International cooperation of the Commonwealth of independent States in countering human trafficking: General characteristics and main directions
Annotation:

The purpose of this article is to review the main possible areas of international cooperation of the law enforcement agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States in combating human trafficking. The authors, based on an analysis of the existing international instruments to combat trafficking in persons, reveal details of the main directions of the international cooperation of the CIS countries’ law enforcement bodies, implemented through: the partial transfer of competence, a joint investigation of criminal cases, as well as the extradition of a person for criminal prosecution.

Rights and obligations of persons involved in civil proceedings: problems of legal regulation
Annotation:

The article describes in detail the civil proceedings, the General characteristics of the participants of the process, the classification of persons involved in the case, the order of their participation in the proceedings, as well as their rights and obligations. Civil procedure is a system of legal norms regulating civil procedural actions and legal relations formed between the court and other participants of the process in the administration of justice in civil cases. The main purpose of this production is restoration of the violated right and protection o f interests protected by the law. Procedural actions shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure and strict procedure established by law. On the basis of the procedure established by law at all stages of the process, civil procedural relations arise, develop and cease.

Technology of electronic distance course development for the adaptation of employees to activities in the enterprise
Annotation:

The authors consider the need to adapt new employees at the enterprise through the use of an electronic course. The article provides definitions of the concepts "e-course", "adaptive e-course". The adaptive e-course is a course designed to familiarize new employees with the history, structure and corporate values of t he company, allowing the new employee to be adapted to unusual labor and psychological factors. The analysis of adaptive courses is carried out and the main technologies of e– course development are highlighted (virtual and augmented reality technologies, gamification, online chats, LMS and corporate learning portals, machine learning and artificial intelligence, learning Analytics and BigData, storytelling). The advantages of storytelling technology in the development of an adaptive e -course, especially in providing psychological support during the adaptation period, are considered.

Scientific substantiation and development of biotechnology of curd product for specialized (herodietic) nutrition
Annotation:

he article presents the scientific rationale for a promising trend - a product with a high protein content, enriched with functional ingredients for specialized (herodietic) nutrition. Based on the results of our own research, we determined the component composition of the fermented product and the main dairy raw material - buttermilk, characterized by high biological value. The new product contains an antioxidant complex and a herbal ingredient that expands the product range.

Methods of energy saving increase under during agglomerate production at Aksu Ferroalloy Plant Branch of “Kazchrome” JSC
Annotation:

In this article issues of efficient use of ferroalloys production waste to save costs are considered; energy efficiency of agglomerate production is calculated; sintering heat balance data are presented by a case study of Aksu Ferrolloy Plant. According to the annual economic benefits calculation the folowing results are obtained: due to аglogases recirculation, fuel saving is 1334.5 t.o.e.; due to reheating it is 1491 t.o.e.; due to installation of thyristor converters to the unit the annual energy saving is 1714000 kWh. Thus, it is identified that besides energy-efficiency measures during recycling of solid and gaseous wastes, the use of agglomerate increases IPF electric furnaces performance as well, decreases specific energy and reducing agent consumption which means the prime cost of finished products will be reduced.

Dynamic evaluation of emergency cases in Pavlodar city

This paper analyzes emergency cases in Pavlodar city and suggests a set of preventive measures aimed at reducing the number of emergencies. The main causes of emergencies are of natural and anthropogenic origin. The paper is based on statistical data for a five-year period. Based on research results, state recording of emergencies is maintained. To prevent emergencies of natural and anthropogenic cause on the territory of Pavlodar, there are special emergency rescue teams, territorial units of the Civil Defense, object units and emergency response units.

The article presents an analysis of an Advertising World Model through a description of spatio-temporal and subject-object characteristics of the World Model, formed by Commercial Television Advertising. For the description of an Advertising World Model, the authors have conducted a content analysis of commercials broadcasted at “Pervyy kanal “Eurasia.” According to the authors, by impressing specific values, the advertisement thereby promotes a certain way of life. The authors consider advertising as a means of manipulating the mass consciousness. Peculiarities of the method of teaching discipline
Annotation:

"Information communication technologies" in English language Annotation. The article discusses the use of the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methodology in the teaching of the discipline "Information and Communication Technologies" in English. The use of this technology in polylingual groups is most appropriate, since the CLIL pursues two goals, namely, the study of the subject through a foreign language, and a foreign language through the taught subject. Integrability is determined by the fundamental nature of ICT and the nature of the basic objects of its study; the ability to work with information refers to general educational skills. Teaching ICT in English allows students to look at English from an information point of view. To assimilate the material, the already existing knowledge of students in the user aspect is reinforced, relying on the basic concepts of ICT and competence in the field of informatics, expanding the literacy skills of ICT tools and English-language software, enriching vocabulary in English, forming orientation skills in the English interface of applied and office programs ..

Expansion of pyroplasmosis of different canine breeds in the Pavlodar city

The article presents the results of studies conducted at the veterinary clinic «Jean» in the city of Pavlodar. It is noted, that for the period 2013-2017. 348 cases of disease in dogs were registered by pyroplasmosis – a protozoal disease caused by parasitic organs of the genus Piroplasma. The authors described the clinical symptoms of disease in animals, as well as the nature of the flow of infectious diseases.

Lime yield and roasting time using ferroalloy gas
Annotation:

Evaluation of the output of lime is made for three options for the use of Ferroalloy gas: when you use the physical heat of the gas; when using the chemical energy of the gas and the location of the reactor after scrubbing; when sharing of sensible heat and chemical energy of the gas. As a result of the calculation of the expected yield of lime, it was found that the use of Ferroalloy gas for the production of lime can fully provide or at least compensate for the deficit of lime in the production of steel. The technology of calcination of limestone with Ferroalloy gas is presented in the form of a cycle synchronized with the smelting of steel, including, in accordance with the gas outlet from the layer and their alternation with pauses of inter-blowing periods. The preliminary technological characteristics of firing obtained as a result of theoretical analysis are used for further experimental and theoretical studies.

Particularities of dental stem cells types

The article is devoted to the actual problem of tooth loss and solving the problem through the development of tissue engineering. Tissue engineering is a set of methods and procedures aimed at the regeneration of biological tissues. It includes a triad of basic elements: stem cells, extracellular matrix or scaffold, growth factors and signaling pathways. An important role in solving the existing problems is associated with stem cells. Dental stem cells are capable of self-renewal and differentiation. Current state and development trends of nanotechnology in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Annotation:

Nanotechnology is a field of fundamental and applied science and technology dealing with a combination of theoretical substantiation, practical methods of research, analysis and synthesis, as well as methods for the production and application of products with a given atomic structure through controlled manipulation of individual atoms and molecules. In the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" New political course of the state, the leader of the nation, N.A. Nazarbayev, defines 10 tasks that Kazakhstan faces, one of which is the transition of Kazakhstan to the third industrial revolution. Nanotechnology is one of the branches of the industrial revolution. In the modern world, over the past few years, there has been a rapid development of nanotechnology. The peculiarity of nanotechnology lies in the possibility of their application in an unlimited sphere; therefore they are the basis for a completely new technological order of the economy. Сonsequently, its development in the country is regarded as a particularly important sphere of science. Usage of nanotechnology products will save on raw materials and energy consumption, reduce emissions to the atmosphere and, as a result, will contribute to sustainable economic development.

Didactic aspects purpose in teaching natural knowledge
Annotation:

The article proposes a solution to the problem of goal-setting from the standpoint of activity and competency-based approaches. Concrete formulations of the goals and objectives of the academic disciplines "Methodology of Teaching Natural Sciences" and the school course "Natural Sciences" are given. The choice of these disciplines to illustrate examples of the formulation of the learning goal is determined by their specificity. Since in the course of “Natural Sciences”, students should learn the initial concepts of natural sciences (biology, geography, ecology, human physiology, history of society, etc.), the proposed examples of the wording of the goals and objectives of science lessons will help, according to the authors, teachers and other specialists in the field of education to formulate, by analogy, the goals of disciplines from other areas of science. The specificity of the school course "Natural Sciences" determines the specifics of the theory and technology of teaching this discipline. The wordings of the goals and objectives of the course “Methods of Teaching Natural Sciences” proposed by the authors are developed in accordance with the goals and objectives of the school discipline “Natural Sciences” in compliance with the logic of presentation, a sufficient degree of validity and convincing conclusions, as well as taking into account the specifics of the subject and the didactic principle of continuity.

Monitoring of drinking water in the water supply system of Ekibastuz city
Annotation:

On the basis of research on bacteriological indicators of the water supply system in the Ekibastuz region for the period 2016-2018 the 310 cases of detection of pathogenic microflora were identified. The chemical indicators are given the results of research to determine the content of toxic elements and heavy metals in the source and purified water, as well as in the distribution network of Ekibastuz. The largest number of pathogenic microflora cases and a high concentration of chemical elements are noted during the flood season. Sporadic pathogenic microflora and chemical elements are also recorded in the winter and summer periods.

Various methods and approaches in teaching foreign languages are gaining popularity in the modern world of globalization and integration. The integration of the education system caused by the acceleration of the process of mastering foreign languages and increasing its quality, in this regard, this article discusses the latest world teaching methods in order to implement them in the educational system of educational institutions. Diagnostic value of hematological studies in ichthyopathology
Annotation:

The article presents studies on the morphological picture of the blood of fish in a comparative aspect, depending on age and species. In recent years, the influence of anthropogenic factors on the ecosystem of water bodies has intensified. In this regard, the main direction of solving the problems of ichthy -epizootological situations is new areas in veterinary medicine, in particular, hematological recognition of shaped elements in the blood of fish. To identify and understand the state of the fish organism, which they reflect, the researcher must first of all correctly determine these forms of cells in the blood, especially this applies to white blood cells. Our review is brief and does not pretend to be completely complete literature data on this issue. All this together gives a complex morphological picture of the blood of fish, which is difficult to typify. Unlike higher vertebrates, fish lack bone marrow and lymph nodes, hematopoiesis occurs both in organs, which include reticular syncytium (gill apparatus, kidneys, lymphoid organ), and vascular endothelium of the gill apparatus and heart and spleen and, in some cases, intestinal mucosa. In bone fish, the anterior part of the kidneys is the main organ of hematopoiesis; hematopoiesis also occurs in the lymphoid organs and in the spleen. The purpose of this research is to study the morphological picture of the blood of fish in a comparative aspect, depending on age and species. 3-7 animals from each age group of fish were examined on average. To study the morphological composition of blood from fish, blood was taken from gill vessels and from the heart cavity. In the process of research, it was found that the peculiarity of fish is the presence in the blood of both mature and young red blood cells, red blood cells have nuclei. Bony fish have four types of myeloid cells at all stages of development, known in the hematology of higher vertebrates and humans. A distinctive feature of fish granulocytes is the ability to observe leukocytes in all successive stages of filling the cytoplasm with granules, and the nucleus of th ese cells is very rarely lobed. Unlike fish, in mammals it is very difficult to distinguish between the stages of development of basophils and eosinophils (myelocytes, juvenile, stab and segmented), since the segmentation of the nucleus is weakly expressed , and the number of granules does not increase as the cells mature. It can be noted that the studies initiated can contribute to determining the choice of hematological studies. Given the above factors, a detailed epidemiological classification of hematolo gical studies will be obtained. The research results make certain additions to the procedures of veterinary-hematological studies in the field of ichthyopathology. In the future, research will continue in the direction of hematological diagnosis of fish di seases and prerequisites will be created for a detailed epidemiological classification of hematological studies.

