemented using two methods: linear approximation and exponential smoothing. Both algorithms take into account the seasonality of demand.

Economic efficiency of the scheme for preventing infertility of dairy cows
Annotation:

The work is intended to determine the etiopathogenetic principles of animal prevention in gynecological pathology and issue a theoretical justification. At the same time, improving preventive measures aimed at preserving their health, increasing the productivity of animals in modern conditions of animal husbandry and ensuring high productivity of cows. In this regard, the main task is to develop ways to increase insemination of cows with the use of complex and homeopathic treatment. For the first time in the East Kazakhstan region, new scientific data on the main etiological factors leading to gynecological pathology and infertility of cows were obtained. Work has been carried out to improve measures aimed at preventing infertility of cows in the conditions of dairy farming in this region and stimulating increased insemination. New schemes for stimulating increased insemination using hormonal, homeopathic and other drugs have been tested. As a result, an increase in the productivity of cows was revealed, and stimulation schemes were introduced. For the first time in the farm" kamyshinskoye" an economic assessment of the damage from infertility of cows is given. Research work is done between 2016 and 2019 years by the Department of veterinary medicine of the State University named after Shakarim, in the laboratory "Agrotechnopark" of the State University named after Shakarim and national University of veterinary medicine and biotechnology named after Lviv and in the farm "kamyshinskoye" of the Shemonaikha district of East Kazakhstan region. To enhance the insemination of cows 3 groups of animals was obtained: animals of group I were not subjected to insemination; animals of group II for 1-3 hours before insemination grafted surfagon 3 ml (15 mg), 15 ml of Catosal, 15 ml habilita-Se, 10 ml uteroton; 8 days prior to insemination progesterone 2,5% 2 ml, Catosal 15 ml, habilita-Se 15 ml; cows of group III for 30-60 minutes before insemination were given Ovariovitis, and after fertilization Ovariovitis for 25-30 days and liarcine 5 ml. According to the results of drawings based on complex and homeopathic preparations, low costs were shown.

Development of the technology of cream bioadditive for enrichment of processed cheese product of functional orientation
Annotation:

The article is devoted to comprehensive research and development of the technology of cream supplements for the enrichment of processed cheese products. This article discusses the steady trend towards the use of dairy products with probiotic properties in the diet of modern people. The authors justify the requirements for the chemical composition and properties of a new type of processed cheese product: the mass fraction of dry processed cheese product must be at least 45 wt.%, the amount of probiotic microflora at least 107 CFU/g, to adjust the fatty acid composition of the product, the use of milk fat substitutes. As a result of the research, the composition and technological parameters of the production of a cream Supplement intended for enriching a new processed cheese product were determined. Skimmed milk powder concentrate with a mass fraction of dry substances (48.0±0.5) %was selected to increase protein (nitrogenous substances) in the nutrient medium for microorganisms. To activate the growth of bifidobacteria, the prebiotic No. 1 – lactulose was studied. The main content of the study is the analysis of the effect of increasing the amount of SOM concentrate on the chemical composition of the compositions of experimental products. The bacterial concentrates Bifilact-B and Bifilact-u were selected as the source of probiotic cultures. In fermented products, microbiological indicators were determined: the total number of lactic acid cultures and bifidobacteria. The article analyzes the dynamics of acidity of experimental products fermented with bifilact-B bacterial concentrate and bifilact-u bacterial concentrate. It was found that in experimental products with a high level of acid formation, the growth of bifidobacteria decreases, this is due to the fact that at low pH values, the growth of bifidobacteria slows down, and at a pH below 4.5 – stops. There was a significant increase in the number of bifidobacteria in the presence of a prebiotic – lactulose concentrate. The authors proved that the fermentation process with the formation of a clot in experimental products with bifilact-B bacterial concentrate is completed within 9-10 hours, taking into account the time of compaction of the consistency. In experimental products fermented with bifilact-U bacterial concentrate, the fermentation process ends within 7-8 hours, that is, by (2.0±0.5) hours faster.

Digitalization is one of the most significant trends in our real life, which is actively implemented in the field of education and is rapidly gaining ground in Kyrgyzstan. Design of the designershoes with the use of innovative technologies

The article discusses methods for creating smart things, using the example of the use of innovative technologies in the field of materials for clothing and footwear. The factors of form formation are substantiated by the example of the preferences of an individual customer who forms its image through accessories and shoes. The author considers the factors of shaping, based on the special functional features of shoes in connection with ergonomic factors. The designer is able to foresee the factor of transformability in modern footwear, changes in functional qualities, appearance, and design features of new footwear. As a result, on the basis of these transformations, to get a new emotional image and a new form. The shape of the shoe becomes a factor for transformations at the request of the customer. The article discusses the functional tasks of this shoe, plastic characteristics, technical and design tasks. As research methods, the article proposes variants of experimental models with possible stages of transformation, presents preliminary technical data, conducts a comparative analysis with innovative footwear samples of famous world designers, and makes assumptions about the development of this model in the future. An experimental method was used during the study. A shoe shape was developed, which took into account the preferences of the age group of 12-16 years old, relying on this category of consumers, we were able to go beyond the rational understanding of shoes as a functional form and gave it the meaning of a fantastic image, which allowed us to consider the form in the semantic and artistic context dictated by this age group of consumers. In addition, investing in this model the concept of "smart shoes", we considered not only the ability of modification and transformation by rearranging replaceable parts, the possibility of designing and reincarnating from one form to another, combining the constituent elements of the shoe into one whole, but also the development of the creative potential of the consumer, who at its own discretion can rebuild the structure and, in fact, as a designer itself, form a new model. The article makes assumptions about its further development in various fields of activity. For example, medicine, sports, art, etc. Considering the introduction of new materials, we relied on discoveries in the field of nanotechnology and considered among the possible features of this model the change in color on the basis, the reaction of materials to light, temperature, etc. The project is aimed at creating such shoes that will be developed for a wide range of consumers thanks to the wide range of possibilities contained in the design of the form and the features of modern materials.

