The renewal of the paradigm of 12-year education is associated with the formation of key competencies in students that help to learn, understand and develop the world around. The developed set of tasks is designed to develop the need to transform educational material with the aim of improving the quality of education. This material is compiled in accordance with the age characteristics of primary school students, is aimed at organizing the processes of mastering new ways of acting, which will contribute to the formation of educational and cognitive activities. Modern trends of informatization in the educational process of higher education institution
Annotation:

The article describes the basic trends of IT management in the educational process of higher educational institutions. The problem of transition to a new model of education quality, determined by the State Program of Education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019, causes a broader implementation of information technologies in the process of education. The paper presents the main reasons according to which educational institutions use information systems, as well as the possibility of the results of the introduction of information technologies. These technologies expand the boundaries of information and educational space for more efficient management of the educational process. Summarizing the results of the researches in this field the author identified and analyzed the subsystems of the university management.

Freshmen adaptation in a an institution of medical college
Annotation:

The article deals with the problems of psychological and pedagogical support of students, the stages, the reasons for the first course in the period of their adaptation to college education. In the article there are specified the notions of psychological and pedagogical support, basic conditions of using support for successful adaptation of freshmen, there are also given methods on research of problems of students’ adaptation. The article deals with capabilities of taking into account individual psychological characteristics of freshmen in adaption to conditions of higher the college education institution. In the work there are also shown the characteristics of key concepts of freshmen adaptation for receiving professional education from the position of psychological, pedagogical and social support. Thus, the following notions are referred to the social position in freshmen support: obtaining a different status – a student status, relative freedom in choosing training trajectory, extension of communication and group interaction, a neutral position of teachers with respect to students, the educational environment and the comfort of psychological atmosphere for successful adaptation.

School readiness study
Annotation:

School readiness issues are addressed by educators, psychologists, special education teachers, and physicians. Recently, the law on compulsory school attendance for all children at the age of 6 has been adopted. In this regard, there arises the question whether six-year-old children are ready for school. Will they be able to meet the requirements of school educational program at the proper level, or only by overworking and tiring themselves both physically and psychologically they may adhere to the desired level of education.

Criminalistic characteristics of trafficking in minors and substitution of a child
Annotation:

Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the individual is one of the main activities of the state. And the protection of human rights begins with respect for the rights of the child, who, because of his physical and mental immaturity, needs special care from the state and society. The transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the 1990s to a market economy, accompanied by a deep economic crisis, had a negative impact on the traditional spheres of social structure: work, family, education. As a result, at that time Kazakhstan and a number of other CIS countries turned into exporting countries of children, supplying them to foreign countries for adoption by foreign citizens. Numerous facts of adoption of children-citizens of the CIS countries by foreign citizens, which are essentially the sale of minors, often indicate a criminal and mercenary nature on the part of officials of guardianship and other state bodies.

Development of the student entrepreneurial community at universities

The main problem: In modern conditions, the development of the student entrepreneurial community, the formation of entrepreneurial skills, support and promotion of start-up projects and ideas increase the competitiveness of future graduates and give them the opportunity to realize their creative and entrepreneurial potential. According to the authors, the implementation of policies in the field of entrepreneurial education, the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem and entrepreneurial thinking requires the exchange of experience and the study of new approaches and methods of working with students. Therefore, the article discusses the main areas of activity of the Innovative University of Eurasia and the Old Dominion University (USA) for the development of the entrepreneurial community. Purpose: To consider the process of organizing training in the direction of "Entrepreneurship" and to present the opinions of the authors in this direction. Methods: The work used theoretical, experimental, methodological, descriptive and analytical research methods. Results and their significance: The authors conclude that the educational trajectory in the direction of "Entrepreneurship" contributes to the formation of graduates of a new formation, with an active life position, which affects the development of human potential. The role of universities in the development of the entrepreneurial community lies in the implementation of educational activities with an emphasis on developing students' entrepreneurial skills in the process of their education, in improving the quality of education, and developing new forms and methods. Participation in joint projects to build an entrepreneurial community expands the boundaries of internationalization of higher education. Therefore, in this article, the authors try to convey their approaches and methods of work on the formation of the student entrepreneurial community as an important component of the system of entrepreneurial education.