New format of relations in public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the pandemic COVID-19

In this article, the author examines the problems of legal regulation of public procurement in a state of emergency and quarantine measures. The purpose of this article is to study the changes that have appeared in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the introduction of the state of emergency and quarantine in the country. The author provides a legal assessment and analyzes the new norms of Kazakhstani legislation regulating public relations in the field of organizing public procurement. The closure of state borders, the violation of the usual, accumulated over the years, economic ties led to disruptions in the economic activities of state bodies. With all the disadvantages that took place, the positive factor was that the demand for the goods of Kazakhstani producers on the market increased. The introduced new method of public procurement using framework agreements made it possible, in turn, to ensure the guaranteed sale of products of Kazakhstani commodity producers, and also made it possible to apply import substitution of frequently purchased goods. In this article, the author, on the basis of a study of the current practice in this area, demonstrates the features of legal regulation of the sphere of public procurement in completely social new conditions with the help of novelties in legislation, and also reveals the features of the operation of legal norms regulating the sphere of public procurement of goods, works and services in conditions of a state of emergency and quarantine measures. The adoption of special measures by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan made it possible to transfer financial and economic relations in the state to a new format – "customer-supplier". The measures taken by the government have now been extended until the end of 2020. These measures on the part of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan made it possible to introduce a sparing legal regime for regulating this area for representatives of medium and small businesses, in order to minimize the losses of the latter arising against the background of the introduction of a state of emergency and quarantine measures. Taking into account the analysis of judicial practice in the consideration of cases on public procurement, the author emphasizes that in conditions of quarantine measures in Kazakhstan, as a rule, there are violations of the same type, both on the part of customers and on the part of suppliers.

Analysis of the state and problems of metallurgical cluster development of the Pavlodar region’s economy
Annotation:

The article analyzes the state and problems of cluster development in the real sector of the region based on the materials of the Pavlodar region. The main problem of innovative development of the Pavlodar region, as well as in all regions of Kazakhstan, in general, is the lack of innovative activity of enterprises, which is reflected in the volume, frequency and efficiency of their innovations. At the same time, most of the enterprises belonging to the real sector of the economy have sufficient resources for the development of innovative activity. However, the prospects for their interaction with enterprises in other sectors and sectors of the economy for the purpose of technology transfer are insignificant, which, in general, doesn’t meet the principles of balanced spatial development of the territory formulated by the program for the development of territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2020. One of the ways to solve this problem is formation and development of a cluster approach and interaction of business entities. The article assesses the efficiency of the cluster’s functioning as an institution of regional development. On the example of the metallurgical cluster of Pavlodar region, the main ways and methods of forming cluster initiatives in the regional economy are considered, a SWOT analysis of the development of the metallurgical cluster of the region is given, and its main problems are identified; identifies priority directions of clusters’ development (metallurgical cluster, including the production of final products, the cluster of railway engineering, agri-food cluster), the realization of which in the region could create the conditions for the emergence and full development of a number of new highly specialized sectors such as cluster chemistry, cluster of road and construction machinery, transport logistics cluster, cluster of modern production technologies and engineering, cluster of manufacturing components for machinery and equipment and cluster of industrial electrical engineering and equipment for power engineering. The authors also noted that the realization of regional development strategies of cluster initiatives can potentially lay the foundations for clusters “future days”, such as: cluster of resource efficiency and environmentally processing, the cluster of new energy, the cluster of innovative medicine, tourism and recreational cluster.

Simulation of property management using the example of filling station chain
Annotation:

When managing a filling station chain, it is necessary to solve the following tasks in dynamics: determining the volume of purchases by types of oil products sold and redistributing the available volume of various types of oil products to filling station chain. The peculiarity of this control task is that the replenishment of the storage of oil products is carried out centrally, and the sale of each type of fuel is carried out at separate filling stations of the network, that is, in many points. At the same time, the volume of each type of fuel sold by each station of the network should be taken into account separately, taking into account the seasonal demand for a specific oil product. In addition to modeling demand, information is needed on the volume of petroleum products that can be purchased from suppliers with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the volume of purchases due to demand. To solve this problem, a list of suppliers of a specific type of oil product with a possible range of supply volumes must be determined. In the proposed model, an attempt is made to solve the above problems. To solve them, a management model was developed, which was implemented using the Visual Studio C # programming environment and MS SQLServer DBMS. When developing the structure of the database tables, the task of managing a network of filling stations based on the Petri net was taken into account: that is, the database tables provided for storing information on the volumes of supplies of petroleum products, the volume of sales of each type of petroleum product, as well as the time of deliveries and sales. To solve the problem of centralized procurement for all types of fuel, the database provided tables with information about suppliers and possible volumes of supplies by them of various types of petroleum products. To solve the problems of forecasting demand, the model includes algorithms for predicting the volume of sales of petroleum products based on the accumulated time series of data for each type of fuel separately. The forecasting was carried out in order to assess the required volumes of purchases of oil products for the coming period. The prediction algorithms are implemented using two methods: linear approximation and exponential smoothing. Both algorithms take into account the seasonality of demand.

Economic efficiency of the scheme for preventing infertility of dairy cows
Annotation:

The work is intended to determine the etiopathogenetic principles of animal prevention in gynecological pathology and issue a theoretical justification. At the same time, improving preventive measures aimed at preserving their health, increasing the productivity of animals in modern conditions of animal husbandry and ensuring high productivity of cows. In this regard, the main task is to develop ways to increase insemination of cows with the use of complex and homeopathic treatment. For the first time in the East Kazakhstan region, new scientific data on the main etiological factors leading to gynecological pathology and infertility of cows were obtained. Work has been carried out to improve measures aimed at preventing infertility of cows in the conditions of dairy farming in this region and stimulating increased insemination. New schemes for stimulating increased insemination using hormonal, homeopathic and other drugs have been tested. As a result, an increase in the productivity of cows was revealed, and stimulation schemes were introduced. For the first time in the farm" kamyshinskoye" an economic assessment of the damage from infertility of cows is given. Research work is done between 2016 and 2019 years by the Department of veterinary medicine of the State University named after Shakarim, in the laboratory "Agrotechnopark" of the State University named after Shakarim and national University of veterinary medicine and biotechnology named after Lviv and in the farm "kamyshinskoye" of the Shemonaikha district of East Kazakhstan region. To enhance the insemination of cows 3 groups of animals was obtained: animals of group I were not subjected to insemination; animals of group II for 1-3 hours before insemination grafted surfagon 3 ml (15 mg), 15 ml of Catosal, 15 ml habilita-Se, 10 ml uteroton; 8 days prior to insemination progesterone 2,5% 2 ml, Catosal 15 ml, habilita-Se 15 ml; cows of group III for 30-60 minutes before insemination were given Ovariovitis, and after fertilization Ovariovitis for 25-30 days and liarcine 5 ml. According to the results of drawings based on complex and homeopathic preparations, low costs were shown.

Study of the possibility of using heterologous preparations in the serologic diagnosis of carnivorous plague
Annotation:

Main problem: The genus Morbillivirus of the family Paramyxoviridae includes agents of morbilli, plague of cattle, carnivores and small ruminants. Plague agent of carnivores causes a dangerous disease of fur animals and dogs, which in many cases ends in death. The disease is widespread everywhere, including Kazakhstan. In our country, the mixed form of the disease is most common, and the least common is the skin and nervous forms. The chronic course of plague is observed to a greater extent with the nervous form, subacute - with mixed and intestinal, acute - with cutaneous and pulmonary forms of the disease. Goal: Veterinarians have significant difficulties in diagnosing carnivorous plague. Despite the fact that serological methods for diagnosing this infection have been developed and applied for research purposes, the lack of commercial diagnostic preparations on sale significantly restrains their use by practical veterinary workers. Therefore, the diagnosis of plague of carnivores is mainly established on the basis of the symptom complex of the disease and the data of epizootic and pathological anatomical studies, the results of which are largely similar to those in some other diseases of carnivores. Scientific research in the field of means and methods of laboratory diagnostics of carnivore plague, applicable in practical veterinary medicine, is in great demand. Methods: Considering the fact that the carnivores plague and cattle plague are antigenically closely related, studies were carried out to determine the possibility of using means and methods for diagnosing cattle plague for serological diagnosis of carnivores plague. Results and their significance: It has been established that the use of means and methods for diagnosing cattle plague makes it possible to diagnose carnivore plague at all stages of the course of the disease, their use makes it possible to reliably establish a diagnosis of the disease in fur-bearing animals and dogs in a short time after the receipt of samples of material for research, even in cases of mixed viral and bacterial infections; and also to differentiate the plague of carnivores from diseases similar to it - parvovirus enteritis, infectious hepatitis and a number of others.

Development of the technology of cream bioadditive for enrichment of processed cheese product of functional orientation
Annotation:

The article is devoted to comprehensive research and development of the technology of cream supplements for the enrichment of processed cheese products. This article discusses the steady trend towards the use of dairy products with probiotic properties in the diet of modern people. The authors justify the requirements for the chemical composition and properties of a new type of processed cheese product: the mass fraction of dry processed cheese product must be at least 45 wt.%, the amount of probiotic microflora at least 107 CFU/g, to adjust the fatty acid composition of the product, the use of milk fat substitutes. As a result of the research, the composition and technological parameters of the production of a cream Supplement intended for enriching a new processed cheese product were determined. Skimmed milk powder concentrate with a mass fraction of dry substances (48.0±0.5) %was selected to increase protein (nitrogenous substances) in the nutrient medium for microorganisms. To activate the growth of bifidobacteria, the prebiotic No. 1 – lactulose was studied. The main content of the study is the analysis of the effect of increasing the amount of SOM concentrate on the chemical composition of the compositions of experimental products. The bacterial concentrates Bifilact-B and Bifilact-u were selected as the source of probiotic cultures. In fermented products, microbiological indicators were determined: the total number of lactic acid cultures and bifidobacteria. The article analyzes the dynamics of acidity of experimental products fermented with bifilact-B bacterial concentrate and bifilact-u bacterial concentrate. It was found that in experimental products with a high level of acid formation, the growth of bifidobacteria decreases, this is due to the fact that at low pH values, the growth of bifidobacteria slows down, and at a pH below 4.5 – stops. There was a significant increase in the number of bifidobacteria in the presence of a prebiotic – lactulose concentrate. The authors proved that the fermentation process with the formation of a clot in experimental products with bifilact-B bacterial concentrate is completed within 9-10 hours, taking into account the time of compaction of the consistency. In experimental products fermented with bifilact-U bacterial concentrate, the fermentation process ends within 7-8 hours, that is, by (2.0±0.5) hours faster.