Methodological aspects of the technology of developing electronic textbooks

The widespread introduction of information technologies makes significant changes in various spheres of human activity. The education sector is no exception. In this regard, in this article, the author considers the actual problem of developing electronic textbooks and is one of the most relevant and promising areas of informatization of the educational process. The analysis of the works of scientists A.A. Andreev, A.I. Bashmakov, T.I. Koval, V.M. Kukharenko, E.S. Polat, P.I. Serdyukov, S.S. Sysoeva, A.Yu. Uvarova was conducted. These works contain requirements for the development of electronic textbooks. Based on the results of the analysis, the author described the stages of developing electronic textbooks, the principles that they should correspond to, and also provided a list of modules that should make up an electronic textbook. From the existing variety of software packages, the author distinguishes CourseLab, Smart Builder, MOS Solo, Google Sites, iSpring Suite, TurboSite, Adobe Animate, HTML5. The development of electronic textbooks based on the technology presented by the author of the article and their subsequent application in the educational process will help to organize the educational and cognitive activities of students at a more effective level. Purpose is the description of the technology for the development of electronic textbooks, taking into account existing requirements. The article uses methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction. The analysis of requirements and principles of development of electronic textbooks is carried out on the basis of the descriptive-analytical method. The practical result of the proposed technology is the developed electronic textbook "Development of mobile applications". The results of the study, in addition to their theoretical significance, also have practical significance, which consists in the positive dynamics in resolving the contradiction between the continuously increasing flow of information and the limited opportunities of students to assimilate it. The conscious use of electronic textbooks in the educational process is one of the fundamental ways to improve the quality of education by changing the methods of teaching used in the direction of individualization and focus on the student.

The data of calculating the actual cost of production are widely used in production management at industrial enterprises, to monitor compliance with the standard cost of production adopted by the enterprise, to identify ways to optimize labor costs and material resources. The level of cost depends on the activity of an industrial enterprise in a market economy: the amount of profitability, the economic efficiency of its activities. The choice of the method of cost accounting and calculating the cost of production depends on the specifics of the technology and organization of production, as well as the requirements of the efficiency of enterprise management. Studying the formation of accounting information when calculating the cost of production by type of product, comparing the level of costs with the revenue received makes it possible to determine the economic efficiency of production. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of forming accounting information when calculating the cost of production for making decisions to reduce costs. The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, and graphical method for visualizing the results obtained. When considering the cost calculation, attention is paid to the fact that in market conditions there is a need for detailed cost accounting and calculation of the cost of production. If we take into account that in market conditions, prices for products are formed as demand increases, and demand is influenced by external factors, then we can only influence the costs based on the cost calculation. The basis for making effective management decisions will depend on how reliable and to what extent the accounting information is formed. Costs are the main constraint on the profit of industrial enterprises, since the main strategic goal of any enterprise is the mechanism for increasing profits. The ability to achieve this goal is limited by the following internal factors: the complexity of the cost grouping, technological processes, and the impact on product quality. It is necessary to improve the information system, which is based on the data of primary documents, document flow and the order of cost grouping. Today, there is a full development of the food industry. It is characterized by the widest mechanization and automation of production and transport processes, the use of artificial cold and vacuum technology, the latest physical methods, chemical and biological preparations to accelerate technological processes. There are a huge variety of new products. New ways of long-term preservation of products in hermetic airtight packaging are promising. Now it is possible to deliver products from almost any industry to anywhere in the world. But the main problem for the modern consumer is that today's food industry is moving by leaps and bounds in the application and addition of chemical food additives: preservatives, flavors, dyes, stabilizers, antioxidants and substitutes for raw materials. To correctly answer the question of how to treat the use of food with food additives, it is necessary to understand and weigh the main disadvantages and advantages of using them. Advantages are that the product is better preserved, has an attractive appearance. Disadvantages are that the human body wears out, processing various chemicals, it is harmful to health. The article examines modern technologies that contribute to the implementation of creative design ideas, based on the analysis of modern lighting technology and energy saving factors. It is hypothesized that the goal of modern design in this article is defined as the creation of new space and values, through the renewal of the human environment. The basis for confirming this hypothesis should be the justification for the use of lighting technology and electronicsin solving conceptual and artistic design problems. The scientific research is based on the methodology for making design decisions and ways to open new ways for the implementation of creative imagination and new conceptual solutions of the designer, on the example of designing the interior of a cafe. The author considers and substantiates such terms as intelligent space, interior as a process, integrated lighting systems, informatization of interior space, new methods of decoration, etc. Examples of analysis of design situations from are given the point of view of functional tasks, classification of requirements when making design decisions is substantiated. It is estimated that Industry 4.0 will lead to unemployment by changing the employment structure and will bring new structural problems in terms of unemployment and labor relations. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labor market and identify the consequences of the impact. Methods: studied, the evolution of production development, when mass production with electricity led to the Age of Industry 2.0, and then the emergence of the digital revolution, the use of electronics and information technology in production processes, marked the beginning of the Age of Industry 3.0. Improving the technology of fruit and vegetable semi-finished products with natural aromatic and spicy additives

The sharp deterioration of the environmental situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, associated with human activity and the impact of harmful factors on the environment, affected the quality of food consumed by insufficient consumption of domestic fruit and vegetable products containing vitamins, minerals of an alkaline nature, carbohydrates, vegetable proteins, pectin substances and active fiber. The problem of improving the quality of growing and processing fruits and vegetables is one of the main tasks of the food independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, the share of large vegetable farms in the Republic of Kazakhstan is only 10%. The volume of industrial processing of fruit and vegetable crops in Kazakhstan is insignificant. The demand for domestic fruit and vegetable products in the country is met only by 35-40%, most of it is imported from countries such as Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and China. There is a need for the development of organic vegetable growing in Kazakhstan and the creation of new types of domestic fruit and vegetable products containing a sufficient amount of useful and active substances that can bind and remove toxic substances and radioactive elements from the human body. The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of fruit and vegetable semi-finished products with natural spicy and aromatic additives, to develop a multi-component recipe for vegetable mixtures and a method for producing quick-frozen vegetable mixtures with high quality indicators. These studies were aimed at studying the chemical composition and functional and technological properties of vegetables and spicy - aromatic plants for the content of biogenic compounds: carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, essential oils, minerals and other substances. Creating a development plan for students of a children's and youth football school
Annotation:

