Differentiate test control at primary school
Annotation:

Education is one of the priority directions in the development of our state. It is impossible to talk about modernization of education without monitoring its quality. The article considers a differentiated approach to learning, the conditions under which this approach can be applied. Two main criteria of the differentiated approach are singled out: level of training and learning ability. The article gives recommendations on the phased implementation of differentiation. Positive and negative parties of different types of control of education quality are also presented. Most objective is the differentiated test control. The article reveals its characteristics, the possibilities of using it in lessons in primary school.

Application of the "Step by Step" technology in the teaching of younger schoolchildren as a means of improving the quality of education
Annotation:

The renewal of the paradigm of 12-year education is associated with the formation of key competencies in students that help to learn, understand and develop the world around. The developed set of tasks is designed to develop the need to transform educational material with the aim of improving the quality of education. This material is compiled in accordance with the age characteristics of primary school students, is aimed at organizing the processes of mastering new ways of acting, which will contribute to the formation of educational and cognitive activities. The issues discussed in the article will allow us to implement a competence approach in the education of students. The tasks presented in the article are intended to activate the educational motivation, the organization of independent cognitive activity, contribute to the systematization and objectification of the processes of monitoring and evaluation of educational activities.

Review of methods of diagnosis of failures of electric motor
Annotation:

In the article different methods of diagnosis of failures of electric equipment which are most often found in the industry today. The classification of methods for diagnosing motor failures is presented, and the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods for diagnosing failures in electric equipment are revealed. Based on the description of the methods of diagnosing electric equipment failures, a comparative table was compiled. Analyzing the comparative table of methods for diagnosing failures of electric equipment, the most current method for diagnosing the technical condition of the electric motor was determined.

The modern state and analysis of forming of healthy way of life are in the Republic of Kazakhstan (a case of study of center of forming of healthy way of life of the Akmola region)

In this article, activity of national center of problems of forming of healthy way of life that is sent to forming and stimulation of healthy way of life of citizens and on development of prophylactic and restoration medicine are considered. The role of coordinating councils in process of health care at the level of government, that provide monitoring of realization of socio-economic development of country, including in area of health protection are distinguished in this article. For creation of the effective system of prophylaxis of sociallymeaningful diseases and forming of healthy way of life indicators are certain in a country. Some actions of centers of healthy way of life carry practical character, when specialists render a consultative and practical help to the population. Primary and general objective of the system of health protection of country and in particular in regions this strengthening of health of population, increase of their welfare, forming of the responsibility and skills, sent to maintenance and improvement of health, and also propaganda of healthy way of life.

Environmental assessment of mercury contamination of the wastewater storage facility Bylkyldak
Annotation:

The article describes visually detectable anomalies in the structure of the crucian carpet, which make it possible to consider them as a reliable tool for operative ecological monitoring of aquatic ecosystems under the conditions of the anthropic press. The results of the conducted studies were tested in the course of the research "The Post-Mercury Control of Mercury Pollution in the Territory of the Former PO" Khimprom", and also appear to be important in assessing the environmental risk from groundwater pollution and adjacent water bodies in the northern industrial zone of Pavlodar.

The system of preschool education of Pavlodar region in the rating of educational systems of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan: analysis of the state, problems and tendencies of development

Domestic and world experience shows that the success of the functioning of the primary school education system is determined not only by its internal factors, but also by the degree of readiness to this process of children at the stage of preschool upbringing and education (PUE). In this regard, special attention is paid to the problems of development of the PUE system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, both from the point of view of legal regulation and in the context of monitoring of the state and evaluation of its development. In the article it is analyzed the main tendencies of development of the RK PUE system and content of procedure of the assessment of the development level of regional systems of preschool nurture and education of the republic; it is given the analysis and assessment of the state, problems and tendencies of development of system of preschool upbringing and education of Pavlodar region and its position in the national ranking of educational systems of the regions of Kazakhstan

Monitoring of drinking water in the water supply system of Ekibastuz city
Annotation:

On the basis of research on bacteriological indicators of the water supply system in the Ekibastuz region for the period 2016-2018 the 310 cases of detection of pathogenic microflora were identified. The chemical indicators are given the results of research to determine the content of toxic elements and heavy metals in the source and purified water, as well as in the distribution network of Ekibastuz. The largest number of pathogenic microflora cases and a high concentration of chemical elements are noted during the flood season. Sporadic pathogenic microflora and chemical elements are also recorded in the winter and summer periods.