Digitalization is one of the most significant trends in our real life, which is actively implemented in the field of education and is rapidly gaining ground in Kyrgyzstan. This article examines the positive and negative aspects of the modern educational environment focused on the systematic use of digital learning technologies. Modern technologies are developing at a great speed. The authors are sure that the process of transition of modern education and in particular the school curriculum to an electronic format is inevitable. This determines the relevance of the topic under consideration. The author determined that when the idea of digitalization comes to life, not only the education system will change, but also its meaning and purpose. A new one has already grown digital generation; new digital technologies have emerged, digital technology has been born economy, educational technologies have changed – digitalization has begun education. Initiation of pre-trial investigation in cases of kidnapping: essence and characteristics

In this article, the author examines the features of the pre-trial stage of the investigation in the investigation of kidnapping. The initial stage of the investigation consists of: starting a pre-trial investigation, conducting urgent investigative and procedural actions and attracting a person as a suspect. The initial stage of the investigation of a crime, including kidnapping, is crucial for the implementation of further qualitative and offensive investigation of criminal acts. The purpose of this article is to study the natureand features of the beginning of the pre-trial investigation of kidnapping. In the course of the study, the author used such methods of scientific research as: dialectical, system, method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, generalization and study of literary sources, comparative legal, historical-legal, system-structural and formal-logical methods, as well as the method of system analysis. Activities to identify signs of a crime must be considered through the prism of the beginning of a pretrial investigation. Currently, the beginning of a pre-trial investigation, from the point of view of criminology, refers to very specific types of organizational activities at the initial stage of the investigation of a kidnapping. The detection and investigation of kidnappings is highly complex, requiring law enforcement officials to maintain strict secrecy. If there is a reason provided for by the criminal procedure law to start a pre-trial investigation, the investigator or an employee of the body of inquiry is obliged to establish the presence of sufficient data indicating signs of kidnapping. To do this, it is necessary to carefully study the content of the application, compare the available factual data. The beginning of a pre-trial investigation should not be an end in itself of the activities of the pre-trial investigation bodies. At the same time, their offensive and proactive work on all received facts, information and operational materials is extremely important, because it is the embodiment of the active position of the law enforcement system inthe direction of preventing and suppressing possible illegal encroachments on personal freedom, including the suppression of those criminal actions that are in the stages of their preparation or beginning.

On the question of forms and types of property rights in civil law

The right of ownership, like property itself, occupies one of the mainplaces in public life. Statutory regulation of property relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan existed throughout the entire period of statehood formation. Today, property relations are regulated by the norms of various branches of law. But civil law regulation occupies one of the most important places in the system of regulatory regulation. This article deals with a comprehensive analysis of the main legal concepts, such as property, owner, subject of property rights, as well as forms and types of property, the grounds for the emergence and termination of property rights and ways to protect and protect the absolute right of the owner. A certain thing may belong to several persons as common property. In this case, the right of ownership is distributed among several owners (co-owners). The totality of legal norms on common property forms the institution of common property law. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive analysis of the main legal concepts, such as property, owner and subject of property rights, as well as forms and types of property, the basis for the emergence and termination of property rights and the definition of ways to protect and protect the absolute right of the owner. The means of achieving this goal is the study of the works of Kazakh legal scholars, the study of the analysis of practical materials. The article uses the following methods: comparative-legal, system-structural, formal-logical, as well as the method of system analysis. The legislation of Kazakhstan provides for two subjects of State property that have the right to act on their own behalf: the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole (in respect of property constituting republican property) and the administrative – territorial unit (in respect of property constituting municipal property). That is, in civil circulation, data are carriers of state property rights. Depending on the tasks performed, the State exercises the powers of the owner on behalf of one of the specified entities. The Republic of Kazakhstan and the administrative-territorial unit are not legal entities. However, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts, they are subject to the rules governing the participation of legal entities in relations regulated by civil law. The state and administrative-territorial unit, as special subjects, have all the rights ofsubjects of civil legal relations and are limited in legal personality only by the current legislation.

Design of the designershoes with the use of innovative technologies

The article discusses methods for creating smart things, using the example of the use of innovative technologies in the field of materials for clothing and footwear. The factors of form formation are substantiated by the example of the preferences of an individual customer who forms its image through accessories and shoes. The author considers the factors of shaping, based on the special functional features of shoes in connection with ergonomic factors. The designer is able to foresee the factor of transformability in modern footwear, changes in functional qualities, appearance, and design features of new footwear. As a result, on the basis of these transformations, to get a new emotional image and a new form. The shape of the shoe becomes a factor for transformations at the request of the customer. The article discusses the functional tasks of this shoe, plastic characteristics, technical and design tasks. As research methods, the article proposes variants of experimental models with possible stages of transformation, presents preliminary technical data, conducts a comparative analysis with innovative footwear samples of famous world designers, and makes assumptions about the development of this model in the future. An experimental method was used during the study. A shoe shape was developed, which took into account the preferences of the age group of 12-16 years old, relying on this category of consumers, we were able to go beyond the rational understanding of shoes as a functional form and gave it the meaning of a fantastic image, which allowed us to consider the form in the semantic and artistic context dictated by this age group of consumers. In addition, investing in this model the concept of "smart shoes", we considered not only the ability of modification and transformation by rearranging replaceable parts, the possibility of designing and reincarnating from one form to another, combining the constituent elements of the shoe into one whole, but also the development of the creative potential of the consumer, who at its own discretion can rebuild the structure and, in fact, as a designer itself, form a new model. The article makes assumptions about its further development in various fields of activity. Methodological aspects of the technology of developing electronic textbooks

The widespread introduction of information technologies makes significant changes in various spheres of human activity. The education sector is no exception. In this regard, in this article, the author considers the actual problem of developing electronic textbooks and is one of the most relevant and promising areas of informatization of the educational process. The analysis of the works of scientists A.A. Andreev, A.I. Bashmakov, T.I. Koval, V.M. Kukharenko, E.S. Polat, P.I. Serdyukov, S.S. Sysoeva, A.Yu. Uvarova was conducted. These works contain requirements for the development of electronic textbooks. Based on the results of the analysis, the author described the stages of developing electronic textbooks, the principles that they should correspond to, and also provided a list of modules that should make up an electronic textbook. From the existing variety of software packages, the author distinguishes CourseLab, Smart Builder, MOS Solo, Google Sites, iSpring Suite, TurboSite, Adobe Animate, HTML5. The development of electronic textbooks based on the technology presented by the author of the article and their subsequent application in the educational process will help to organize the educational and cognitive activities of students at a more effective level. Purpose is the description of the technology for the development of electronic textbooks, taking into account existing requirements. The article uses methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction. The analysis of requirements and principles of development of electronic textbooks is carried out on the basis of the descriptive-analytical method. The practical result of the proposed technology is the developed electronic textbook "Development of mobile applications". The results of the study, in addition to their theoretical significance, also have practical significance, which consists in the positive dynamics in resolving the contradiction between the continuously increasing flow of information and the limited opportunities of students to assimilate it. The conscious use of electronic textbooks in the educational process is one of the fundamental ways to improve the quality of education by changing the methods of teaching used in the direction of individualization and focus on the student.

On the issue of the scope of application of labor legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

In this article, the authors consider the features of the scope of application of labor legislation. The authors note that the extent to which the norms of labor legislation apply to different types of labor relations varies. In this connection, the question of the scope of labor legislation, as well as the limits of its use in the settlement of labor relations of various categories of citizens, becomes relevant. The purpose of this article is to address issues related to the scope of application of labor legislation. In this study, the methods generally accepted in the legal science and the science of labor law is used. Thus, such general scientific methods as dialectical, system-structural, historical methods, as well as the method of comparative analysis were used. Among the special legal methods used, it is necessary to distinguish the formal legal method of scientific knowledge. The scope of the labor legislation is, first of all, the circle of public relations, a certain territory, as well as the circle of subjects to which its norms apply. The Labor Code cannot regulate all relations concerning the exercise of the right to work. This is the sphere of regulation of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Labor legislation can regulate only those relations concerning the exercise of the right to work that arise on the basis of an employment contract. The authors come to the conclusion that labor legislation regulates not only labor relations, which are the subject of labor law. It also regulates certain other types of employment relations in cases where this is expressly provided for by law. At the same time, it should be noted that the labor legislation applies to other types of labor relations only within the limits defined by a special law. Labor legislation does not apply in cases where the work is performed by an individual – a business entity independently or the work is performed by members of a personal peasant farm in this farm, as well as in cases where an individual performs the duties of a member of the supervisory board of a joint-stock company, the executive body of a business company, or other relevant management bodies of legal entities; if these duties are performed on other grounds than an employment contract, and if an individual performs the duties under a civil contract providing for the performance of certain work in favor of the other party to the contract.

Main problem: This study is devoted to the study of the problems of using special expertise in the investigation of crimes related to human trafficking. The use of specialized expertise is an integral element in the system of investigative actions carried out in cases of human trafficking. In this study, the authors consider the features of the production of forensic examinations in the investigation of crimes related to human trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the study, the authors consider the most typical types of forensic examinations that are conducted in criminal cases of human trafficking. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, as well as the survey of practitioners engaged in the fight against human trafficking and the analysis of criminal cases of human trafficking, practical recommendations for criminal prosecution authorities on the most effective conduct of forensic examinations in criminal cases of this category are proposed. The purpose of this study: to study the tactical features of the production of forensic examinations in the investigation of human trafficking, as well as the features of the use of special expertise. Methods: The methodological basis of this study is the dialectical method of cognition of social and legal phenomena, as well as system-structural, comparative-legal, logical-theoretical and private scientific methods of study. To achieve the objectivity of the research results, these methods were applied comprehensively. Results and their significance: The use of forensic expertise in the investigation of human trafficking is essential for the detection and investigation of these crimes. The study notes that the following types of forensic examinations are among the most common in the investigation of this category of criminal cases: medical examination, biological examination, handwriting examination, phonoscopic examination and odorological examination. The subject of the investigation must carefully understand the tactical features of the production of certain forensic examinations. The practical recommendations proposed by the authors of the study on the appointment and production of forensic examinations considered in the study are important for the successful investigation of the facts of human trafficking, but at the same time they have a recommendatory value and can be modified taking into account the specifics of a particular criminal case.

The level of cost depends on the activity of an industrial enterprise in a market economy: the amount of profitability, the economic efficiency of its activities. The choice of the method of cost accounting and calculating the cost of production depends on the specifics of the technology and organization of production, as well as the requirements of the efficiency of enterprise management. Studying the formation of accounting information when calculating the cost of production by type of product, comparing the level of costs with the revenue received makes it possible to determine the economic efficiency of production. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of forming accounting information when calculating the cost of production for making decisions to reduce costs. The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, and graphical method for visualizing the results obtained. When considering the cost calculation, attention is paid to the fact that in market conditions there is a need for detailed cost accounting and calculation of the cost of production. If we take into account that in market conditions, prices for products are formed as demand increases, and demand is influenced by external factors, then we can only influence the costs based on the cost calculation. The basis for making effective management decisions will depend on how reliable and to what extent the accounting information is formed. Costs are the main constraint on the profit of industrial enterprises, since the main strategic goal of any enterprise is the mechanism for increasing profits. The ability to achieve this goal is limited by the following internal factors: the complexity of the cost grouping, technological processes, and the impact on product quality. It is necessary to improve the information system, which is based on the data of primary documents, document flow and the order of cost grouping. The proposed measures will contribute to strengthening the control function of the management and, as a result, effective cost management.