This scientific and practical article is devoted to the analysis of the results of an experiment aimed at psychological and pedagogical support of the process of building a project for the development of the inner world of a player of a children's and youth football team of the professional football club "Lviv" from the Ukrainian city of Lviv. A special feature of the psychological and pedagogical support for designing the development of the student's psyche is the use of the paradigm of the language of the theory of activity in the version of the Moscow methodological and pedagogical circle (MMPC), using the language of schematic images and the pyramid of subjectivity, explaining the path of formation of human mental mechanisms in the unity of cognitive, emotive and conative processes, starting from the vital level of their development to the level of spirituality. Another feature of the article is that the presentation of methods and techniques does not occur in a separate part of it, but in the process of describing the steps of designing a development plan that is formed for absolutely all professional athletes who have the acmeological potential of professionalization in football. It is presented in the form of 11 steps to create an individual trajectory of the player's development. In each of these steps, it is important that the coaches and the player participate with their parents, representatives of the club, which has its own component in terms of the volume and quality of the efforts required on their part. The article reveals the first of the 4 steps of creating a reasonable player development plan. For example, we consider working with one of the players. The content of this particular illustration is a very illustrative and demonstrative example. It is assumed that a series of articles in this publication will reveal the topic of student development management, which will include both scientific and theoretical and review types of works. The next article will be a continuation of this one in terms of demonstrating the success of implementing this particular development plan by the example of several players from a team consisting of 22 players who have been trained in a similar way, i.e. using methodological criteria for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of thinking, sensory-motivational and volitional characteristics of players by football club coaches.

Development and research of means and methods for improving the efficiency of heat stations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The main problem: This article is devoted to the key problems of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) lack of production capacity to meet the growing demand for energy and fuel from the economy and the population. Increased demand for electricity and heat, which will require the commissioning of new generating capacities.There is already a shortage in the fuel markets. Modernization and bringing the existing oil refineries (hereinafter referred to as refineries) to full capacity will not allow providing the domestic market until 2030; 2) the export orientation of raw materials, the dependence of the economy on the export of energy resources. In order to attract technology and investment in the oil and gas and nuclear industries, agreements on the extraction of energy resources were concluded with international export companies. In the medium term, Kazakhstan may face a shortage of oil for domestic refineries, if measures are not taken to stimulate its refining within the country. The uranium mined is fully exported; 3) high energy intensity of the economy, low level of energy efficiency. Analysis of production capacity with a constantly forecasted shortage of primary energy resources and insufficient growth of capacity for the production of electricity and heat. Consideration of the possibility of compensating for the shortage by saving energy resources, increasing tariffs for energy carriers, as a stimulating factor for their effective use. Results and their significance: The results of this article will reflect the problems of energy, as the most important driving force of global economic progress. The well-being of the people depends on the state of the country's energy sector, therefore there is an urgent need to solve the emerging problems. The global energy problem is, first of all, the issue of stable and efficient supply of fuel and energy to mankind. Today, the energy sector of Kazakhstan is focused on fuel resources, since the country is provided with hydrocarbons and other energy resources. About 72 % of electricity in Kazakhstan is generated from coal, 12,3 % from hydro resources, 10,6 % from gas and 4,9 % from oil. Thus, the four main types of power plants generate 99,8 % of electricity, while alternative sources account for less than 0,2 %.

Study of the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their identification
Annotation:

This article discusses the current data on the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their use in industry, particularly in dairy production and biotechnology. Microorganisms of the genus Lactobacillus have antagonistic activity against pathogenic microorganisms and perform an immunomodulatory function. The positive effect of lactobacilli on human health explains their active use in probiotics. The positive effects of normal intestinal microflora and probiotics are mainly due to bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. In probiotic therapy, various types of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus are used, such as: L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. fermentum, L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. paracasei. In recent years, the biotechnology of probiotics has been intensively developing - drugs used for the correction and prevention of microecological disorders in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. An urgent issue is obtaining new data on the biological properties of lactobacilli, creating new probiotic preparations based on them using modified approaches to cultivation. The results of determining the species L. acidophilus L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, obtained by the classical biochemical identification method based on saccharolytic activity, complicating species identification, are comparable to the molecular genetic method. In the case of L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, it is necessary to carry out modern identification methods based on the polymerase chain reaction, since their biochemical properties are similar, which makes it difficult to carry out species identification. The molecular genetic method is a valuable addition to the intergeneric and species identification of lactobacilli, given the variability of the classical biochemical method.

Development of a technology for producing organic fertilizers based on catalytic processes
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the development of a technology for obtaining organic fertilizers from poultry waste based on biocatalytic processes. Currently, many poultry farms have become sources of environmental pollution, thereby causing serious environmental problems and economic and social damage. The problem of reliable protection of the natural environment from pollution by bird droppings is currently relevant. In the area of operation of large poultry farms, air pollution by microorganisms, dust, foul-smelling organic compounds, which are decomposition products of organic waste, as well as nitrogen, sulfur, and carbon oxides, is possible. Bird droppings contain acids, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, heavy metals. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium changes dramatically depending on the quantity and quality of the feed. Humic substances isolated from brown coal have a sufficiently high sorption activity and are used as cheap sorbents for solving a number of environmental problems in industry. These studies are aimed at minimizing the main disadvantage of the anaerobic digestion process, the low reaction rate, which leads to the need to create large-volume bioreactors. On the basis of the research carried out, a technology has been developed for obtaining organic fertilizers from poultry waste by the method of anaerobic fermentation of chicken manure with humidity at a temperature of 27 °C - 50 °C with the addition of sodium humate. The resulting fertilizer is intended for use in agricultural production, horticulture, floriculture, forestry, municipalities, in household plots in order to increase the yield and quality of crop production. For the developed technology, an application has been submitted for obtaining a Patent for the invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Method for producing organic fertilizers» (priority No. 2021-22818, dated July 13, 2021). Comparative evaluation of different extraction methods of medical plants
Annotation:

The development of extraction techniques of medical plants aims to maximize the bioactive compounds production. Тechnologies in this area of industry have not high enough еfficiency factor. In some cases, it reaches only 40-50 %. Therefore, development of new methods to effectively extract different compounds from plant material and their input into large-scale industry is of great importance. The goal is to determine an effective and suitable technology for extracting bioactive compounds from medical plant. This is a narrative review paper which focuses on different extraction methods of medical plant. To find relevant articles for this narrative review, 73 articles were reviewed. Of these, 14 irrelevant documents were discarded. This review analyses various extraction processes to guide the selection of suitable methods for various types of medical plants and applications. This is done by outlining traditional and modern methods of extraction techniques, exploring the importance of solvents for extraction, and comparing novel and alternative methods of extraction. In conclusion, based on the current knowledge, solvent extraction is the most common method for medical plants extraction. Enzymatic hydrolysis and supercritical extraction are advanced techniques with high yield of compounds. However, more research is needed for some modern extraction methods.

