Open full-text PDFThis article presents a comparative analysis of nutrient media for the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus casei BM-4/17 B-RKM 0746 in a bioreactor. The main criteria for identifying the effectiveness of the nutrient medium were the accumulation of the highest biomass of lactic acid bacteria cells and the amount of nutrient medium components in relation to the biomass obtained.