Research of fungal diseases of herbaceous plants exposed from Aksu Ferroalloy Plant

Main problem: Technogenic "metamorphosis" of vegetation near such large industrial facilities as Pavlodar is considered to be the result of various active chemical and mechanical factors provoked by economic activities associated with the influence of emissions from industrial companies. The effect of anthropogenic impacts on vegetation in all regions of Kazakhstan varies and is largely dependent on the economic development of the territory, but in any case, the end result of this impact is the change in the vegetation, causing violations of with structure, reduced vodorazdelnaya flora and productivity of communities. This, in turn, can cause infection of herbaceous plants with pathogenic fungi, which then carry with them: a decrease in the intensity of plant growth, a deterioration in their decorative qualities, a decrease in the survival of the biological species. Purpose: to study the types of fungi-pathogens of phytopathogenic diseases and to determine the degree of modification of the plant component, which is under intense negative technogenic influence from the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant (AFР). Мethods: For the experimental study, species of plants such as: Artemisia dracunculus L; Artemesia vulgaris L; Atriplex fera L; Atriplex patula L; Artemisia annua L were selected for the content of fungipathogens of phytopathogenic diseases. Results and their significance: This experimental study was aimed at the presence of fungi-pathogens of herbaceous plants as a result of human impact, occurring near the industrial zone "AFР". The composition of fungi-pathogens of herbaceous plants collected in this industrial zone was considered and studied. According to the results of an experimental laboratory study, phytopathogenic fungi of herbaceous plants belonging to 1 ordo, 1 familia, and 4 species were found.

Today, there is a full development of the food industry. It is characterized by the widest mechanization and automation of production and transport processes, the use of artificial cold and vacuum technology, the latest physical methods, chemical and biological preparations to accelerate technological processes. There are a huge variety of new products. New ways of long-term preservation of products in hermetic airtight packaging are promising. Now it is possible to deliver products from almost any industry to anywhere in the world. But the main problem for the modern consumer is that today's food industry is moving by leaps and bounds in the application and addition of chemical food additives: preservatives, flavors, dyes, stabilizers, antioxidants and substitutes for raw materials. To correctly answer the question of how to treat the use of food with food additives, it is necessary to understand and weigh the main disadvantages and advantages of using them. Advantages are that the product is better preserved, has an attractive appearance. Disadvantages are that the human body wears out, processing various chemicals, it is harmful to health. And with certain doses of use it becomes dangerous. Everyone has their own attitude to their health and their own priorities in life. Many people have come to terms with the daily use of products with additives, but others consciously refuse almost everything in the store. But the fact that no one wants to be poisoned from an overdose of various chemicals or starve to death. Therefore, the main advice is to carefully study the composition indicated on the label of food products and know the measure of their consumption. It is also impossible to believe blindly that the label was written with the truth. Manufacturers often use additives literally visually, which can lead to the production of a product with a dangerously higher concentration. It also happens that the manufacturer intentionally exceeds the norm in order to hide the shortcomings of the product (stale, poor quality of raw materials) and increase the yield of the finished product. The food additives added to many foods (usually designated by the code E) are predominantly harmful to the body. With moderate consumption, the use of products with E-supplements is not too harmful to the body (for example, several times a month). The situation is dangerous when a person consumes products with a large number of food additives daily or even several times a day when using various products. The article examines modern technologies that contribute to the implementation of creative design ideas, based on the analysis of modern lighting technology and energy saving factors. It is hypothesized that the goal of modern design in this article is defined as the creation of new space and values, through the renewal of the human environment. The basis for confirming this hypothesis should be the justification for the use of lighting technology and electronicsin solving conceptual and artistic design problems. The scientific research is based on the methodology for making design decisions and ways to open new ways for the implementation of creative imagination and new conceptual solutions of the designer, on the example of designing the interior of a cafe. The author considers and substantiates such terms as intelligent space, interior as a process, integrated lighting systems, informatization of interior space, new methods of decoration, etc. Examples of analysis of design situations from are given the point of view of functional tasks, classification of requirements when making design decisions is substantiated. Lighting technologies in the interior are viewed as a tool that solves a whole range of tasks that combine aesthetic and technological principles of interior shaping. One of these tools in the development of the information and communication sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the state program “Digital Kazakhstan”. It is estimated that Industry 4.0 will lead to unemployment by changing the employment structure and will bring new structural problems in terms of unemployment and labor relations. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labor market and identify the consequences of the impact. Methods: studied, the evolution of production development, when mass production with electricity led to the Age of Industry 2.0, and then the emergence of the digital revolution, the use of electronics and information technology in production processes, marked the beginning of the Age of Industry 3.0. It is expected, according to international experts, scientists, that automation and robotic production will have a serious impact on the unskilled workforce and cause a critical reduction in the labor force of vulnerable sectors of society, that is, women, migrants, youth and the elderly. Factors of economic space and business network in improving the economic security of business

In the conditions of modern economy, factors that affect the security of the business, but relate to external resources in relation to the company or opportunities, become significant. These resources and opportunities in economics have traditionally been identified with macro-economic (economic growth, inflation, exchange rates, government support) and institutional parameters (regulatory framework, transaction costs). The influence of the quality of economic space on economic security of business through the evaluation of opportunities that are tied to the specifics of the economic space is the least researched, including in our country. In this case, according to the latest research in the field of economic geography, economic space acts as a structure-forming platform that can form local markets, with intensive interaction of business agents. The purpose of this study is ensuring of economic security by building business networks in a single economic space. The research area focuses on indicators that characterize economic space, which are successfully used in international practice to determine the quality of economic space. The realization of this approach requires the use of traditional methods of scientific research, such as analysis, comparison, graphical method for visualizing obtained results, which allows determining the agglomeration zone and the space of business networks in it. When considering economic space in relation to building a business network in improving business security, main focus is on the quality of economic space that the region has. The proposed methods of evaluating the quality of economic space are actively used to determine the possibility of building business networks in this space. The authors conclude that business networks play a crucial role in improving the economic security of business in a particular economic space. Improving the technology of fruit and vegetable semi-finished products with natural aromatic and spicy additives

The sharp deterioration of the environmental situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, associated with human activity and the impact of harmful factors on the environment, affected the quality of food consumed by insufficient consumption of domestic fruit and vegetable products containing vitamins, minerals of an alkaline nature, carbohydrates, vegetable proteins, pectin substances and active fiber. The problem of improving the quality of growing and processing fruits and vegetables is one of the main tasks of the food independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, the share of large vegetable farms in the Republic of Kazakhstan is only 10%. The volume of industrial processing of fruit and vegetable crops in Kazakhstan is insignificant. The demand for domestic fruit and vegetable products in the country is met only by 35-40%, most of it is imported from countries such as Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and China. There is a need for the development of organic vegetable growing in Kazakhstan and the creation of new types of domestic fruit and vegetable products containing a sufficient amount of useful and active substances that can bind and remove toxic substances and radioactive elements from the human body. The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of fruit and vegetable semi-finished products with natural spicy and aromatic additives, to develop a multi-component recipe for vegetable mixtures and a method for producing quick-frozen vegetable mixtures with high quality indicators. These studies were aimed at studying the chemical composition and functional and technological properties of vegetables and spicy - aromatic plants for the content of biogenic compounds: carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, essential oils, minerals and other substances. The structure of plant tissues was studied and the mass fraction of moisture, dry matter, fiber, mono - and disaccharides, pectin substances, vitamin C was determined, the formulation and production technology of Assorted vegetable mixtures were developed, and quality indicators were determined.

Creating a development plan for students of a children's and youth football school

This scientific and practical article is devoted to the analysis of the results of an experiment aimed at psychological and pedagogical support of the process of building a project for the development of the inner world of a player of a children's and youth football team of the professional football club "Lviv" from the Ukrainian city of Lviv. A special feature of the psychological and pedagogical support for designing the development of the student's psyche is the use of the paradigm of the language of the theory of activity in the version of the Moscow methodological and pedagogical circle (MMPC), using the language of schematic images and the pyramid of subjectivity, explaining the path of formation of human mental mechanisms in the unity of cognitive, emotive and conative processes, starting from the vital level of their development to the level of spirituality. Another feature of the article is that the presentation of methods and techniques does not occur in a separate part of it, but in the process of describing the steps of designing a development plan that is formed for absolutely all professional athletes who have the acmeological potential of professionalization in football. It is presented in the form of 11 steps to create an individual trajectory of the player's development. In each of these steps, it is important that the coaches and the player participate with their parents, representatives of the club, which has its own component in terms of the volume and quality of the efforts required on their part. The article reveals the first of the 4 steps of creating a reasonable player development plan. For example, we consider working with one of the players. The content of this particular illustration is a very illustrative and demonstrative example. It is assumed that a series of articles in this publication will reveal the topic of student development management, which will include both scientific and theoretical and review types of works. The next article will be a continuation of this one in terms of demonstrating the success of implementing this particular development plan by the example of several players from a team consisting of 22 players who have been trained in a similar way, i.e. using methodological criteria for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of thinking, sensory-motivational and volitional characteristics of players by football club coaches.

Development and research of means and methods for improving the efficiency of heat stations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The main problem: This article is devoted to the key problems of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) lack of production capacity to meet the growing demand for energy and fuel from the economy and the population. Increased demand for electricity and heat, which will require the commissioning of new generating capacities.There is already a shortage in the fuel markets. Modernization and bringing the existing oil refineries (hereinafter referred to as refineries) to full capacity will not allow providing the domestic market until 2030; 2) the export orientation of raw materials, the dependence of the economy on the export of energy resources. In order to attract technology and investment in the oil and gas and nuclear industries, agreements on the extraction of energy resources were concluded with international export companies. In the medium term, Kazakhstan may face a shortage of oil for domestic refineries, if measures are not taken to stimulate its refining within the country. The uranium mined is fully exported; 3) high energy intensity of the economy, low level of energy efficiency. Methods: Studying the experience of increasing the efficiency of the use of energy resources and energy saving as a priority of the state policy of the country. Analysis of production capacity with a constantly forecasted shortage of primary energy resources and insufficient growth of capacity for the production of electricity and heat. Consideration of the possibility of compensating for the shortage by saving energy resources, increasing tariffs for energy carriers, as a stimulating factor for their effective use. Results and their significance: The results of this article will reflect the problems of energy, as the most important driving force of global economic progress. The well-being of the people depends on the state of the country's energy sector, therefore there is an urgent need to solve the emerging problems. The global energy problem is, first of all, the issue of stable and efficient supply of fuel and energy to mankind. Today, the energy sector of Kazakhstan is focused on fuel resources, since the country is provided with hydrocarbons and other energy resources. About 72 % of electricity in Kazakhstan is generated from coal, 12,3 % from hydro resources, 10,6 % from gas and 4,9 % from oil. Thus, the four main types of power plants generate 99,8 % of electricity, while alternative sources account for less than 0,2 %.

Study of the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their identification
Annotation:

This article discusses the current data on the biochemical properties of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and their use in industry, particularly in dairy production and biotechnology. Microorganisms of the genus Lactobacillus have antagonistic activity against pathogenic microorganisms and perform an immunomodulatory function. The positive effect of lactobacilli on human health explains their active use in probiotics. The positive effects of normal intestinal microflora and probiotics are mainly due to bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. In probiotic therapy, various types of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus are used, such as: L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. fermentum, L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. paracasei. In recent years, the biotechnology of probiotics has been intensively developing - drugs used for the correction and prevention of microecological disorders in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. An urgent issue is obtaining new data on the biological properties of lactobacilli, creating new probiotic preparations based on them using modified approaches to cultivation. The results of determining the species L. acidophilus L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, obtained by the classical biochemical identification method based on saccharolytic activity, complicating species identification, are comparable to the molecular genetic method. In the case of L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. paracasei, it is necessary to carry out modern identification methods based on the polymerase chain reaction, since their biochemical properties are similar, which makes it difficult to carry out species identification. The molecular genetic method is a valuable addition to the intergeneric and species identification of lactobacilli, given the variability of the classical biochemical method.