Ways to improve the skills and abilities of oral speech of primary schoolchildren using interactive cognitive strategies

The article discusses ways to improve the oral and speech skills of primary school students, where the primary role is given to interactive strategies aimed at organizing the optimal interaction of students with other subjects of the educational process in a communicative educational environment. Currently, the main criteria and indicators of the methodology for the development of foreign language communicative competence of schoolchildren have changed, the basic basis of the system of techniques and methods of teaching English to primary schoolchildren based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies. The authors call a complex of exercises of a receptive, productive and productive-creative nature, which is consistently implemented at all stages of the corresponding technology: motivational-stimulating, informational, analytical, actualization, productive, creative, analytical and evaluative. The article describes their influence on the development of language competencies and creative abilities of primary schoolchildren. The authors note that the motivational-stimulating, informational, analytical stages, the stage of actualization, as well as the productive, creative, analytical-evaluative stages, provide for the involvement of students in joint activities to master the content of cognitive problems in English, it presupposes the interiorization of communicative skills by younger students in accordance with with the accepted norms of interaction, the organization of the development of oral speech in English lessons in the lower grades based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies in accordance with the level of their linguistic and sociocultural knowledge, skills and abilities. To study various approaches in the development of oral and speech skills in lower grades based on interactive cognitive strategies, analysis of a set of tasks and exercises at different stages of the formation of oral and speech competence in lower grades using interactive cognitive strategies, goals and objectives of the practical application of interactive cognitive strategies when teaching foreign language communication, the contradictions between social expectations and the objective need for educational practice in the creation and implementation of a special methodology for the development of oral speech in primary grades based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies. Methods: during the study, a descriptive method, methods of systematization, analysis, interpretation were used. The authors of the article note that the integration of communicative activity in a foreign language with project, research, musical, visual, subject, literary and creative is of great importance for the comprehensive development of the skills and abilities of oral speech of primary school students when using interactive cognitive strategies. The developed training model for the development of oral and speech skills in the lower grades on the basis of interactive cognitive strategies (goal, objectives, approaches, principles, content, technology, means, performance criteria, conditions for implementation) contributes to the development of communication skills and linguistic competencies in the process of mastering foreign language students of elementary grades.

International experience in automating public services in the system of land relations
Annotation:

The article considers international experience in automating the system of land relations, aimed at improving the quality and reducing the time for the provision of services by state bodies to citizens and organizations, providing access to information databases, which positively affects the development of effective government decisions for the effective use of land resources, and also improves social welfare. In Kazakhstan, the transfer of land cadastral information to electronic media continues, and the automated information system of the land cadastre is being improved. The task of creating a unified mechanism for state cadastral registration of land plots according to uniform rules and technologies for all, identification and individualization of land plots and objects of immovable property firmly associated with them, for subsequent state registration of rights to land plots and transfer of information to the territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee, remains relevant. To study the experience of developed countries in the provision of public services in the system of land relations through the development of official land information systems. The article used general scientific methods from general to concrete one, synthesis, theoretical generalization, induction, deduction, and system analysis. Based on the studied experience of developed countries, relevant conclusions and proposals were made: information technology is a useful tool and can help overcome bureaucracy, backwardness, isolation, monopolistic practices, and inefficiency in the public and private sectors; the use of state bodies for effective regulation of geographic information (GIS) systems that allow solving a wide range of tasks, as well as the use of modern information technologies, contributes to the transition of the activities of state bodies to a qualitatively new level of state control, which allows for full transparency of information about the land fund and objects real estate of the country, as well as its availability to the population. The provision of public services in the field of land relations using information and communication technologies reduces entry barriers and transaction costs in business, increases competition, and improves mechanisms in this area.

Development of technology for a new cottage cheese product with fruit and berry fillers
Annotation:

Main problem: The unfavorable conditions in which a significant part of the population of our country lives (living in conditions of harmful, stressful, physical, chemical and radiation effects), an imbalance in nutrition dictate the need to create a variety of functional products enriched with pro– and prebiotic factors. In the science of nutrition, a functional direction has been developed - this is nutrition, which provides for the consumption of such products of natural origin, which, when used daily, have a regulating effect on the body as a whole, its certain systems, organs, providing a drug-free positive correction of their function. Compared with traditional types of dairy products with high organoleptic and commodity characteristics, produced on the basis of classical technological techniques, dairy products of the new generation should have increased nutritional and biological value. The article is devoted to the research and development of the technology of a new cottage cheese product - cottage cheese paste produced with the addition of lactulose concentrate and fruit and berry fillers. This article discusses the steady trend towards the use of fermented milk products with functional properties in the diet of modern humans. Purpose: Study and development of technology of thermized cottage cheese paste enriched with prebiotic lactulose and fruit and berry fillers. Methods: Analysis and generalization of theoretical information, organoleptic evaluation, physicochemical methods of analysis, microbiological methods of evaluation of cottage cheese paste, quality control of the finished product. Results and their significance: The positive role of prebiotic substances in the vital activity of the macroorganism was studied. It is not for nothing that academician Andrei Georgievich Khramtsov once called lactulose "a miracle made of milk." Lactulose, being a strong bifidogenic factor, allows stabilizing the microflora of the stomach. Lactulose activates the growth of bifidobacteria, which take root well in the intestine and ferment lactulose to form lactic acid. Lactic acid suppresses the development of pathogenic and putrefactive bacteria. As a result of the conducted studies, it was determined that the cottage cheese paste enriched with lactulose had high quality indicators and retained its consumer properties during the entire storage period. The introduction of lactulose into the recipe of cottage cheese paste does not reduce the nutritional advantages of the finished product.

