Technology of electronic distance course development for the adaptation of employees to activities in the enterprise
Annotation:

The authors consider the need to adapt new employees at the enterprise through the use of an electronic course. The article provides definitions of the concepts "e-course", "adaptive e-course". The adaptive e-course is a course designed to familiarize new employees with the history, structure and corporate values of t he company, allowing the new employee to be adapted to unusual labor and psychological factors. The analysis of adaptive courses is carried out and the main technologies of e– course development are highlighted (virtual and augmented reality technologies, gamification, online chats, LMS and corporate learning portals, machine learning and artificial intelligence, learning Analytics and BigData, storytelling). The advantages of storytelling technology in the development of an adaptive e -course, especially in providing psychological support during the adaptation period, are considered.

Urbanization impact on the ethno-cultural processes

In the article the traditional socio-cultural values in terms of urbanization are discussed, the trends in the development of ethno-cultural processes are characterized. On the basis of the sociological study the conservation of traditionalrituals is especially analyzed, ethno cultural orientation and level of knowledge of certain elements of national culture is identified.In our view, it’s interesting to consider the transition of anthroponomy and other proper names in the category of urbanoniums. It is the process of the reflecting the historical, social, political and cultural transformation. It describes a certain historical period and helps with it to follow up the history of the city. Alsourbanonims base the main source of linguistic and regional geographic research. So, there are some examples of rise of urbanonims in Kazakh, Russian and English languages are given.

The ways of forming of value orientations of students in higher education institution

In this article, the author considers the formation of value orientations of students in higher education institution. According to the author, the values of students are formed under the influence of the social environment. Identifying the relationship between value orientations of students, their individual psychological characteristics, individual creativity, and active engagement in the surrounding world is shown through experimentation. In fact, in the article based on methods M. Rokich "Value orientation", S.S. Bubnov "Diagnostics of real structure of value orientations" and R. Freshmen adaptation in a an institution of medical college
Annotation:

The article deals with the problems of psychological and pedagogical support of students, the stages, the reasons for the first course in the period of their adaptation to college education. In the article there are specified the notions of psychological and pedagogical support, basic conditions of using support for successful adaptation of freshmen, there are also given methods on research of problems of students’ adaptation. The article deals with capabilities of taking into account individual psychological characteristics of freshmen in adaption to conditions of higher the college education institution. In the work there are also shown the characteristics of key concepts of freshmen adaptation for receiving professional education from the position of psychological, pedagogical and social support. Thus, the following notions are referred to the social position in freshmen support: obtaining a different status – a student status, relative freedom in choosing training trajectory, extension of communication and group interaction, a neutral position of teachers with respect to students, the educational environment and the comfort of psychological atmosphere for successful adaptation.

The problem of social adaptation of senior citizens

In this article the authors considers the emerging problem of social adaptation of senior citizens, important both for the modern psychology and pedagogy. In the article the analysis of socio-psychological literature on the social adaptation of elderly people, as well as an attempt to examine the degree of adaptation of the elderly people in the post labour period. Methods and techniques of art therapy for the correction of hyperactivity of preschool age children
Annotation:

This article contains material about the features of working with pre-school children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Psycho-corrective effects will be effective if the psychologist cooperates closely with parents and teachers. The choice of methods for correcting ADHD should be individual in nature, taking into account the degree of manifestation of the main manifestations of the syndrome and the presence of concomitant violations. ADHD correction is possible with a variety of therapies, such as art therapy, neuropsychology, game therapy, music therapy, bibliotherapy, sand therapy. The syndrome of hyperactivity influences, first of all, on the development of the emotional sphere of the child of preschool age, which is expressed in an increased sense of anxiety, the occurrence of a large number of fears and other types of emotional disorders.

Psychological profile of College graduates is a set of interrelated personal characteristics that contribute to professional and personal development and allow to predict the degree of adaptation of graduates to the conditions of professional activity. The problem of professional demand for College graduates necessitates the training of specialists showing social maturity, the ability to adapt to the labor market, readiness for professional development. The influence of the psychological profile of a College graduate on the goals of teaching depends on various factors not only of the education system, but also of society as a whole. In this process, the main role belongs to the educational environment of the College. Therefore, one of the main conditions for the successful professional and personal development of the student during the years of study is the creation of a favorable psychological environment in the College for the realization of their intellectual and personal potential.