Ingularly perturbed equations in critical cases

Singularly perturbed partial differential equations with small parameters with higher derivatives deserve special attention, which often arise in a variety of applied problems and are used in describing mathematical models of diffusion processes, absorption taking into account small diffusion, filtration of liquids in porous media, chemical kinetics, chromatography, heat and mass transfer, hydrodynamics and many other fields. It is necessary to consider the creation of an asymptotic classification of solutions of singularly perturbed equations using a well-known approach to solving the boundary value problem. In this case, the singular problem is understood as the problem of constructing the asymptotics of the solution of the Cauchy problem for a system of ordinary differential equations with a small parameter with a large derivative. The asymptotics of the solution in all cases is based on the last time interval or the construction of a boundary value problem for a system with a weak clot in an asymptotically large time interval. Purpose - to construct and substantiate the asymptotics of solving a singular initial problem for a system of two nonlinear ordinary differential equations with a small parameter; To date, a number of methods have been developed for constructing asymptotic expansions of solutions to various problems. This is the method of boundary functions developed in the works of A.B. Vasilyeva, M.I. Vishik, L.A. Lusternik, V.F. Butuzov; the regularization method of S. A. All the above methods allow us to obtain asymptotic expansions of solutions for wide classes of equations. At the same time, such singularly perturbed problems often arise, to which ready-made methods are not applicable or do not allow to obtain an effective result. Therefore, the development of methods for solving equations remains a very urgent problem. As a result of the study, an algorithm for constructing an asymptotic classification of the initial solution of the problem with a singular perturbation is given, and approaches to estimating the residual term are also shown.

Development of a technology for producing organic fertilizers based on catalytic processes
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the development of a technology for obtaining organic fertilizers from poultry waste based on biocatalytic processes. Currently, many poultry farms have become sources of environmental pollution, thereby causing serious environmental problems and economic and social damage. The problem of reliable protection of the natural environment from pollution by bird droppings is currently relevant. In the area of operation of large poultry farms, air pollution by microorganisms, dust, foul-smelling organic compounds, which are decomposition products of organic waste, as well as nitrogen, sulfur, and carbon oxides, is possible. Bird droppings contain acids, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, heavy metals. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium changes dramatically depending on the quantity and quality of the feed. Humic substances isolated from brown coal have a sufficiently high sorption activity and are used as cheap sorbents for solving a number of environmental problems in industry. These studies are aimed at minimizing the main disadvantage of the anaerobic digestion process, the low reaction rate, which leads to the need to create large-volume bioreactors. On the basis of the research carried out, a technology has been developed for obtaining organic fertilizers from poultry waste by the method of anaerobic fermentation of chicken manure with humidity at a temperature of 27 °C - 50 °C with the addition of sodium humate. The resulting fertilizer is intended for use in agricultural production, horticulture, floriculture, forestry, municipalities, in household plots in order to increase the yield and quality of crop production. For the developed technology, an application has been submitted for obtaining a Patent for the invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Method for producing organic fertilizers» (priority No. 2021-22818, dated July 13, 2021). The invention allows to significantly reduce the time of fermentation, to enrich the product with organic and mineral products contained in sodium humate, to convert the salts of heavy metals into an insoluble state, to improve the environmental friendliness of the method.

Comparative evaluation of different extraction methods of medical plants
Annotation:

The development of extraction techniques of medical plants aims to maximize the bioactive compounds production. Тechnologies in this area of industry have not high enough еfficiency factor. In some cases, it reaches only 40-50 %. Therefore, development of new methods to effectively extract different compounds from plant material and their input into large-scale industry is of great importance. The goal is to determine an effective and suitable technology for extracting bioactive compounds from medical plant. This is a narrative review paper which focuses on different extraction methods of medical plant. To find relevant articles for this narrative review, 73 articles were reviewed. Of these, 14 irrelevant documents were discarded. This review analyses various extraction processes to guide the selection of suitable methods for various types of medical plants and applications. This is done by outlining traditional and modern methods of extraction techniques, exploring the importance of solvents for extraction, and comparing novel and alternative methods of extraction. In conclusion, based on the current knowledge, solvent extraction is the most common method for medical plants extraction. Enzymatic hydrolysis and supercritical extraction are advanced techniques with high yield of compounds. However, more research is needed for some modern extraction methods.

Ways to improve the skills and abilities of oral speech of primary schoolchildren using interactive cognitive strategies

The article discusses ways to improve the oral and speech skills of primary school students, where the primary role is given to interactive strategies aimed at organizing the optimal interaction of students with other subjects of the educational process in a communicative educational environment. Currently, the main criteria and indicators of the methodology for the development of foreign language communicative competence of schoolchildren have changed, the basic basis of the system of techniques and methods of teaching English to primary schoolchildren based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies. The authors call a complex of exercises of a receptive, productive and productive-creative nature, which is consistently implemented at all stages of the corresponding technology: motivational-stimulating, informational, analytical, actualization, productive, creative, analytical and evaluative. The article describes their influence on the development of language competencies and creative abilities of primary schoolchildren. The authors note that the motivational-stimulating, informational, analytical stages, the stage of actualization, as well as the productive, creative, analytical-evaluative stages, provide for the involvement of students in joint activities to master the content of cognitive problems in English, it presupposes the interiorization of communicative skills by younger students in accordance with with the accepted norms of interaction, the organization of the development of oral speech in English lessons in the lower grades based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies in accordance with the level of their linguistic and sociocultural knowledge, skills and abilities. To study various approaches in the development of oral and speech skills in lower grades based on interactive cognitive strategies, analysis of a set of tasks and exercises at different stages of the formation of oral and speech competence in lower grades using interactive cognitive strategies, goals and objectives of the practical application of interactive cognitive strategies when teaching foreign language communication, the contradictions between social expectations and the objective need for educational practice in the creation and implementation of a special methodology for the development of oral speech in primary grades based on the use of interactive cognitive strategies. Methods: during the study, a descriptive method, methods of systematization, analysis, interpretation were used. The authors of the article note that the integration of communicative activity in a foreign language with project, research, musical, visual, subject, literary and creative is of great importance for the comprehensive development of the skills and abilities of oral speech of primary school students when using interactive cognitive strategies. The developed training model for the development of oral and speech skills in the lower grades on the basis of interactive cognitive strategies (goal, objectives, approaches, principles, content, technology, means, performance criteria, conditions for implementation) contributes to the development of communication skills and linguistic competencies in the process of mastering foreign language students of elementary grades.

International experience in automating public services in the system of land relations

The article considers international experience in automating the system of land relations, aimed at improving the quality and reducing the time for the provision of services by state bodies to citizens and organizations, providing access to information databases, which positively affects the development of effective government decisions for the effective use of land resources, and also improves social welfare. In Kazakhstan, the transfer of land cadastral information to electronic media continues, and the automated information system of the land cadastre is being improved. The task of creating a unified mechanism for state cadastral registration of land plots according to uniform rules and technologies for all, identification and individualization of land plots and objects of immovable property firmly associated with them, for subsequent state registration of rights to land plots and transfer of information to the territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee, remains relevant. To study the experience of developed countries in the provision of public services in the system of land relations through the development of official land information systems. The article used general scientific methods from general to concrete one, synthesis, theoretical generalization, induction, deduction, and system analysis. Based on the studied experience of developed countries, relevant conclusions and proposals were made: information technology is a useful tool and can help overcome bureaucracy, backwardness, isolation, monopolistic practices, and inefficiency in the public and private sectors; the use of state bodies for effective regulation of geographic information (GIS) systems that allow solving a wide range of tasks, as well as the use of modern information technologies, contributes to the transition of the activities of state bodies to a qualitatively new level of state control, which allows for full transparency of information about the land fund and objects real estate of the country, as well as its availability to the population. Development of technology for a new cottage cheese product with fruit and berry fillers
Annotation:

Main problem: The unfavorable conditions in which a significant part of the population of our country lives (living in conditions of harmful, stressful, physical, chemical and radiation effects), an imbalance in nutrition dictate the need to create a variety of functional products enriched with pro– and prebiotic factors. In the science of nutrition, a functional direction has been developed - this is nutrition, which provides for the consumption of such products of natural origin, which, when used daily, have a regulating effect on the body as a whole, its certain systems, organs, providing a drug-free positive correction of their function. Compared with traditional types of dairy products with high organoleptic and commodity characteristics, produced on the basis of classical technological techniques, dairy products of the new generation should have increased nutritional and biological value. The article is devoted to the research and development of the technology of a new cottage cheese product - cottage cheese paste produced with the addition of lactulose concentrate and fruit and berry fillers. This article discusses the steady trend towards the use of fermented milk products with functional properties in the diet of modern humans. Purpose: Study and development of technology of thermized cottage cheese paste enriched with prebiotic lactulose and fruit and berry fillers. Methods: Analysis and generalization of theoretical information, organoleptic evaluation, physicochemical methods of analysis, microbiological methods of evaluation of cottage cheese paste, quality control of the finished product. Results and their significance: The positive role of prebiotic substances in the vital activity of the macroorganism was studied. It is not for nothing that academician Andrei Georgievich Khramtsov once called lactulose "a miracle made of milk." Lactulose, being a strong bifidogenic factor, allows stabilizing the microflora of the stomach. Lactulose activates the growth of bifidobacteria, which take root well in the intestine and ferment lactulose to form lactic acid. Lactic acid suppresses the development of pathogenic and putrefactive bacteria. As a result of the conducted studies, it was determined that the cottage cheese paste enriched with lactulose had high quality indicators and retained its consumer properties during the entire storage period. The introduction of lactulose into the recipe of cottage cheese paste does not reduce the nutritional advantages of the finished product.