Methods of teaching conversational skills, their advantages, disadvantages and overcoming language barriers and anxiety when learning a foreign language

Globalization is an integral part of our life. Therefore, today the relevance of learning foreign languages, in particular English, is beyond doubt, as interest in foreign culture, education, travel, life and work abroad increases. It is known that English is the most widespread international means of communication (including information technology and web space), for most of the population it is the native or state language. This is due to historical, political and geographical prerequisites, as well as socio-economic and cultural development. Proficiency in English opens up great prospects for those who know, but not every person chooses a linguistic direction of study when entering a higher educational institution. Mastering English is a laborious process. In universities of non-linguistic areas, one of the main problems for students is the so-called language anxiety and psychological barriers, especially for those students for whom English is not a core subject or direction of future activity. Overcoming language anxiety and psychological barriers continues to be an urgent issue in pedagogical psychology and the educational process of higher educational institutions. Therefore, the task of the teacher is to create such conditions in his classes so that the student has a desire to learn, develop himself and improve himself. It is necessary to form motivation for conversational skills through psychologically thought-out techniques and methods. The task of the teacher is to direct the student from a conniving and indifferent attitude to study to a conscious and positive attitude. To implement the above, the teacher needs to form the old motives and stimulate new, positive ones. The encouragement of positive manifestations of emotions should be supported, stimulated and helped to realize these emotions by the teacher in the educational process. For example, simple tasks, but at the same time fascinating, the manifestation of sincere emotions in the classroom by the teacher himself and his personal examples inspire students to pronounce their state of mind and experiences. Encouraging and highlighting the activity of students also helps to increase the motivation of learning, especially if they have creative ideas that differ from other fellow students. The purpose of the article is to describe the methods of teaching conversational skills, their advantages and disadvantages and to consider in detail the overcoming of language barriers when learning a foreign language. The methodological basis of the research was the works of such authors as: H.F. Makaev, O.S. Zorkina, V.P. Ipatova, L.V. Barinkova, E.V. Zarubina, E.I. Kaputskaya, E.I. Passov, E.G. Asimov, A.N. Shchukin and others. Critical analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem, study and generalization of positive experience of teachers; collection of empirical information, experiment, quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study can be used in the process of developing practical recommendations for psychological work with students in order to increase their motivation to learn a foreign language. In addition, these results can be used by teachers to correct and improve the effectiveness of the educational process.

The main directions of competitive and sustainable development of Pavlodar region

Main problem: The key task of the development of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to ensure their sustainable socio-economic development by increasing its competitiveness and innovation activity. It should be noted that the level of development of small, medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurship in the region is at a low level, due to the predominance of resource sectors in the economy. These sectors, due to the peculiarities of the technological process, do not form a system of suppliers around themselves. However, in order to ensure the progressive development of the industrial complex in the region, it is important to create conditions for the development of SMEs in the region and, accordingly, a system of suppliers around leading manufacturing enterprises. Results of application of organomineral fertilizer obtained with biocatalytic processes
Annotation:

Main problem: Bird droppings and animal manure contain acids, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, heavy metals. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium changes dramatically depending on the quantity and quality of the feed. Purpose: To study the effectiveness of the use of organomineral fertilizer from poultry waste, obtained using biocatalytic processes on the growth and development of plants. Methods: An application for a Patent for the invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Method of obtaining organic fertilizer" has been submitted for the developed technology for obtaining organic-mineral fertilizer. In the soil intended for growing seedlings of tomatoes of the “Pepper-shaped Orange” variety and peppers of the “Bogatyr” variety, the resulting fertilizer was applied in the amount of 1 kg per 1 m2 of soil, which was dug to a depth of 8-10 cm and used to grow seedlings in closed ground and subsequent for planting it in open ground. Soil without fertilization was used as a control. The process of soil preparation for open ground, intended for planting seedlings, was carried out for the experimental field with the introduction and control without fertilization. Experimental and control studies were carried out under equivalent climatic conditions, the scheme and technology of watering plants. In total, 100 bushes of each plant species were used in the experiment. Results and their significance: The use of the obtained organomineral fertilizer allows to increase the yield of vegetable crops (tomatoes, peppers) by 20-25% compared to the control. In addition, in the experimental samples, an increase in the number of fruits on a bush was noted with an increase in their size, a decrease in the growing season and the number of damaged fruits.

Improving the means and methods for the prevention and treatment of postpartum paresis of cows
Annotation:

In modern conditions, the problem of the incidence of cows with high productivity in the postpartum period is relevant. It is these animals that are more susceptible to various diseases, primarily due to violations of the technology of keeping and feeding, weak body resistance, heavy loads during fruiting and milk production. It is known that as a result of various metabolic disorders, calving of cows in farms proceeds with various deviations. The lack of calcium in the blood due to hormonal disorders leads to hypocalcemia and paresis after calving, which is often the cause of death of animals. Therefore, the improvement of prevention schemes and treatment of puerperal paresis in cows is very relevant. Purpose of the article – Improvement of preventive and therapeutic measures for postpartum paresis in cows on the basis of the Tassu farm in Akmola district. The work was carried out under production conditions on a livestock farm in the Akmola region, in the farm "Tassu" in the spring and summer. The object of the study were black-motley cows with a pregnancy period of 250-260 days. 22 animals were selected in the experimental group, 12 animals in the control group. The average weight of animals is 567 ± 34.5 kg, age 5-6 years. The cows of the experimental group received injections of the drug Karsulen, which included: 2 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6. Karsulen was administered to cows intramuscularly or subcutaneously at the rate of 1 ml per 100 kg of animal weight, the dose volume should not be less than 5 ml per animal. In the postpartum period, in the complex therapy of postpartum paresis in cows, Karsulen is used intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1-2 times a day. The use of the drug Karsulen with the composition: 1 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6 has a regulatory effect on protein, carbohydrate, fat metabolism, restores impaired function of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys.

Economic processes and foreign languages: results of interaction

Language is the main vector of communication, in turn, communication develops languages throughout the history of mankind. The natural need of people is communication in their native language, the most convenient means of self-expression and understanding of others. However, modernity has changed the global paradigm of communication, indicating a reassessment of the role of languages by both official and informal communities, including native speakers of various languages. Moreover, the choice of a common communication language is influenced not only by the context, but also by the social, cultural, and economic characteristics of the communicants. In an intercultural context, there is a problem of adaptation of communication participants, closely related to the mastery of the language of the receiving party, ignorance of which is a barrier to successful communication. To develop the skills of tolerant communicative behavior, it is necessary to create special programs equipped with the necessary teaching materials available in international communication languages. Some of these workshops are offered in the presented article. Purpose of the article is to determine the influence of language on the development of economic processes that unite people of different linguistic and socio-cultural backgrounds, as well as to describe the influence of interacting languages on various aspects of professional activity and the role of education in introducing new generations into an intercultural context. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks were put forward: presentation of the main provisions of the economic theory of language; highlighting the controversial role of translators when working with companies in an intercultural environment; identification of problems and the role of teaching foreign languages to students for their successful adaptation in an intercultural professional context. The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, in which methods of comparative, structural-functional, and statistical analysis were applied. To obtain empirical data, the methods of questioning and interviewing respondents included in the system of intercultural communication were used. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that, as a rule, in most cases, preference is given to the common language of communication, which is either one of the international languages or the language of the titular nation. Ethnic ties, trust and tolerance are often associated with the possession of a common language of communication.