Application of intelligent transport systems on the roads of Кazakhstan
Annotation:

The progress of work on the creation of an "intelligent transport system" in Kazakhstan, the development and modernization of the road industry will be reported. The economic and social effectiveness of several transport corridors and new projects were analyzed. Transport corridors of foreign countries, methods of providing logistics services were presented. In his address, the head of state paid special attention to the issues of digitalization of all spheres of life of the population, including the transport sector of Kazakhstan. Currently, the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is working on the creation of an "intelligent transport system" within the framework of the state program «Digital Kazakhstan» (ITS). ITS goal is to systematically integrate transport infrastructure, transport devices and users with modern information and communication technologies aimed at improving the safety and efficiency of the transport process. The concept will include 11 components in ITS. One of them is a special automated measuring instruments (UAVs), which are installed in the main automobile corridors. This device is designed to measure moving vehicles without contact and eliminate unjustified stops. This year, it is planned to put into operation 10 units of RSPP, and by 2020 it is planned to increase their number to 46 units. It is also planned to introduce a traffic management system that will inform drivers about the situation on the roads, a system for forecasting and analyzing climatic conditions, which is carried out through a network of weather stations along the roads, a network of video monitoring and special video cameras for detecting traffic violations, toll road systems that cover the cost of maintenance of the national road network, etc. They will be introduced in stages until 2021. The implementation of this project will reduce road deaths, increase the volume of transit traffic and the speed of logistics services, fully cover the main highways with measuring instruments and create favorable conditions for drivers on the roads. Such systems are already operating in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe and the United States.

Bacteriological studies of pathogenic microflora in respiratory diseases
Annotation:

The main task of microbiological study of pulmonary patients is to identify the etiology of acute and exacerbation of chronic disease in order to determine therapy and control its effectiveness. Classical methods of microbiological research consist in isolating a pure culture of the causative agent of the disease with its identification by biochemical, antigenic and other characteristics. Such studies are multistage; they impose rather strict requirements on the quality of the source material, the timing and conditions of its transportation, laboratory equipment and the precise execution of the research methodology for at least 3-5 days. Isolation of the culture of a number of pathogens (atypical intracellular microflora, anaerobic bacteria, mycobacterium tuberculosis) requires even more lengthy studies using special media and equipment. This article presents the results of a bacteriological study of pathogenic microflora in diseases of the respiratory system of the population of the Shcherbakty district of Pavlodar region for 2017-2019, including the following sequence: microscopy of native and Gram stained smears; inoculation of biological material on nutrient media for isolation and identification of the pathogen; determination of the sensitivity of the isolated microorganism to antibiotics; immunological (serological) research methods aimed at determining antigens of microbiological origin, as well as antibodies to them in the patient's body. It has been shown that conducting bacteriological studies in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents allows obtaining reliable and comparable results necessary both for the optimal treatment of patients and for collecting and analyzing data on monitoring the emergence and spread of diseases of the respiratory system caused by pathogenic microflora.

Ensuring quality control by implementing a quality management system at the enterprise
Annotation:

The article presents the results of implementing a quality management system at the enterprise. The study and analysis of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, as well as sanitary and epidemiological requirements for production control were carried out. The main requirements and rules for the implementation of input, operational and output control of products at enterprises at all stages of the product life cycle were identified and presented. In addition, it was determined what requirements must be met by enterprises to implement a quality management system. It is important to note that this work is necessary at the enterprise, as it has the following advantages: by improving product quality, product sales increase, the level of management of the enterprise and personnel increases, and cost savings are realized at the stages of development, production and operation. It follows that to implement a quality management system, it is necessary to set the following tasks: describe the company's processes, develop performance criteria and evaluate processes, develop the necessary documented information, implement documentation in all departments, familiarize them with the quality policy and goals, conduct timely internal audits for further SWOT analysis, and conduct an assessment by an external auditor in order to obtain a certificate of compliance. An important step in quality management is that the organization should not eliminate nonconforming results of processes, but should identify potential nonconformities, assess the risk with the preparation of a Protocol, plan and implement actions to reduce risks. Difficulties may arise: lack of understanding by the staff of the need to implement a quality management system, lack of a clear vision, mission, lack of complete information on processes, lack of quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria, quality is defined as the quality of products, not as the quality of processes, resources, lack of monitoring of customer satisfaction. It is possible to overcome these difficulties only with the implementation of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, since the requirements prescribed in the international standard are a real tool for improving the efficiency of the enterprise, which will help bring the organization to a higher level of development.

Methodological approaches to evaluating the quality of state programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (on the example of the employment sector)
Annotation:

Main problem: One of the officially recognized problems of the system of state planning and regional development is imperfection of the methodology for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the activities of state bodies. In fact, there is no assessment of economic and social efficiency and an assessment of the impact on society. In this regard, the authors have developed methodological approaches to assessing the quality (effectiveness) of state programs (on the example of the program of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Employment Roadmap – 2020”) is urgent task for theory and practice of regional development. The purpose of the research is the investigation of the methodological foundations for evaluating the quality of implementation of state programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of employment (based on the materials of program of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Employment Roadmap 2020”). Methods: The article uses a systematic approach to solving problems that ensures the unity of qualitative and quantitative methods: qualitative content analysis; a monographic method; the method of economic and statistical research. Results and their value: The value of the study lies in the fact that methodological approaches to the evaluation of programs in the public administration system are identified. For an economic assessment involving the calculation and analysis of unit costs per program participant, the authors propose to conduct dynamic and comparative analysis of the values of unit costs for achieving final results in directions of“DKZ-2020” program. This will allow to compare individual projects and program areas by costs in dynamics and further to identify those factors that work for their unjustified growth. The calculation of presented indicators is also important in regional context, since it allows considering those regions that significantly deviate from the national values in one direction or another