Methods of teaching conversational skills, their advantages, disadvantages and overcoming language barriers and anxiety when learning a foreign language

Globalization is an integral part of our life. Therefore, today the relevance of learning foreign languages, in particular English, is beyond doubt, as interest in foreign culture, education, travel, life and work abroad increases. It is known that English is the most widespread international means of communication (including information technology and web space), for most of the population it is the native or state language. This is due to historical, political and geographical prerequisites, as well as socio-economic and cultural development. Proficiency in English opens up great prospects for those who know, but not every person chooses a linguistic direction of study when entering a higher educational institution. Mastering English is a laborious process. In universities of non-linguistic areas, one of the main problems for students is the so-called language anxiety and psychological barriers, especially for those students for whom English is not a core subject or direction of future activity. Overcoming language anxiety and psychological barriers continues to be an urgent issue in pedagogical psychology and the educational process of higher educational institutions. Therefore, the task of the teacher is to create such conditions in his classes so that the student has a desire to learn, develop himself and improve himself. It is necessary to form motivation for conversational skills through psychologically thought-out techniques and methods. The task of the teacher is to direct the student from a conniving and indifferent attitude to study to a conscious and positive attitude. To implement the above, the teacher needs to form the old motives and stimulate new, positive ones. The encouragement of positive manifestations of emotions should be supported, stimulated and helped to realize these emotions by the teacher in the educational process. For example, simple tasks, but at the same time fascinating, the manifestation of sincere emotions in the classroom by the teacher himself and his personal examples inspire students to pronounce their state of mind and experiences. Encouraging and highlighting the activity of students also helps to increase the motivation of learning, especially if they have creative ideas that differ from other fellow students. The purpose of the article is to describe the methods of teaching conversational skills, their advantages and disadvantages and to consider in detail the overcoming of language barriers when learning a foreign language. The possibility of using correlation and regression analysis in ecological and economic research at oil refineries
Annotation:

It is known that an increase in the volume of production in any sphere of production as a consequence increases the intensity of anthropogenic impact on the environment, including the atmosphere. This problem is especially typical for oil refineries. On the one hand, this is due to the complexity of oil refining processes and the release of various hydrocarbon compounds into the atmosphere during processing. Therefore, when implementing sustainable ecological and economic development in the Azerbaijani regions that are associated with oil refining, an increase in the volume of products should not create an increase in environmental impact. This problem is considered one of the factors directly affecting the economic situation of the enterprise, as well as creating certain environmental, social and economic problems for society as a whole. The purpose is to study the possibility of using the correlation-regression method in solving the problem of determining the presence of the decapling effect. The relationship between the volume of petroleum products produced and the amount of pollutants released into the atmosphere is random and is characterized by stochastic and statistical dependence. At the same time, on the basis of a mutual comparison of the methods of correlation and regression analysis and the method of production function, the effectiveness of correlation and regression analysis is determined. The methodological basis of the work was the scientific works of scientists-economists, mathematicians providing the definition of the decoupling effect at industrial enterprises. In the presented methodology, the obtained estimates of the performed in real time vary depending on the values of the set parameter. When developing the presented methodology, the STATISTIKA software package was used. This program was developed by StatSoft. Based on the obtained and experimentally verified data, the equation of linear regression dependence is determined. During the research, it was found that in some cases it is not possible to evaluate the statistical characteristics of a random variable or it is accompanied by serious errors. Therefore, when processing data, instead of mathematical expectations and variances, we used selective mathematical expectations and variances. The analysis of the ecological and economic situation of oil refineries based on correlation and regression analysis allows us to determine the presence of the decapling effect. The obtained correlation coefficient between the volume of production oil products and the volume of emissions into the atmosphere shows that there is no statistically significant relationship between these parameters. Thus, there is an achievement of the decoupling effect between the production of petroleum products and the volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.

Algorithm for solving the anaphora of a pronoun in the Kazakh language
Annotation:

The paper considers two data-driven methods for anaphora resolution of Kazakh texts. These methods are based on machine learning with annotated corpora and using no additional information except linguistic features. The first method uses Support Vector Machine as learning and classifying algorithms, the second method uses Decision Tree inducer. We evaluate the performance of the methods with several feature sets and corpora. Feature sets included morphological, syntactic, and semantic features. In this paper We also evaluate how semantic features, namely semantic roles, impact the performance of anaphora resolution in Kazakh language. Experiments showed that precision of SVM is higher on experimental data for almost all cases. It was shown that semantic features enhance the performance of the methods for anaphora resolution of Kazakh texts. We have also calculated the optimal distance between the anaphor and the hypothetic antecedent and used it in our methods.

About the use of CASE-technologies in the process of designing information systems

Main problem: Today electronic information is one of the important resources in the management system. Electronic information resources are not only means, but also control flows. For example, any instruction or instruction in the management system is actually a guide to action. At the same time, for example, data on the movement of an object (employees, goods, money, etc.) are information resources, the storage and accounting of which is the basis of the organizational process. Large flows of information require their structuring, and operations on them become time-consuming. One of the ways to solve this problem is the development and implementation of an information system. Purpose: To analyze and design an information system using specialized tools designed to optimize the implementation of the above stages of software system development, using the example of a real business process. Methods: The article discusses the methodologies of CASE tools designed to automate software development processes, namely, the first two stages of the life cycle: analysis and design of a software product. The analysis and design of the business process functionality is carried out using the IDEF0 functional modeling methodology. The design of the database structure of the information system was carried out using the methodology of semantic (information) modeling IDEF1X. Description of the scenario of the designed software for a real business process is carried out using the dynamic modeling methodology IDEF3. Results and their significance: The article substantiates the relevance of the use of modern CASE-technologies in the process of analyzing and designing a future information system, as well as for the purpose of possible optimization on the example of a real business process "Inventory accounting". As a result, a comprehensive business process model was built using tools based on CASE-methodologies. The resulting model, as well as the description of its construction, is a clear example of the use of CASE technologies for software developers, as well as system analysts and IT specialists.

The use of a heat pump at an industrial enterprise in the region
Annotation:

Main problem: The use of waste heat is most often solved by installing heat exchangers, but this is not effective when the temperature of this heat does not exceed 10-15 0 C, in which case this heat can be used using a heat pump. Where can I get this heat? Almost any enterprise needs cooling of any equipment elements or substances – working fluids; the heat received from them can be sent to a heat pump and used here at the enterprise. Purpose: Consideration of the possibility of using the heat of cooling water from the pump CNS 60-165 and the proposal of a new scheme with the installation of a heat pump that uses this heat. Methods: This is achieved due to the fact that it is proposed not to discard the heat, but after its use in the heat pump evaporator, transfer it to the heated medium - water, which is then sent to the shower cabins of the enterprise. Since the showers are located in the same room, the cost of transporting heat and losses will be minimal. Methods: In the course of the research, the possibility of using the waste heat of an industrial enterprise for using it here at the enterprise for the purposes of hot water supply was considered. For these purposes, it is proposed to install a heat pump, thanks to which the thermal potential increases, which makes it possible to fully use the received heat. Results and their significance: As the experience of foreign countries has shown, heat pumps can be widely used in many industrial enterprises, and in conditions of increased competitiveness, in order to reduce energy costs and the cost of manufactured products, install heat pumps to utilize excess heat, for example, process water, which is available in many production allows you to have a significant economic effect.

Results of application of organomineral fertilizer obtained with biocatalytic processes

The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium changes dramatically depending on the quantity and quality of the feed. Purpose: To study the effectiveness of the use of organomineral fertilizer from poultry waste, obtained using biocatalytic processes on the growth and development of plants. Methods: An application for a Patent for the invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Method of obtaining organic fertilizer" has been submitted for the developed technology for obtaining organic-mineral fertilizer. In the soil intended for growing seedlings of tomatoes of the “Pepper-shaped Orange” variety and peppers of the “Bogatyr” variety, the resulting fertilizer was applied in the amount of 1 kg per 1 m2 of soil, which was dug to a depth of 8-10 cm and used to grow seedlings in closed ground and subsequent for planting it in open ground. Soil without fertilization was used as a control. The process of soil preparation for open ground, intended for planting seedlings, was carried out for the experimental field with the introduction and control without fertilization. Experimental and control studies were carried out under equivalent climatic conditions, the scheme and technology of watering plants. In total, 100 bushes of each plant species were used in the experiment. Results and their significance: The use of the obtained organomineral fertilizer allows to increase the yield of vegetable crops (tomatoes, peppers) by 20-25% compared to the control. In addition, in the experimental samples, an increase in the number of fruits on a bush was noted with an increase in their size, a decrease in the growing season and the number of damaged fruits.

Improving the means and methods for the prevention and treatment of postpartum paresis of cows
Annotation:

In modern conditions, the problem of the incidence of cows with high productivity in the postpartum period is relevant. It is these animals that are more susceptible to various diseases, primarily due to violations of the technology of keeping and feeding, weak body resistance, heavy loads during fruiting and milk production. It is known that as a result of various metabolic disorders, calving of cows in farms proceeds with various deviations. The lack of calcium in the blood due to hormonal disorders leads to hypocalcemia and paresis after calving, which is often the cause of death of animals. Therefore, the improvement of prevention schemes and treatment of puerperal paresis in cows is very relevant. Purpose of the article – Improvement of preventive and therapeutic measures for postpartum paresis in cows on the basis of the Tassu farm in Akmola district. The work was carried out under production conditions on a livestock farm in the Akmola region, in the farm "Tassu" in the spring and summer. The object of the study were black-motley cows with a pregnancy period of 250-260 days. 22 animals were selected in the experimental group, 12 animals in the control group. The average weight of animals is 567 ± 34.5 kg, age 5-6 years. The cows of the experimental group received injections of the drug Karsulen, which included: 2 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6. Karsulen was administered to cows intramuscularly or subcutaneously at the rate of 1 ml per 100 kg of animal weight, the dose volume should not be less than 5 ml per animal. In the postpartum period, in the complex therapy of postpartum paresis in cows, Karsulen is used intramuscularly or subcutaneously 1-2 times a day. The use of the drug Karsulen with the composition: 1 % Cardus marianus D3, 1 % Sulfur D6 and 1 % Arsenycum album D6 has a regulatory effect on protein, carbohydrate, fat metabolism, restores impaired function of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys.

Analysis of the epizootic situation of canine distemper among dogs in the city of Tula
Annotation:

Main problem: At present, service, decorative and hunting dog breeding is intensively developing in Russia and in the Tula region. So, in 2020, 119 high-breed puppies were registered in the Book of Pedigree Breeding, and in 2021 already 164 puppies, mostly decorative and service breeds. Thus, the number of pedigreed dogs susceptible to various infectious diseases is increasing annually. Canine distemper is one of the most widespread viral diseases of dogs all over the world, including in Russia. Analyzing the "Patient Admission Logs" of veterinary clinics in the city of Tula, it was found that 44 % of dogs that fell ill with diseases of infectious etiology were diagnosed with canine distemper. Purpose: The aim of our research was to study the epizootological features of the course of canine distemper among dogs in the Tula region of Russia. To achieve the intended goal, it was necessary to solve the following problem: to analyze the breed and age factors for the incidence of canine distemper. Methods: Analysis of data from private veterinary clinics reporting on the incidence of small domestic animals was used. Results and their significance: As a result of studying the epizootic situation of canine distemper among dogs, the following data were obtained: The disease is observed throughout the year and has the character of undamped fluctuations subject to sharp seasonal changes. The maximum number of diseased dogs in all years of observation is recorded in March - 6.2 cases per 1000 individuals. It has been established that among the infectious diseases of dogs, distemper occupies the first place, and there is an annual increase in the number of dogs with distemper.

Bone osteosynthesis in the treatment of femoral fractures in small domestic animals
Annotation:

Injuries among domestic animals account for 50-70 % of all non-communicable diseases. Fractures of bones, mainly limbs, occur in 44.5 % of cases. The main goal of fracture treatment is to restore normal function and movement of the limb, and the ways in which this is done are varied. Preference is given to methods that do not constrain the movement of the limb, allowing the animal to use it during the treatment period. Purpose: This article discusses the method of bone osteosynthesis, which has proven itself in the treatment of bone fractures, and is relevant today in veterinary medicine. The main study was conducted on the basis of the veterinary clinic "Shans" in Pavlodar. For osteosynthesis, plates for osteosynthesis and screws made of titanium alloy were used. This is due to the fact that when in contact with each other, the metal that fixes bone fragments can oxidize. Animals come to the clinic as a result of injuries that lead to fractures. The most common causes include falls from a height, motor vehicles, careless or rough handling of animals, and contact with other animals. When a fracture is established by obvious signs or if a fracture is suspected, such patients are preliminarily sent for x-rays. Upon receipt of an X-ray image and with the consent of the owner of the animal, osteosynthesis is performed. When accessing bone fragments, the incision was made along the muscle fibers. Osteosynthesis was performed according to the method described by V.M. Shapovalov (2009). The general condition of the animals after osteosynthesis was restored after 3-5 days. All animals, after bone osteosynthesis, completely relied on the limb. Contractures of adjacent joints and muscle atrophy were not determined. Plain osteosynthesis of the femur, in the presence of the necessary instrument and consumables, is not very difficult to perform. Performing bone osteosynthesis in the early stages makes it possible to include the limb in the locomotory act, as a result of which the animal actively uses the limb during the rehabilitation period.