Factors of using modern synthetic materials to create design objects

The process of creating new forms is the key to choosing the combination of different textures for a unique aesthetic effect. Currently, various elements of the interior, including furniture and other decorative additions, are the basis for obtaining emotional balance, which is achieved between the functional purpose of the interior and its artistic and figurative concept. The main task in creating such objects is to create the most comfortable and harmonious atmosphere in the interior, regulating the mental processes of a person, which would cause exceptionally positive emotions and stimulate the creative development of users. The purpose is to consider the features of the use of epoxy resin in the design of interior objects and to study the importance of synthetic resins as a modern material for new ways of shaping in interior design and decoration. The methods used are: the use of formaldehyde resins as a modern, affordable, multifunctional material, the combination of resin with coloring and the use of various textures. Expansion of the range of interior elements in the manufacture of which epoxy resin is used. In this regard, it should be noted that the use of various resin compositions when creating design objects meets consumer requirements and complies with modern and latest trends. In this article, a brief study of such a polymeric material as epoxy resin was carried out. The properties of epoxy resin and how they affect the compositional solution, methods of its modification, and functional aspects of design from the point of view of manufacturing interior elements are described. The technologies for manufacturing modern products for decorative and applied purposes coated with epoxy resin are considered. In the process of researching technologies, a series of experiments are carried out to determine the structure of possible sequential actions, within which a technology will be studied and designed to ensure the safety of a new design product made of synthetic materials, then a constructive logic will be provided in which not only the functional properties of the object will not suffer, but also acquire valuable innovative value

Carrying out the demercurization of heavy metals (mercury) using the Denite immobilizer and its effect on the soil
Annotation:

On the territory of the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar in the area of the industrial wastewater reservoir «Bylkyldak» in some areas of the earth there is soil contamination with mercury, exceeding the MPC for mercury (2.1 mg/kg) by 500 times. The total mass of mercury dispersed in the surface layer of soils is 2.8 tons. The mass of contaminated soil is approximately 208,000 tons. Pollution of the territory is historical. The purpose of the article is to determine the efficiency of chemical binding (immobilization) of mercury in the soil with the Japanese drug Denite® in real field conditions of the territory of mercury contamination in the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar using an experimental study; to determine the stability of insoluble mercury compounds formed by the preparation at extreme winter and summer temperatures and seasonal fluctuations in open ground. Soil samples were taken for the study at 11 points in the centers of mercury pollution. Laboratory studies were carried out in an accredited analytical laboratory of the Testing Center of JSC Caustic. Soil samples were treated with Denite®, the preparations obtained were stabilized, and water extracts were prepared. The content of mercury in soils, extracts from them, and plants was determined by the atomic absorption method on a RA-915+ spectrometer equipped with RP-91 and RP-91S attachments. As a result of research, the effectiveness of Denite® in the chemical binding of mercury in the soil has been proven and its optimal dosages have been determined. As a result of the positive tests of the technology of chemical immobilization of mercury, the prospect of a practical solution to the issue of demercurization of mercury-contaminated soil on the territory of the Northern industrial zone appeared.

Mathematical modeling of experimental data in the design of formulas for dairy products
Annotation:

Main problem: the article is devoted to the issue of designing basic recipes for dairy products using mathematical modeling methods. The author analyzed the problems in the field of food technology and concluded that mathematical modeling is used in the following areas: clarification of technological process modes, designing recipes and assessing the quality of finished products, as well as predicting the shelf life of new products when they are put into production. The use of dihydroquercetin as a drug that prevents the oxidation of milk fat in the design of dairy products is substantiated. Mathematical modeling was carried out on the basis of experimental and analytical material obtained in laboratory and production conditions. Based on the maximum value of the objective functions, the optimal normalized mixtures and the maximum allowable concentration of dihydroquercetin were selected. The analysis of the received mathematical dependences and models is carried out, the system of linear equations is made. Purpose: to study the effect of natural bioflavonoid antioxidant on the oxidative processes of milk fat and the viability of lactic acid cultures and their associations by mathematical modeling in order to use it in the technology of a new product; conduct an analysis of mathematical dependencies and models, compose a system of linear equations. Methods: the article uses the method of mathematical analysis and the matrix method. Results and their significance: a mathematical model was developed for the dependence of the viability of probiotic cultures on the mass fraction of dihydroquercetin when designing recipes for a creamy-protein curd product, a matrix of the chemical composition of dairy ingredients was presented, and a system of linear equations for basic recipes was compiled. In the course of the study, the spatial configurations of dihydroquercetin, as well as its effect on the oxidative processes of milk fat, were studied. Mathematical modeling of experimental data on the study of the effect of dihydroquercetin on the viability of microorganisms with probiotic properties was carried out. The normalization of the complex of obtained results on the study of the influence of the mass fraction of dihydroquercetin on the fermentation process was studied. Controlled factors characterizing the process of fermentation of model media with dihydroquercetin have been determined. A rationing of the dihydroquercetin complex of more than 0.50% was established; the target function decreases to its minimum value of 0.53 with a mass fraction of dihydroquercetin of 1.00%.

Fermented milk and vegetable "Products for live"
Annotation:

In the dairy market of Kazakhstan, the demand for mass-produced dairy products is decreasing and expanding to innovative fermented milk products for functional nutrition. The main feature of the new technology is multicomponent formulations, which include the main raw materials and biocorrectors, ensuring their high biological and nutritional value. New dessert products are prepared on a dairy or protein basis using vegetable ingredients, fermented with strains of dry starter cultures of direct application or immobilized starter culture Bifimm probio. The purpose is to apply immobilized living cells of pure cultures of lacto- and bifidobacteria as a biocatalyst for the fermentation of dairy-vegetable media. During the study, the method of immobilization of microbial cells in biopolymer gels was used. The most effective method is the inclusion of cells in an aqueous solution of biopolymers with a concentration of 25 %. For immobilization, pure cultures of lactic acid and bifidobacteria were selected in the gel as part of the concentrates "BK-Altai-LS Bifi", "Poleznaya Partiya", "Genesis", "Narine", "Bio-yogurt Vivo", and the main prescription ingredients were selected: milk with a mass fraction of fat of 1 %, 2.5 %, 3.2 %, natural grain additives, jams, juices, nuts. Formulations, technological schemes and production methods, prototypes were developed, quality and safety indicators were determined. Studies have shown the effectiveness of immobilized starter cultures in the formation of fermented dessert products. Out of 20 prototypes with the best indicators, 5 samples were selected, in which the optimal ratio of milk, probio Bifimm starter cultures and biocorrectors averaged 70:20:10. The quality and safety analysis showed that new fermented milk products using immobilized starter cultures have a positive effect of more than -70 % compared to direct-use starter cultures, have functional properties and can be used for healthy nutrition in Kazakhstan.