The study of nutritional values and organoleptic properties of poly-grain extruded mixture
Annotation:

Among many environmental conditions that affect a person, the most important factor is nutrition. Today, there is no doubt that there is a direct link between nutrition, health and disease. Proper nutrition ensures normal growth and development of a person, contributes to the prevention of diseases, has a positive impact on life expectancy and creates conditions for adaptation to the environment. A very actual topic for public catering in the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely for fast food companies, is the development of new recipes and culinary products from relatively inexpensive vegetable raw materials, as well as qualitatively new food products with a purposefully changed chemical composition. One of the main ways of solving problems of expanding the production of products for quick service, as well as products for dietary and therapeutic and preventive nutrition is the use of sprouted grains and beans. In this article, poly-grain mixtures of sprouted wheat and extruded soy beans in different ratios are studied and considered. Poly-grain mixtures developed by us are balanced in nutrients, vitamins and amino acids. The research was carried out on the basis of the accredited testing laboratory of RUBICOM enterprise LLP and the scientific laboratory of the Innovative Eurasian University. The purpose of this work is to study a promising method for increasing the nutritional value of grain mixtures by extruding them at different temperature conditions. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were planned: – to study the grain of soy beans and sprouted wheat on the organolepti c characteristics and chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture; – examine the chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture before extrusion; – choose the optimal mode of the extrusion process; – study and analyze the chemical composition of poly-grain extruded mixture; It should be noted that we have developed for the first time the optimal technological mode of extrusion of poly-grain mixture from sprouted wheat and soy beans, and the physical and chemical composition of the poly-grain mixture was studied. The results of the research presented in this paper are the basis for the development of recipes and technologies for fast food products. The reliability and validity of scientific statements is confirmed by the choice of modern methods of chemical composition analysis.

The education system in the era of the fourth industrial revolution: developing skills and thinking for learning

Main problem: Computer systems and technologies are changing our society significantly. These changes are interconnected with both social and production spheres. Innovative digital technologies have a huge impact on the labor market and professional activity, contributing to their transfer to the electronic environment. Using digital technologies, modern people set new goals and solve problems with an increasing speed of problem solving, capitalizing on the possibilities of collaborative distributed actions within networks. In this regard, new competencies of specialists are in demand. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the education system and the development of skills and thinking for learning. Methods: When conducting scientific research, economic and statistical methods were used. These methods were also used in comparative analysis, as well as in assessing data and indicators of the higher education system, taking into account the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. The analytical method was used to consider the characteristics and factors influencing the development of skills and thinking for learning in modern conditions. The abstract-logical method is used to identify problems affecting the development of the labor market under the influence of digital technologies. Results and their value: The result of the study is that conclusions are drawn about the upcoming changes. Automation and digitalization are likely to lead to significant unemployment in most countries, so adaptation innovation policies are needed to help offset unemployment due to digitalization. Governments need to invest heavily in higher education as an economic development tool for their citizens. Lifelong learning should be identified as a critical element of success in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Curricula should develop digital skills and address workforce disruptions due to automation.

Economic processes and foreign languages: results of interaction
Annotation:

Language is the main vector of communication, in turn, communication develops languages throughout the history of mankind. The natural need of people is communication in their native language, the most convenient means of self-expression and understanding of others. However, modernity has changed the global paradigm of communication, indicating a reassessment of the role of languages by both official and informal communities, including native speakers of various languages. Moreover, the choice of a common communication language is influenced not only by the context, but also by the social, cultural, and economic characteristics of the communicants. In an intercultural context, there is a problem of adaptation of communication participants, closely related to the mastery of the language of the receiving party, ignorance of which is a barrier to successful communication. To develop the skills of tolerant communicative behavior, it is necessary to create special programs equipped with the necessary teaching materials available in international communication languages. Some of these workshops are offered in the presented article. Purpose of the article is to determine the influence of language on the development of economic processes that unite people of different linguistic and socio-cultural backgrounds, as well as to describe the influence of interacting languages on various aspects of professional activity and the role of education in introducing new generations into an intercultural context. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks were put forward: presentation of the main provisions of the economic theory of language; highlighting the controversial role of translators when working with companies in an intercultural environment; identification of problems and the role of teaching foreign languages to students for their successful adaptation in an intercultural professional context. The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, in which methods of comparative, structural-functional, and statistical analysis were applied. To obtain empirical data, the methods of questioning and interviewing respondents included in the system of intercultural communication were used. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that, as a rule, in most cases, preference is given to the common language of communication, which is either one of the international languages or the language of the titular nation. Ethnic ties, trust and tolerance are often associated with the possession of a common language of communication.

Pedagogical Conditions for Creative Self-realisation of Students in Fine Arts
Annotation:

Main problem: the issue of self-actualisation of schoolchildren is one of the most urgent problems of pedagogical science, aimed at investigating and comprehending the contradictory processes of development, training and education of schoolchildren’s personality in modern socio-cultural conditions. Thus, one of the tasks of the secondary school and the teacher is to create optimal conditions for the development of adolescents’ personality abilities for self-realisation. Purpose: is to reveal the optimal pedagogical conditions that promote the process of development of teenagers’ personality abilities to self-realization. Methods: the task of the research cintains the study and experimental verification of a certain set of conditions which contribute to the self-realisation of students in the process of fine arts lessons at a comprehensive school. Results and their significance: organizational forms of conducting classes for the formation of abilities to creative self-actualisation are defined. It is shown that the most important pedagogical conditions for the self-realization of the teenagers’ personality are the combination of individual and collective organization of learning at the fine arts lessons and the wide use of the problem-based method of teaching.