The study of the features of correctional work aimed at improving the performance of younger schoolchildren will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the educational process. Purpose of the article is increasing the effectiveness of correctional work of underachieving students in primary classes. Descriptive method, methods of systematization, analysis and interpretation, synthesis were used during the research. The problem of school failure is very complex, its research involves many different approaches, but all of them are grouped around two main aspects of the problem: how the teacher teaches, how the student learns and how their development is carried out. Main problem: in Kazakhstan, it is urgent to develop measures aimed at introduction and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at all levels of Kazakh society, in order to strengthen sustainability of socio-economic development, active participation of business in social modernization and human capital development. In this regard, there is problem of forming effective mechanism of social responsibility, as well as the implementation of principles of corporate social responsibility in management practice of domestic companies. Purpose: this study aims to determine the main stages of the development of CSR in business in Kazakhstan in the specific context the domestic business sector. Methods: methods of systematic, comparative and statistical analysis and of expert assessments were used. Expert survey, document analysis, secondary analysis of sociological research, case study method were used as empirical research methods. The analysis of documents was performed to study the legislative and regulatory frameworks that determine practices of implementing interaction between business and government in modern states. To identify and characterize models of CSR implementation, method of secondary data from a number of foreign comparative studies was applied. Case study method allowed identifying empirical cases of effective implementation of mechanisms of social public-private partnership in field of social investments by domestic business structures. Results and their significance: in the article, based on study of domestic and foreign experience, mechanism of interaction between business and government in solving problems of regional economic systems was considered. Main stages of evolution of CSR practices in Kazakhstan were identified and characterized, structural (subjects, institutions) and regulatory (legislation, strategies, programs, standards) components of interaction between business and government in solving problems of region in modern conditions are established. Language is the main vector of communication, in turn, communication develops languages throughout the history of mankind. The natural need of people is communication in their native language, the most convenient means of self-expression and understanding of others. However, modernity has changed the global paradigm of communication, indicating a reassessment of the role of languages by both official and informal communities, including native speakers of various languages. Moreover, the choice of a common communication language is influenced not only by the context, but also by the social, cultural, and economic characteristics of the communicants. In an intercultural context, there is a problem of adaptation of communication participants, closely related to the mastery of the language of the receiving party, ignorance of which is a barrier to successful communication. To develop the skills of tolerant communicative behavior, it is necessary to create special programs equipped with the necessary teaching materials available in international communication languages. Some of these workshops are offered in the presented article. Purpose of the article is to determine the influence of language on the development of economic processes that unite people of different linguistic and socio-cultural backgrounds, as well as to describe the influence of interacting languages on various aspects of professional activity and the role of education in introducing new generations into an intercultural context. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks were put forward: presentation of the main provisions of the economic theory of language; highlighting the controversial role of translators when working with companies in an intercultural environment; identification of problems and the role of teaching foreign languages to students for their successful adaptation in an intercultural professional context. The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, in which methods of comparative, structural-functional, and statistical analysis were applied. To obtain empirical data, the methods of questioning and interviewing respondents included in the system of intercultural communication were used. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that, as a rule, in most cases, preference is given to the common language of communication, which is either one of the international languages or the language of the titular nation. Ethnic ties, trust and tolerance are often associated with the possession of a common language of communication.

Carrying out the demercurization of heavy metals (mercury) using the Denite immobilizer and its effect on the soil
Annotation:

On the territory of the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar in the area of the industrial wastewater reservoir «Bylkyldak» in some areas of the earth there is soil contamination with mercury, exceeding the MPC for mercury (2.1 mg/kg) by 500 times. The total mass of mercury dispersed in the surface layer of soils is 2.8 tons. The mass of contaminated soil is approximately 208,000 tons. Pollution of the territory is historical. The purpose of the article is to determine the efficiency of chemical binding (immobilization) of mercury in the soil with the Japanese drug Denite® in real field conditions of the territory of mercury contamination in the Northern industrial zone of Pavlodar using an experimental study; to determine the stability of insoluble mercury compounds formed by the preparation at extreme winter and summer temperatures and seasonal fluctuations in open ground. Soil samples were taken for the study at 11 points in the centers of mercury pollution. Laboratory studies were carried out in an accredited analytical laboratory of the Testing Center of JSC Caustic. Soil samples were treated with Denite®, the preparations obtained were stabilized, and water extracts were prepared. The content of mercury in soils, extracts from them, and plants was determined by the atomic absorption method on a RA-915+ spectrometer equipped with RP-91 and RP-91S attachments. As a result of research, the effectiveness of Denite® in the chemical binding of mercury in the soil has been proven and its optimal dosages have been determined. As a result of the positive tests of the technology of chemical immobilization of mercury, the prospect of a practical solution to the issue of demercurization of mercury-contaminated soil on the territory of the Northern industrial zone appeared.

Mathematical modeling of experimental data in the design of formulas for dairy products
Annotation:

Main problem: the article is devoted to the issue of designing basic recipes for dairy products using mathematical modeling methods. The author analyzed the problems in the field of food technology and concluded that mathematical modeling is used in the following areas: clarification of technological process modes, designing recipes and assessing the quality of finished products, as well as predicting the shelf life of new products when they are put into production. The use of dihydroquercetin as a drug that prevents the oxidation of milk fat in the design of dairy products is substantiated. Mathematical modeling was carried out on the basis of experimental and analytical material obtained in laboratory and production conditions. Based on the maximum value of the objective functions, the optimal normalized mixtures and the maximum allowable concentration of dihydroquercetin were selected. The analysis of the received mathematical dependences and models is carried out, the system of linear equations is made. Purpose: to study the effect of natural bioflavonoid antioxidant on the oxidative processes of milk fat and the viability of lactic acid cultures and their associations by mathematical modeling in order to use it in the technology of a new product; conduct an analysis of mathematical dependencies and models, compose a system of linear equations. Methods: the article uses the method of mathematical analysis and the matrix method. Results and their significance: a mathematical model was developed for the dependence of the viability of probiotic cultures on the mass fraction of dihydroquercetin when designing recipes for a creamy-protein curd product, a matrix of the chemical composition of dairy ingredients was presented, and a system of linear equations for basic recipes was compiled. In the course of the study, the spatial configurations of dihydroquercetin, as well as its effect on the oxidative processes of milk fat, were studied. Mathematical modeling of experimental data on the study of the effect of dihydroquercetin on the viability of microorganisms with probiotic properties was carried out. The normalization of the complex of obtained results on the study of the influence of the mass fraction of dihydroquercetin on the fermentation process was studied. Controlled factors characterizing the process of fermentation of model media with dihydroquercetin have been determined. A rationing of the dihydroquercetin complex of more than 0.50% was established; the target function decreases to its minimum value of 0.53 with a mass fraction of dihydroquercetin of 1.00%.

Fermented milk and vegetable "Products for live"
Annotation:

In the dairy market of Kazakhstan, the demand for mass-produced dairy products is decreasing and expanding to innovative fermented milk products for functional nutrition. The main feature of the new technology is multicomponent formulations, which include the main raw materials and biocorrectors, ensuring their high biological and nutritional value. New dessert products are prepared on a dairy or protein basis using vegetable ingredients, fermented with strains of dry starter cultures of direct application or immobilized starter culture Bifimm probio. The purpose is to apply immobilized living cells of pure cultures of lacto- and bifidobacteria as a biocatalyst for the fermentation of dairy-vegetable media. During the study, the method of immobilization of microbial cells in biopolymer gels was used. The most effective method is the inclusion of cells in an aqueous solution of biopolymers with a concentration of 25 %. For immobilization, pure cultures of lactic acid and bifidobacteria were selected in the gel as part of the concentrates "BK-Altai-LS Bifi", "Poleznaya Partiya", "Genesis", "Narine", "Bio-yogurt Vivo", and the main prescription ingredients were selected: milk with a mass fraction of fat of 1 %, 2.5 %, 3.2 %, natural grain additives, jams, juices, nuts. Formulations, technological schemes and production methods, prototypes were developed, quality and safety indicators were determined. Studies have shown the effectiveness of immobilized starter cultures in the formation of fermented dessert products. Out of 20 prototypes with the best indicators, 5 samples were selected, in which the optimal ratio of milk, probio Bifimm starter cultures and biocorrectors averaged 70:20:10. The quality and safety analysis showed that new fermented milk products using immobilized starter cultures have a positive effect of more than -70 % compared to direct-use starter cultures, have functional properties and can be used for healthy nutrition in Kazakhstan.

Development of a new type of curd mass using a vegetable protein-containing component

It is known that the nutritional value of proteins is primarily characterized by the composition of essential amino acids and is determined by their accessibility. Not just proteins are necessary for the good functioning of the human body, but a certain amount of essential amino acids. Since the lack or absence of any of them causes serious health problems. The problem of protein malnutrition is global for many reasons and to solve it, it’s necessary to study the prospects for the possible use of non-traditional sources of dietary protein, namely vegetable protein. Considering this, the article presents the results of studies conducted over several years, the objects of which were dairy and vegetable products and protein hydrolyzate from chickpea flour. At the same time, the possibility of its use as a filler of plant origin to improve the physicochemical and structural-mechanical properties of a new type of finished product was determined. The purpose of these studies is to develop a recipe and determine the technological stages of production of a new type of product of dairy and vegetable origin, which has a functional focus, in which vegetable products are used together with dairy components. It should be noted that when selecting components, preference is given to raw materials grown in the local region. When developing the recipe, the optimal amount of chickpea protein hydrolyzate to be added was determined, which makes it possible to give the finished product not only attractive commercial characteristics, which the modern consumer primarily pays attention to, but also to obtain such product properties that will help strengthen the immune system and the resistance of the human body to adverse conditions environment, what is especially important for the younger generation. When developing the technology of a new dairy-vegetable curd mass, the optimal modes of each technological operation and the stage at which it is most expedient to apply a vegetable component are determined. Launching the developed product into production, the manufacturer will not face the problem of the lack of the necessary equipment and its expensive acquisition, since the production organized according to the proposed technology is maximally adapted to the equipment available at enterprises engaged in the production of cottage cheese and curd products.