Development of a new type of curd mass using a vegetable protein-containing component
Annotation:

It is known that the nutritional value of proteins is primarily characterized by the composition of essential amino acids and is determined by their accessibility. Not just proteins are necessary for the good functioning of the human body, but a certain amount of essential amino acids. Since the lack or absence of any of them causes serious health problems. The problem of protein malnutrition is global for many reasons and to solve it, it’s necessary to study the prospects for the possible use of non-traditional sources of dietary protein, namely vegetable protein. Considering this, the article presents the results of studies conducted over several years, the objects of which were dairy and vegetable products and protein hydrolyzate from chickpea flour. At the same time, the possibility of its use as a filler of plant origin to improve the physicochemical and structural-mechanical properties of a new type of finished product was determined. The purpose of these studies is to develop a recipe and determine the technological stages of production of a new type of product of dairy and vegetable origin, which has a functional focus, in which vegetable products are used together with dairy components. It should be noted that when selecting components, preference is given to raw materials grown in the local region. When developing the recipe, the optimal amount of chickpea protein hydrolyzate to be added was determined, which makes it possible to give the finished product not only attractive commercial characteristics, which the modern consumer primarily pays attention to, but also to obtain such product properties that will help strengthen the immune system and the resistance of the human body to adverse conditions environment, what is especially important for the younger generation. When developing the technology of a new dairy-vegetable curd mass, the optimal modes of each technological operation and the stage at which it is most expedient to apply a vegetable component are determined. Main problem: the development of a new direction in the food industry – the so-called functional nutrition, which means the use of such products of natural origin, which, when systematically used, have a regulatory effect on the body as a whole or on its specific systems and organs, has been widely recognized all over the world: immunostimulants, biocorrectors for blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc. When creating functional dairy products, ingredients of plant origin are increasingly included in recipes, which are sources of dietary fiber, vitamins and microelements, organic acids and other biologically active compounds, which can also serve as flavor fillers. Purpose: to develop a technology for the preparation of a fermented milk product with the addition of an extract from gourds. To do this, it was necessary: to select the amount (dose) of the yoghurt starter introduced into the prepared milk, and also to investigate the effect of temperature on the fermentation process of the drink; to investigate the amount (dose) of the vegetable filler introduced into the mixture and its effect on the organoleptic characteristics of the drink; to investigate the organoleptic properties of the drink with the melon culture extract added to it before fermentation and after fermentation; to investigate the effect of vegetable filler on the fermentation process; to investigate the effect of the dose of vegetable filler on the process of acid formation; conduct microbiological studies of milk and vegetable yogurt; to investigate the change in the acidity of milk and vegetable yogurt during storage; to investigate the effect of the freezing process on the chemical composition and biological value of the extract. Methods: when performing the practical part of the work, physicochemical, organoleptic and microbiological studies were used. Results and their significance: in the course of the study, it was concluded that by adding an extract of gourds to the technology for the preparation of fermented milk products, a new fermented milk product can be obtained that meets all physicochemical, organoleptic and microbiological requirements. Experience in team computer game development

The article discusses the experience of developing a computer video game by a team of students of the Department of Information Technology of the Innovative University of Eurasia within the 48-hour competition «48h Game Making Challenge» for creating video games, held in Pavlodar on October 27-29, 2022 in the IT-Hub building of the College of Information Technologies (93 Lermontov St.). Basic information about the event and a link to the registration form were published on the Instagram @digital_drive14 social network page and on the website https://digitaldrive.kz /. 8 teams from different educational institutions of Pavlodar participated in the competition. The purpose of the article is to comprehend the practical experience of developing a computer game. The team chose the Unity game engine as the environment and the main tool for developing a computer game. The Unity program is a popular development environment for interactive 2D and 3D content. The engine is completely free for the average user. The Unity engine was also chosen because it is multifunctional and uses a component-oriented approach, in which the developer creates objects and adds various components to them. The advantage of the engine was also the presence of a huge library of assets and plugins, with which you can significantly speed up the game development process. The graphics of the game were made in Photoshop. The music and sounds were taken from free sources. InEU team developed a computer game «Conqueror of the Moon» and became the winner of the contest «48 Hour Game Making Challenge Pavlodar 2022». During the development of the game, the team first chose the engine, developed the plot and concept of the game, created an image for the level and menu. Then the programmer developed the mechanics of the game, wrote code for control, time, dialogues, messages. The designers drew the environment, background, characters, created all the animations for the game and found music for the background of the menu and the game itself.

An innovative approach to the development of biotechnology of specialized products for the nutrition of athletes

Main problem: the article substantiates the relevance of the development and production of specialized food products for athletes and the population involved in sports, fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle. Purpose: development of specialized food products with a general health-improving character, intended for the population involved in sports, fitness and experiencing increased physical exertion. Methods: the obtained results were statistically processed using the methods of correlation and regression analysis and standard software packages "Statistica 6.0". Measurements of chemical, microbiological, organoleptic parameters were carried out using standard methods and modern instruments: an analyzer, an analytical analyzer electrophoresis cell, a high-performance liquid chromatograph, and others. Results and their significance: a scientific concept for the creation of fermented specialized milk-based food products for sports nutrition was formulated; biotechnologies for specialized food products for athletes were developed. For the practical implementation of the results of analytical and experimental studies, packages of regulatory and technical documentation for the production of new products have been developed, which have been tested in the production conditions of existing enterprises in the dairy industry.

