Тools for assessingstudents' competenciesin the field of sustainable development
Annotation: In the face of global challenges such as climate change, natural resource depletion, and growing social inequality, universities play a key role in preparing specialists with sustainable development competencies. However, a key challenge remains the lack of standardized tools for assessing these competencies, which reduces the effectiveness of the educational process. Traditional knowledge assessment methods, including tests and exams, do not fully assess students' critical thinking, systems analysis, strategic planning, and interdisciplinary skills. To analyze existing tools for assessing students' sustainable development competencies and to formulate recommendations for their adaptation in higher education. The study utilized a systematic review of scientific literature, comparative analysis, and classification of tools. Particular attention is paid to identifying groups of methods: self-assessment, observation, testing, project assignments, portfolios, and digital technologies. The analysis showed that effective competency assessment is achieved through a combination of various tools, which helps to compensate for the limitations of each. The integrated use of testing, project assignments, and self-assessment was recognized as the most promising. The study's results can be used by universities to improve competency assessment practices and develop a national methodology in the field of education for sustainable development. This will improve the objectivity of the educational process and the quality of training specialists for a sustainable economy.

Enhancing high school students’ intercultural communicative competence through Bloom’s taxonomy and artificial intelligence
Annotation: The main problem: Currently, higher education in Kazakhstan is going through a period of unprecedented changes. Obviously, the main driver of these changes is the influence of innovative technologies in the educational process. Because innovative technologies have a number of advantages: they stimulate active learning; provide quick feedback; establish teacher-student contact; form "unconventional" thinking among students; encourage collaboration among students; encourage a variety of learning methods. Based on the above, we can understand that innovative technologies have radically changed the old "teach and learn" paradigm. In the new learning example, the role of the student is more important than that of the teachers. Objective: The goal of introducing innovative technologies is to prepare people for life in an ever-changing and developing society. Methods: Innovative technology – Bloom's taxonomy in teaching the discipline "Russian language". The article discusses topical issues related to the organization of an effective process of teaching Russian in higher education institutions. The authors consider a system of tasks for the development of critical thinking that contribute to the formation of foreign language communicative competence of university students using Bloom's taxonomy. Results and their significance: A system of tasks that develop critical thinking and contribute to the formation of foreign language communicative competence of university students is revealed. An analysis of the seminar session and theoretical materials in accordance with Bloom's taxonomy are presented

Problems and Prospects for Implementing the Principles of Inclusion in the Educational Environment
Annotation: The main problem of the study lies in the fact that the implementation of inclusion principles in the educational environment is hindered by the insufficient preparedness of teachers, lack of resources, and inadequate adaptation of the learning environment to the needs of children with special educational needs (SEN). The purpose of the article is to identify the main challenges in introducing inclusive practices and to outline the prospects for their further development in educational organizations. Research methods include theoretical analysis of literature and regulatory documents, comparative analysis of inclusive education practices, and synthesis of existing experience. The results obtained reveal key barriers to implementing inclusion and identify promising directions for its development, including improving teacher qualifications, enhancing learning conditions, and expanding support for children with SEN. The practical significance of the study is that its findings can be used to improve the educational environment, develop teacher training programs, and introduce effective inclusive practices in schools.

Psychological and pedagogical features of winter swimming in the extreme climatic conditions of the Pavlodar Irtysh region
Annotation: This article examines the psychological and pedagogical features of winter swimming (morzhovanie) in the extreme climatic conditions of the Pavlodar Irtysh region. Pavlodar Irtysh is characterized by a harsh, sharply continental climate, which many consider a risk factor. The problem of strengthening the health of the population in regions with severe climatic conditions remains highly relevant in the modern scientific and applied agenda. Northern regions of Kazakhstan are characterized by long winter periods, significant negative air temperatures, and pronounced wind activity. Prolonged exposure to cold is traditionally considered an unfavorable environmental factor, increasing the risk of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, in recent years there has been a stable increase in interest in natural methods of hardening the body. One of the most radical and controversial methods is winter swimming (morzhovanie) – a short-term immersion in water with a temperature close to zero during the winter period. Objective: To scientifically justify the features of morzhovanie in the conditions of the Pavlodar Irtysh region and determine its effect on the human body, taking into account regional specifics. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to characterize the climatic features of the region, analyze the physiological responses of the body to cold stress, identify potential benefits and risks of winter swimming, and determine the social significance of this movement. Methods: Theoretical methods, clinical-physiological methods, psychophysiological methods, pedagogical and sociological methods, experimental methods (questionnaire, observation, and expert interviews).