Digitalization of education: pros and cons

The pandemic has given a new impetus to the digitalization of society. Digitalization is one of the most significant trends in our real life, which is actively implemented in the field of education and is rapidly gaining ground in Kyrgyzstan. This article examines the positive and negative aspects of the modern educational environment focused on the systematic use of digital learning technologies. Modern technologies are developing at a great speed. The authors are sure that the process of transition of modern education and in particular the school curriculum to an electronic format is inevitable. This determines the relevance of the topic under consideration. The author determined that when the idea of digitalization comes to life, not only the education system will change, but also its meaning and purpose. A new one has already grown digital generation; new digital technologies have emerged, digital technology has been born economy, educational technologies have changed – digitalization has begun education. How not to confuse digitization and digitalization? What legislation what is the basis for digitalization of education supported by? What are the pros and cons of the digitalization of education? The prospects, pros and cons of digitalization of education are presented in this article. The article discusses the main advantages and disadvantages of digital education. It is concluded that the digitalization of education is a necessary and inevitable step that characterizes the modern social reality, so it is necessary to carefully study all the pros and cons in order to avoid serious problems in the future. Digitalization implies independent study of the material. It will be possible to evaluate all the pros and cons of such a system and its consequences decades later. When the time comes, the entire structure of education will change.

Modern pedagogical technologies in teaching a foreign language in primary school
Annotation:

The article describes modern pedagogical technologies of teaching a foreign language in primary school and examines their impact on the development of various competencies of primary school students. The authors emphasize that information and communication pedagogical technologies help to implement a student-centered approach to learning, provide individualization and differentiation of learning, taking into account the abilities of younger students, their level of education. And also modern pedagogical technologies as a systemic holistic means of restructuring activities make it possible to improve the quality of the educational process, to solve the problems of personality development. Purpose – analysis of modern educational technologies used in English lessons. The current system of training primary school teachers requires a revision of its structure, organization, relationship with school practice and innovative processes in the education system. Therefore, the article proves that an important part of the educational process should be the use of new pedagogical technologies in improving the quality of training of specialists at the university, providing the possibility of self-development of the teacher's personality, increasing his creative abilities and improving the educational process. The study used a descriptive method, analysis and synthesis methods. The authors of the article call the development of the student's personality (moral and cognitive) and the complex of abilities for successful interaction with the polycultural and multilingual world around him as the goal of foreign language education in primary grades. Therefore, it is important that the future primary school teacher, in accordance with the requirements of the state educational standard, has formed the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the application of modern pedagogical technologies. At the present time, when a new education system was created, focused on the world educational space, changes in the educational process changed the paradigm of education, updated the content of education, formed a new approach, new relationships. Research activity as one of the forms of professional self-realization of a teacher
Annotation:

This article discusses the issue of studying the research activities of teachers. The research activity of a teacher is one of the forms of professional self-realization of a teacher. At this time, schools need teachers of a new formation, in particular researchers who could master the methods of organizing and conducting experimental work in the school. And of course, there is a problem brewing here: how, in modern conditions, when the education system is constantly being reformed, it is possible to develop the professional self-realization of a teacher. The introduction of innovations in the educational process of the school also increases the requirements for the professionalism of the teacher. These requirements include the performance of research activities by schoolteachers. which, unfortunately, causes them some difficulties. One of them may be the lack of sufficient knowledge about research activities, in particular, the lack of necessary research skills and motivation. Therefore, we say that in order for a teacher to systematically engage in research activities, he needs motivation. However, as practice shows, motivation alone is not enough, the teacher must also possess research skills, methods of organizing research activities. In their professional activities, the teacher should understand that research is a way to self-realization. Research activities play a key role in the implementation of the topic of teacher self-education. In addition, the research activity of a modern schoolteacher is the main element of professional activity, the leading criterion of pedagogical creativity, a source of growth of teaching status, an indicator of responsibility, abilities and talent, a condition for the development, socialization and selfdetermination of students. The success of innovative transformations at school depends only on the teacher, his initiative, desire to engage in research and creativity. If the school lives in a development mode, then it is characterized by research, experimental work, and creative search. It is in the course of experimental and research activities that new experience is created, and optimal solutions to complex problems are born. The material presented in the article can be used by teachers of secondary schools when developing the topic of selfeducation and drawing up a teacher's portfolio.

Socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive educational system
Annotation:

Main problem: Today, the opinion about inclusion as the most progressive (in comparison with integration) approach is being strengthened among the society, which allows any child, regardless of the type and severity of the disorder, to learn with their normatively developing peers. The introduction of inclusive approaches into school practice can be called one of the top priorities of the state educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Inclusive education will help to resolve the contradiction between the legally guaranteed rights of children with disabilities to equal access to quality education and the de facto inequality in its implementation. Inclusion must be systematic and focused, not spontaneous. Therefore, it is optimal to teach a child with disabilities within the framework of the system of continuous general education. The creation and effective functioning of this system is impossible without a trained teacher, who is a key figure in the implementation of inclusive education. Purpose: Substantiation and disclosure of the contradiction between the guaranteed right of children with IAD and equal access to quality education for the socialization of children with special educational needs in inclusive education. Methods: in the course of the research, descriptive, systematization and analytical methods were used in the application of theoretical concepts, government programs, and legislative acts in inclusive education. Results and their importance: The implementation of the research goal is facilitated by the use of an alternative to the classroom-based organization of the educational process for the progressive development of children with IAD, which allows them to study harmoniously, regardless of the type and severity of the violation, together with their normatively developing peers. The given pedagogical observation is the obtained practical result of this study. The development of the system of class-based organization of the educational process for children with IAD in educational institutions is aimed at forming an effective system for ensuring the comprehensive development of inclusive education.

Methodological foundations of the application of the project method in teaching object-oriented programming.
Annotation:

The article presents a method of teaching object-oriented programming to students of the educational program «Computer Engineering and software» using the project method. The problem of the insufficient level of organization of the educational process in colleges, aimed at studying any kind of object programming, is investigated. In this regard, the important aspects that must be taken into account when constructing a methodology for teaching object-oriented programming, aimed at enhancing the cognitive independence of students, are described in detail. It is shown that the solution to this problem largely depends on the degree of achievement of the learning goals of students specified in GOSTiPO, as well as on the methodological guide to object-oriented programming, developed in accordance with the requirements of modern education. An analysis was made of the State Compulsory Standard for Technical and Vocational Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Model Curriculum and the Working Curriculum in the discipline "Fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming" for students of the educational program "Computer Engineering and Software" and the teaching methodology developed on their basis. The purpose is to substantiate the methodology for teaching students object-oriented programming, which activates cognitive activity through the use of the project method and its practical application in the educational process. Methods: The methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction were used in the article. Results and their significance: The practical result of the analysis was the method of teaching college students object-oriented programming, using the project method, which is necessary for a more intensive development of cognitive independence. The practical significance of the results is to increase the efficiency of studying the discipline by taking into account the individual characteristics of students.

The main directions of improving the process of formation of methodological skills of a future mathematics teacher
Annotation:

Based on the psychological aspect of the concept of "qualification", the article analyzes the main directions of the formation of methodological qualifications of future teachers of mathematics and advanced training in pedagogical universities. It is possible to achieve high-quality teaching of geometric subjects in higher educational institutions by using methodological and meaningful methods in organizing the educational process. The creation of a certain structure of the educational process, the definition of teaching methods and means, the careful selection of subject content were determined by the specific principles of pedagogy. Basically, these principles are the real achievements of modern pedagogy and are constantly changing. The existing system of didactic principles can be gradually changed and expanded The purpose is to choose the main didactic principles and to offer a scientific-methodological basis for improving the methodological preparation of future mathematics teachers in the Pedagogical University for solving and teaching geometrical problems. In this regard, interviews, questionnaires, analysis of the curriculum and its content, as well as discussions with experienced teachers and methodologists in teaching geometry were conducted; pedagogical control and diagnostics of the educational process were carried out. In order to test the effectiveness of the methods proposed by us, pedagogical experiments were carried out. The entire system of training future teachers of mathematics faces new challenges related to the implementation of effective didactic principles for teaching geometry in pedagogical universities. First of all, it is the principle of mastering innovative teaching methods of the future teacher of mathematics and the principle of mastering new pedagogical and information technologies of education. The results of the study can be used as a methodological basis for further research on the professional orientation of teaching mathematics in universities.