Technology for the preparation of a fermented milk product with the addition of watermelon juice

Main problem: the development of a new direction in the food industry – the so-called functional nutrition, which means the use of such products of natural origin, which, when systematically used, have a regulatory effect on the body as a whole or on its specific systems and organs, has been widely recognized all over the world: immunostimulants, biocorrectors for blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc. When creating functional dairy products, ingredients of plant origin are increasingly included in recipes, which are sources of dietary fiber, vitamins and microelements, organic acids and other biologically active compounds, which can also serve as flavor fillers. Purpose: to develop a technology for the preparation of a fermented milk product with the addition of an extract from gourds. To do this, it was necessary: to select the amount (dose) of the yoghurt starter introduced into the prepared milk, and also to investigate the effect of temperature on the fermentation process of the drink; to investigate the amount (dose) of the vegetable filler introduced into the mixture and its effect on the organoleptic characteristics of the drink; to investigate the organoleptic properties of the drink with the melon culture extract added to it before fermentation and after fermentation; to investigate the effect of vegetable filler on the fermentation process; to investigate the effect of the dose of vegetable filler on the process of acid formation; conduct microbiological studies of milk and vegetable yogurt; to investigate the change in the acidity of milk and vegetable yogurt during storage; to investigate the effect of the freezing process on the chemical composition and biological value of the extract. Methods: when performing the practical part of the work, physicochemical, organoleptic and microbiological studies were used. Results and their significance: in the course of the study, it was concluded that by adding an extract of gourds to the technology for the preparation of fermented milk products, a new fermented milk product can be obtained that meets all physicochemical, organoleptic and microbiological requirements. The article discusses the experience of developing a computer video game by a team of students of the Department of Information Technology of the Innovative University of Eurasia within the 48-hour competition «48h Game Making Challenge» for creating video games, held in Pavlodar on October 27-29, 2022 in the IT-Hub building of the College of Information Technologies (93 Lermontov St.). Basic information about the event and a link to the registration form were published on the Instagram @digital_drive14 social network page and on the website https://digitaldrive.kz /. 8 teams from different educational institutions of Pavlodar participated in the competition. The purpose of the article is to comprehend the practical experience of developing a computer game. The team chose the Unity game engine as the environment and the main tool for developing a computer game. The Unity program is a popular development environment for interactive 2D and 3D content. The engine is completely free for the average user. The Unity engine was also chosen because it is multifunctional and uses a component-oriented approach, in which the developer creates objects and adds various components to them. The advantage of the engine was also the presence of a huge library of assets and plugins, with which you can significantly speed up the game development process. The graphics of the game were made in Photoshop. The music and sounds were taken from free sources. InEU team developed a computer game «Conqueror of the Moon» and became the winner of the contest «48 Hour Game Making Challenge Pavlodar 2022». During the development of the game, the team first chose the engine, developed the plot and concept of the game, created an image for the level and menu. Then the programmer developed the mechanics of the game, wrote code for control, time, dialogues, messages. The designers drew the environment, background, characters, created all the animations for the game and found music for the background of the menu and the game itself.

An innovative approach to the development of biotechnology of specialized products for the nutrition of athletes

Main problem: the article substantiates the relevance of the development and production of specialized food products for athletes and the population involved in sports, fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle. Purpose: development of specialized food products with a general health-improving character, intended for the population involved in sports, fitness and experiencing increased physical exertion. Experimental determination of an effective fermented milk-protein food system as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product

The article contains the results of a research work devoted to an important problem - the development, production and delivery to the consumer of fermented dairy products of a healthy diet fortified (enriched) with milk protein, a vitamin-mineral complex, and probiotics and prebiotics. Purpose is based on mathematical modeling of experimental data, to determine an effective fermented food system for use as the basis of a fortified (enriched) curd product for a healthy specialized diet; to develop a recipe and technology for its production; to study the nutritional, biological and energy value of a new product. Modern technologies and equipment were used in experimental studies: ultrafiltration, fortification, etc. The studies were carried out by standard physicochemical, microbiological methods in three to five repetitions. Mathematical and statistical processing of experimental data was carried out using the program "Statistica-6.0". A recipe and technology for the production of a curd product for a healthy specialized diet has been developed. Its nutritional, biological and energy value has been studied. The developed recipe and biotechnological parameters for the production of the curd product were tested in the industrial conditions of the leading enterprise JSC "Lyubinskiy MKK". The quality and safety of the curd product was studied in the laboratory of techno-chemical control of FGANU "VNIMI" (Moscow).

Development of technological parameters for gluten-free pasta production

The article is devoted to the development of technological parameters for the production of gluten-free pasta, as well as to the study of the influence of physico-chemical factors on the formation of the structure and organoleptic parameters of gluten-free pasta. The authors studied modern approaches to the production of gluten-free food in Kazakhstan. During the study, the main types of raw materials used in the production of gluten-free pasta of functional orientation were identified. For the production of a new product, a reasonable choice of raw materials and functional ingredients was carried out, the formulation and production technology were developed, all temperature and time modes were described, physico-chemical, organoleptic parameters of the new product were studied, a production flowchart was developed. The purpose of the article is to develop the technology of gluten-free pasta enriched on the basis of corn, rice flour and meeting the requirements for specialized food products, with the addition of functional and flavoring ingredients to expand the range of gluten-free products in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In experimental studies, the formula of a new gluten-free paste based on rice and corn flour with the addition of flaxseed flour, soy protein isolate «EdimCo», xanthan gum, dietary fiber (psyllium), Supermak booster was developed. The complex results of organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of whole-grain flour for the production of new gluten-free pasta are presented. The results of organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators, as well as safety indicators of finished gluten-free pasta are presented. The article presents the technological parameters and time modes of the production process of fresh pasta, including the following basic operations: preparation of raw materials at t = 10 0C, kneading pasta dough at t = 40-45 0C, vacuuming at 40-10 kPa, pressing (extrusion) at 7 min, 10-12 MPa, drying and stabilization at 10-12 MPa, cooling of dried products t = 20-25 0C 4 hours, packaging of finished products at t = 35 0C and relative humidity 70 %.

On the application of CASE-methodologies at the stage of analysis and design of software tools

Main problem: the globalization of the information sphere has led to a significant increase in the volume of stored and processed information. To increase the processing speed and provide information to the recipient, it is logical to increase the power of the equipment on which the information is processed. But such a path also leads to an increase in financial costs for continuous modernization or complete updating of computer equipment and application software. Purpose: an alternative solution to increasing the capacity of hardware and software may be to optimize the process of organizing data storage, and already at the stage of information analysis. Since modern methodologies and tools are based on the use of powerful graphical tools, this significantly increases the visibility and simplifies the process of making adjustments to the information system project, actually using the "Drag-and-Drop" technology. This allows you to redistribute the time spent on the implementation of the first stages of information system development, allocating more time to the analysis and design of the software environment at an abstract, conceptual level. Results and their significance: the stages of analysis and design do not require large financial costs and are more variable. Information at these stages is easier to adjust and change than, for example, at the stage of writing program code. In addition, it is at these stages that the most active interaction between the developer and the customer is carried out, where maximum visibility and variability of the project of the future information system is required. And the use of modern software design methodologies significantly increases the efficiency of the first stages of information system design.

Digitalization of accounting and its impact on the activities of small and medium-sized businesses

Main problem: For several years, the state has been trying to reduce bureaucratic processes with entrepreneurs, make accounting transparent, reliable and with less labor costs. At the moment, without digitalization in accounting, it is impossible to predict the further development of trade and economic relations in general, since it significantly affects the sale, movement and shipment of goods. The gradual transition of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the path of digitalization can be considered the most important condition for the development of both the country’s economy and the Eurasian Economic Union. Digital inspection is the process of monitoring goods using digital systems, which helps reduce the risk of human error. In the context of digitalization, work with documentation should be structured in such a way that access to them is ensured throughout the entire limitation period, thereby facilitating the taxpayer in making the right economic decisions. The purpose of this article is to consider the gradual integration of digitalization into the field of accounting for both small and medium-sized businesses, and also to consider its impact on the business processes of organizations. The main objective of the article is to consider the introduction of digitalization into business processes and possible problems during its integration, as well as to identify ways to eliminate them without losses for both the state and small and medium-sized businesses. Methods: In the course of writing this article, a dialectical approach was mainly used, which made it possible to examine in detail the process of reflecting and controlling document flow when moving goods in the context of digitalization. Approaching the issue theoretically and summarizing practical experience, it was possible to identify the positive and negative aspects of accounting and control of the movement of goods on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond its borders in the conditions of rapidly developing digitalization. Development of Technology for the Production of Meat Products of the "Halal" Category for Functional Nutrition
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the development of technology for meat products of the "Halal" category. The authors consider the main problems of the meat industry in the field of the development of meat products of the "Halal" category in accordance with the National Program "Development of meat farming for 2018-2027", as well as the peculiarities of the production of meat products of the "Halal" category in Kazakhstan. A technology for the production of sausages for frying of the "Halal" category based on minced turkey and beef meat for functional nutrition has been developed, organoleptic, physico-chemical parameters of the new product have been studied. The mass fraction of protein is 8 %, the mass fraction of fat is 7 %. The authors of the article have developed a technological scheme for the production of a new product of the "Halal" category, which includes: acceptance of raw materials, cutting, deboning, veining, grinding to 2-3 mm of meat raw materials. At the next stage, meat is cooked at t 2-4 0C for 12 hours, minced meat is prepared (adding jerusalem artichoke 3 %, adding vitamin premix "Rovifarin" in an amount of 1.0 %, as well as spices and garlic according to the developed recipe). At the next stage, the minced meat is stuffed into natural shells with a diameter of (32-44) mm, cooled at t (4 + 2) 0C, stored at t (4 + 2) 0C for 36 hours. During the microstructural study of a sample of boiled and smoked sausage produced using traditional technology, it was found that the mass of the sample was formed from large fragments of muscle, fat and connective tissue (0.7-1.4) microns. The layout of the structural elements of the minced meat is dense, vacuoles and microcapillaries are rounded in shape, sometimes without clear boundaries, merged, with a size of (60-300) microns.

Theoretical Basis of Training of Pedagogues and Psychologists for the Development of Cognitive Activity of Teenagers

The main problem: the current directions of its development are determined in the article by conducting a theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, scientific and methodical works on the training of specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of teenagers. Currently, it is shown that the training of specialists in the development of cognitive activity of teenagers is a pedagogical and psychological problem. Purpose: to clarify the theory and propose a technology for the training of pedagogical and psychological specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of adolescents. Methods: When conducting the research, it was important to take into account statistical data that were sufficiently understandable and reliable. Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school. In accordance with the tasks of the professional training of the future pedagogue-psychologist, active methods of training - problem-based lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, professional-oriented special courses, course and diploma works, scientific studies of school pedagogy and didactics, educational events such as scientifically organized forms of continuous pedagogical practice. Main problem: One of the priority directions for improving the management system at the enterprise is the organization of effective interaction between strategic and operational management through the formation of a mechanism for their interaction, orienting operational management to achieve strategic goals and objectives. In market conditions, issues of interaction between strategic and operational production management are particularly relevant, allowing solving complex economic problems of the enterprise related to the rational use of resources involved in production, reducing production costs, improving the quality of products, optimizing production potential in order to increase the efficiency of the entire enterprise as a whole and its structural divisions. The role of the mechanism of interaction between strategic and operational production management also lies in the possibility of coordinating those final strategic goals that the enterprise strives for with the actual internal production capabilities. The purpose of this article is to study the issues of interaction between operational and strategic management of an enterprise in a market environment. The theory and modern practice of production management in a competitive environment show that the implementation of operational production management is a natural stage in the implementation of strategic management, therefore, there is a close relationship between them, which manifests itself in their interaction. Methods: The methods of analysis and generalization, the method of systematic and comparative analysis, structural and functional method, economic and mathematical methods, graphical and tabular method were used in the work. Results and their significance: the authors consider the theoretical aspects of the relationship between strategic and operational production management at an enterprise in a competitive environment.
