«Green» economy concept aspects in the petrochemical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Annotation: In this article it is considered a compliance assessment of developing industrial sectors of the country to the principles of «green» economy based on the example of the petrochemical complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Relevance of the research is caused by the need to build «green» low-carbon economy. The implementation of «green» economy concept will be a strong incentive for technological renovation for the numbers of industries. The directions of the «green» economy in the petrochemical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been determined, as well as an analysis of international experience to implement the principles of «green» economy in the petrochemical industry has been carried out.

Investment program of strategy implementation for agriculture development of Kachiry district up to 2020

Reforming the tax policy on social inclusion
Annotation: The article is devoted to existing issues in the field of taxation, which contribute to the trends of social exclusion in the society. The indicators that characterize social inclusion have been summarized. It is proved that using a particular tax policy social and economic processes can be adjusted, such as production level, employment, investment, science and technology, structural changes, prices, foreign economic relations, social standard of living, the level of certain products consumption. Under the conditions of various forms of ownership establishment in the formation of human capital, an important role is played by employers that provide aspects of social inclusion or prevent social exclusion.

Perfection of regional innovative system structure as the main direction to increase potential of the region
Annotation: The article deals with the issues of improving the structure of regional innovation system. As the result, four directions are identified to improve the structure of innovative system in the region.