In this article, the need to improve professional communication defines the tasks of improving the psychological and pedagogical qualifications of teachers of primary, secondary and higher education, their professional competence as an increase in interaction in the field of modern achievements in pedagogy, psychology, acmeology. In this regard, it is said about the more efficient use of modern private resources to build effective strategies for professional communication of teachers. The idea is revealed that acmeological design is used for individual work related to the strategy of life, the improvement of professional behavior or communication. Features of correctional work to improve academic performance in younger students
Annotation:

Education, as known, is the foundation on which a strong and healthy government is built and maintained. In elementary school, the foundation of the system of knowledge is laid, which is replenished during all educational activities. At the same time, many younger students poorly learn the program material, which leads to failure in subsequent studies. There are also students who, receiving satisfactory grades, could study better. Therefore, difficulties that appear in children in primary classes prevent them from mastering the compulsory school curriculum. The important task of the teacher is to provide timely help to avoid difficulties in education. For this, it is necessary to know their causes in the educational activity, the ability of the teacher to establish which of them are effective in a specific case with the help of diagnostics, to be able to eliminate them in time or correct the consequences. Thus, timely corrective work aimed at improving the performance of younger schoolchildren is necessary.Today, the organization of correctional work to improve the performance of younger schoolchildren is one of the most pressing problems of modern schools. The study of the features of correctional work aimed at improving the performance of younger schoolchildren will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the educational process. Purpose of the article is increasing the effectiveness of correctional work of underachieving students in primary classes. Descriptive method, methods of systematization, analysis and interpretation, synthesis were used during the research. The problem of school failure is very complex, its research involves many different approaches, but all of them are grouped around two main aspects of the problem: how the teacher teaches, how the student learns and how their development is carried out. Recommendations on the construction of correctional work taking into account its features in primary school will help to increase the efficiency of the educational process and reduce the level of failure in the primary level of secondary general education school.

Economic processes and foreign languages: results of interaction
Annotation:

Language is the main vector of communication, in turn, communication develops languages throughout the history of mankind. The natural need of people is communication in their native language, the most convenient means of self-expression and understanding of others. However, modernity has changed the global paradigm of communication, indicating a reassessment of the role of languages by both official and informal communities, including native speakers of various languages. Moreover, the choice of a common communication language is influenced not only by the context, but also by the social, cultural, and economic characteristics of the communicants. In an intercultural context, there is a problem of adaptation of communication participants, closely related to the mastery of the language of the receiving party, ignorance of which is a barrier to successful communication. To develop the skills of tolerant communicative behavior, it is necessary to create special programs equipped with the necessary teaching materials available in international communication languages. Some of these workshops are offered in the presented article. Purpose of the article is to determine the influence of language on the development of economic processes that unite people of different linguistic and socio-cultural backgrounds, as well as to describe the influence of interacting languages on various aspects of professional activity and the role of education in introducing new generations into an intercultural context. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks were put forward: presentation of the main provisions of the economic theory of language; highlighting the controversial role of translators when working with companies in an intercultural environment; identification of problems and the role of teaching foreign languages to students for their successful adaptation in an intercultural professional context. The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, in which methods of comparative, structural-functional, and statistical analysis were applied. To obtain empirical data, the methods of questioning and interviewing respondents included in the system of intercultural communication were used. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that, as a rule, in most cases, preference is given to the common language of communication, which is either one of the international languages or the language of the titular nation. Ethnic ties, trust and tolerance are often associated with the possession of a common language of communication.

The right to education as a component of the effective development of legal culture
Annotation:

The main thesis of the proposed research is that in modern conditions of globalization, the realization of the right of citizens to education is an important and necessary condition for the development of society and the state. The right to education provides everyone with knowledge, skills, the development of creative abilities, guarantees the effective functioning of state and public institutions, national security, maintains stability in society and contributes to the development of a democratic, social rule of law state. The purpose of the study is to develop a holistic concept of constitutional and legal provision of the right to education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account international experience and developing proposals for improving domestic legislation regulating the right to education. The methodological basis is a system of philosophical and ideological approaches, principles, general scientific and special scientific methods that provided an objective analysis of the subject of research. The article substantiates that the state is also interested in ensuring the right to education for everyone, since it is education that creates qualified labor potential, provides training for professional specialists capable of effectively managing public affairs and performing its tasks. In turn, as a rule, an increase in the educational and qualification level of a person is the basis for salary growth, which affects the increase in tax deductions to the state budget, its filling, and therefore leads to economic growth of the state and society as a whole. The effective functioning of the education system in the state contributes to reducing unemployment (pupils, students belong to the category of the employed population), ensuring the vital activity of state institutions, national security, building a social state and establishing stability in society. Special attention in this article is paid to the implementation of scientific analysis of the right to education in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of modern international experience. The article makes a number of new theoretical conclusions and proposals, in particular: the signs of the right to education are classified into general (inherent in all categories of human and civil rights) and special (reveal the peculiarity of the right to education in the system of constitutional rights); the concept and content of the principles of the right to education are defined, what are the fundamental principles, ideas that determine its essence and the general direction of development.