Experimental determination of an effective fermented milk-protein food system as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product

The article contains the results of a research work devoted to an important problem - the development, production and delivery to the consumer of fermented dairy products of a healthy diet fortified (enriched) with milk protein, a vitamin-mineral complex, and probiotics and prebiotics. Purpose is based on mathematical modeling of experimental data, to determine an effective fermented food system for use as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product for a healthy specialized diet; to develop a recipe and technology for its production; to study the nutritional, biological and energy value of a new product. Modern technologies and equipment were used in experimental studies: ultrafiltration, fortification, etc. The studies were carried out by standard physicochemical, microbiological methods in three to five repetitions. Mathematical and statistical processing of experimental data was carried out using the program "Statistica-6.0". A recipe and technology for the production of a curd product for a healthy specialized diet has been developed. Its nutritional, biological and energy value has been studied. The developed recipe and biotechnological parameters for the production of the curd product were tested in the industrial conditions of the leading enterprise JSC "Lyubinskiy MKK". The quality and safety of the curd product was studied in the laboratory of techno-chemical control of FGANU "VNIMI" (Moscow).

Development of technological parameters for gluten-free pasta production

The article is devoted to the development of technological parameters for the production of gluten-free pasta, as well as to the study of the influence of physico-chemical factors on the formation of the structure and organoleptic parameters of gluten-free pasta. The authors studied modern approaches to the production of gluten-free food in Kazakhstan. During the study, the main types of raw materials used in the production of gluten-free pasta of functional orientation were identified. For the production of a new product, a reasonable choice of raw materials and functional ingredients was carried out, the formulation and production technology were developed, all temperature and time modes were described, physico-chemical, organoleptic parameters of the new product were studied, a production flowchart was developed. The purpose of the article is to develop the technology of gluten-free pasta enriched on the basis of corn, rice flour and meeting the requirements for specialized food products, with the addition of functional and flavoring ingredients to expand the range of gluten-free products in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In experimental studies, the formula of a new gluten-free paste based on rice and corn flour with the addition of flaxseed flour, soy protein isolate «EdimCo», xanthan gum, dietary fiber (psyllium), Supermak booster was developed. The complex results of organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of whole-grain flour for the production of new gluten-free pasta are presented. The results of organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators, as well as safety indicators of finished gluten-free pasta are presented. The article presents the technological parameters and time modes of the production process of fresh pasta, including the following basic operations: preparation of raw materials at t = 10 0C, kneading pasta dough at t = 40-45 0C, vacuuming at 40-10 kPa, pressing (extrusion) at 7 min, 10-12 MPa, drying and stabilization at 10-12 MPa, cooling of dried products t = 20-25 0C 4 hours, packaging of finished products at t = 35 0C and relative humidity 70 %.

On the application of CASE-methodologies at the stage of analysis and design of software tools

Main problem: the globalization of the information sphere has led to a significant increase in the volume of stored and processed information. To increase the processing speed and provide information to the recipient, it is logical to increase the power of the equipment on which the information is processed. But such a path also leads to an increase in financial costs for continuous modernization or complete updating of computer equipment and application software. Purpose: an alternative solution to increasing the capacity of hardware and software may be to optimize the process of organizing data storage, and already at the stage of information analysis. At the initial stages of the task, a huge amount of information is collected and processed, which needs to be classified, to identify essential and non-essential information flows for the information system being developed, etc. The quality of functioning of the developed information system as a whole and its individual modules in particular will depend on how correctly and fully the structuring and systematization of data will be carried out. Methods: modern methodologies of conceptual design of information systems shift the emphasis from software implementation to analysis and modeling of the production environment. The tools used in the process of conceptual modeling allow you to automate the main part of the processes, including the development of program code in the format of templates (patterns), including the preparation of documentation for the software product being developed. Since modern methodologies and tools are based on the use of powerful graphical tools, this significantly increases the visibility and simplifies the process of making adjustments to the information system project, actually using the "Drag-and-Drop" technology. This allows you to redistribute the time spent on the implementation of the first stages of information system development, allocating more time to the analysis and design of the software environment at an abstract, conceptual level. Results and their significance: the stages of analysis and design do not require large financial costs and are more variable. Information at these stages is easier to adjust and change than, for example, at the stage of writing program code. In addition, it is at these stages that the most active interaction between the developer and the customer is carried out, where maximum visibility and variability of the project of the future information system is required. And the use of modern software design methodologies significantly increases the efficiency of the first stages of information system design.

Development of Technology for the Production of Meat Products of the "Halal" Category for Functional Nutrition
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the development of technology for meat products of the "Halal" category. The authors consider the main problems of the meat industry in the field of the development of meat products of the "Halal" category in accordance with the National Program "Development of meat farming for 2018-2027", as well as the peculiarities of the production of meat products of the "Halal" category in Kazakhstan. A technology for the production of sausages for frying of the "Halal" category based on minced turkey and beef meat for functional nutrition has been developed, organoleptic, physico-chemical parameters of the new product have been studied. The mass fraction of protein is 8 %, the mass fraction of fat is 7 %. The authors of the article have developed a technological scheme for the production of a new product of the "Halal" category, which includes: acceptance of raw materials, cutting, deboning, veining, grinding to 2-3 mm of meat raw materials. At the next stage, meat is cooked at t 2-4 0C for 12 hours, minced meat is prepared (adding jerusalem artichoke 3 %, adding vitamin premix "Rovifarin" in an amount of 1.0 %, as well as spices and garlic according to the developed recipe). At the next stage, the minced meat is stuffed into natural shells with a diameter of (32-44) mm, cooled at t (4 + 2) 0C, stored at t (4 + 2) 0C for 36 hours. During the microstructural study of a sample of boiled and smoked sausage produced using traditional technology, it was found that the mass of the sample was formed from large fragments of muscle, fat and connective tissue (0.7-1.4) microns. The layout of the structural elements of the minced meat is dense, vacuoles and microcapillaries are rounded in shape, sometimes without clear boundaries, merged, with a size of (60-300) microns.

Theoretical Basis of Training of Pedagogues and Psychologists for the Development of Cognitive Activity of Teenagers

The main problem: the current directions of its development are determined in the article by conducting a theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, scientific and methodical works on the training of specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of teenagers. Currently, it is shown that the training of specialists in the development of cognitive activity of teenagers is a pedagogical and psychological problem. Purpose: to clarify the theory and propose a technology for the training of pedagogical and psychological specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of adolescents. Methods: When conducting the research, it was important to take into account statistical data that were sufficiently understandable and reliable. Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school.