Automated sprayer for processing agricultural crops
Annotation:

In order to successfully conduct agricultural work and obtain a competitive harvest, it is mandatory to carry out spraying operations of crops that require highly qualified personnel, expensive equipment and suitable weather conditions. The use of tractors for spraying fields is the most common solution available at the moment, has disadvantages: high cost, risk of damage to the crop by "hitting", "hooking" or otherwise; environmental damage; due to exhaust gases, the demolition of the solution increases with increasing speed. Using a device designed specifically for spraying equipment is an ideal solution. The purpose of the article is to develop a working model of an automated sprayer for processing agricultural crops. The methods used are: technical justification of a controlled device for processing agricultural crops. Calculation of functional capabilities, algorithms of operation of the proposed automated device: selection of the type of sprayer, engine, chassis, controller, battery, as well as justification of the possibilities of using alternative energy sources (wind energy, solar energy); development of a 3D model of an automation device for anti-weed processing of agricultural crops, printing of parts, assembly of mechanical and electronic parts. Making a prototype using 3D printing; development of the wiring diagram of electronics, software (firmware of the microcontroller; application that controls the settings), testing of the prototype, assembly of the current model; rationale for the optimal use of Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards in this device in a pair: Raspberry Pi will allow you to control processes on the Arduino and easily interact with the Internet when the Arduino itself will perform simple operations such as interacting with electronics and reading sensor readings. The manufactured operating model showed compliance with the goals, a high degree of controllability, environmental friendliness, reduction of energy consumed, labor resources and can be used to scale this device. The developed model of the automation device for anti-weed treatment of agricultural crops can be used not only in agricultural pollination, but also as a mechanism for studying soil parameters: humidity, mineralogical composition and chemical content in the ground, using electronic sensors, as well as an automated mobile platform for any purpose requiring accurate navigation through the territory.

Digitalization of accounting and its impact on the activities of small and medium-sized businesses
Annotation:

Main problem: For several years, the state has been trying to reduce bureaucratic processes with entrepreneurs, make accounting transparent, reliable and with less labor costs. At the moment, without digitalization in accounting, it is impossible to predict the further development of trade and economic relations in general, since it significantly affects the sale, movement and shipment of goods. The gradual transition of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the path of digitalization can be considered the most important condition for the development of both the country’s economy and the Eurasian Economic Union. Digital inspection is the process of monitoring goods using digital systems, which helps reduce the risk of human error. In the context of digitalization, work with documentation should be structured in such a way that access to them is ensured throughout the entire limitation period, thereby facilitating the taxpayer in making the right economic decisions. The purpose of this article is to consider the gradual integration of digitalization into the field of accounting for both small and medium-sized businesses, and also to consider its impact on the business processes of organizations. The main objective of the article is to consider the introduction of digitalization into business processes and possible problems during its integration, as well as to identify ways to eliminate them without losses for both the state and small and medium-sized businesses. Methods: In the course of writing this article, a dialectical approach was mainly used, which made it possible to examine in detail the process of reflecting and controlling document flow when moving goods in the context of digitalization. Approaching the issue theoretically and summarizing practical experience, it was possible to identify the positive and negative aspects of accounting and control of the movement of goods on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond its borders in the conditions of rapidly developing digitalization. Results and their significance: This article reflects the main directions of modernization of accounting and operational accounting in Kazakhstan in the context of the progressive digitalization of the economy. The necessity of creating an information environment for managing economic processes and optimizing the operational activities of an enterprise is substantiated, and the positive and negative aspects of the integration of various information systems and modules for maintaining accounting and operational records at an enterprise are considered

Computer Modeling of the Electrical Conductivity of the Geological Environment in Problems of Monitoring the Reliability of the Foundation of Roads, Buildings and Engineering Structures
Annotation:

Main problem: Monitoring the reliability of the foundation of roads, buildings and engineering structures is an important aspect of geophysical research. Modeling of geological heterogeneities is relevant. Moreover, the use of computer modeling in this problem is associated with computational costs. Purpose: Analysis of the vertical electrical sounding (VES) method for modeling the physical properties of soil and their changes when exposed to elastic vibrations. Methods: To achieve the goal, the vertical electrical sounding (VES) method was used, using a one-dimensional model of the geological environment. The direct VES problem was solved by calculating the Hankel integral. Results and their significance: The study made it possible to model a large number of soil layers using the VES method. The results obtained make it possible to determine the parameters of detected objects and changes in the characteristics of the controlled environment when exposed to elastic vibrations. The significance of the results lies in the possibility of improving the method for modeling the physical properties of soil and taking into account their changes under the influence of elastic vibrations, which helps to increase the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring the reliability of the foundation.