Main problem: humane pedagogical thinking seeks to embrace the immensity, and this is the strength of educational systems and processes born in its bowels. To actualize the value of self-disclosure of students’ innovative abilities with the accompanying, providing role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize a one’s intellectual reflective mechanism as the main subject of education. Developed reflexive abilities are a logical condition for a person to independently overcome all sorts of difficulties in life and activity. Purpose: understanding and formalization of the “golden principles” of socio-natural thinking and activity of a human as a biological organism. Methods: the method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete, the method of transforming specific images of objects based on their abstract essence, the speculative language of schematic representation of a thought. Results and their significance: considering a high dynamics of technological changes in the world of activity, we accept the reflective ability for self-education as the main means to independently discover certain professional abilities necessary in life. This means that, first of all, students must learn how to learn, i.e. learn to think independently, critically perceive and transform the received information into knowledge, pose their own questions, offer a range of answers, logically formulate and coordinate different points of view, build knowledge together with others. Amonashvili wrote: «humanitarian pedagogy perceives the child by his nature. He sees the infinity of the child, understands his cosmic quality and prepares him for the service of humanity throughout his life. It establishes the personality of the child through the determination of his will and builds pedagogical systems, the procedural of which predetermines love, optimism and high spiritual morality. Humanitarian pedagogical thinking seeks to take on something enormous, and this is the power of educational systems and processes that have arisen in its bowels». In order to realize the value of self-disclosure of innovative abilities of students, ensuring the role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize the intellectual reflexive mechanism of a person as the main subject of Education. Methodological Aspects of Inclusive Education in the Field of IT Technologies

The main problem: Today, the introduction of inclusive education is becoming one of the priorities of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the system of modern education. In accordance with the law on Education, equal access to quality education for citizens is guaranteed, taking into account their intellectual development, psychophysiological and individual characteristics. The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of inclusive education. The author considers the problems on the way to the introduction of inclusive education, provides an analysis of the experience of conducting an IT school within the framework of inclusive education. An attempt has been made to identify the factors contributing to the successful implementation of inclusive education methods in the modern educational space. Objective: To consider the issues of the development of inclusive education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. To present the methodology of teaching children with special educational needs, to suggest possible ways to solve problems on the way of introducing inclusive education into the domestic education system. Methods: The methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction were used in the article. Results and their significance: Based on the results of the work carried out aimed at identifying the main problems hindering the process of implementing inclusive education, as well as based on the results of the analysis and the identified main aspects in the cognitive activity of children with hearing and speech disorders, the author of the article proposes a methodology for teaching children multimedia technologies. In addition, the author clearly substantiates the need to prepare a teacher for the use of inclusive education methods, due to the lack of willingness of some teachers to teach in a class (group) in which people with disabilities study, fearing to get into a situation of psychological and professional discomfort.

Legal Education Aspects Among the youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The main problem: The development of theoretical aspects of legal education, legal awareness. Organizational forms of legal education. Forms and methods of education of legal awareness, legal culture. Features of the formation of legal culture in the modern period. Problems of improving legal culture and legal education. Legal education forms a sense of confidence and independence in the legal sphere among the population of the state, thereby stimulating the legal activity of an individual, which presupposes voluntary, conscious, proactive, socially and morally responsible human behavior. Purpose: The article deals with the legal education of modern youth. The means of forming a legal culture are the promotion of law, the development of legal knowledge among citizens, the practical strengthening of the rule of law, the presence of a strong legal science, the improvement of the system of legal acts, which is achieved due to the presence in the state of a democratic, effective constitution and high legal and technical-legal quality of laws and by-laws. Methods: Methodology of the study. The methodological basis of the study was made up of: generally recognized methods of scientific research of the phenomena of reality in their interrelation and interdependence both at the theoretical level (systemic, comparative legal, formal legal, historical methods of analysis, etc.) and at the empirical level (statistical analysis, questionnaires, research of documents, printed publications); the main provisions of the theory of criminal law, ethics, philosophy, psychology; rules of formal logic. The results and their significance: In this regard, there is a need to create a Republican Center for Legal Education at the Institute of State and Law, which will provide scientific research on the problems of legal education and upbringing, the development of the content and methodology of legal education at all levels of continuing education of students.
