Annotation: The article is focused on the professionalization of the civil servants’ activity and the role of the quality management of the advanced training and retraining of civil servants.

Annotation: The article considers various methods of suppressing electromagnetic disturbances encountered in the electric power system. Detailed descriptions of methods of suppression, as well as classification of electromagnetic interference on the basis of the source of their occurrence are given. Illustrative diagrams of the 106 Вестник Инновационного Евразийского университета. 2017. № 1 ISSN 1729-536X three methods are shown. Based on the analysis, recommendations were made on improving the noise-proof feature of power equipment.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the consideration of methods for receiving copper powder. The main methods of obtaining copper based on them are analyzed, the possibility of complex extraction of the investigated metal from spent solutions (wastes) of electrolytic production of copper.

Annotation: The purpose of this work is to create an information system that promotes Kazakh language popularization in social networks. Kazakh language usage analysis in the Internet had been made. The database and software with a bilingual interface that generate and send messages in the Internet has been developed. Increasing Kazakh language popularity methodology using a messenger program is also suggested.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the consideration of the level of conflict interaction of spouses at different stages of marriage experience. The results of the investigation of the conflictness of the marriage partners at different stages of family life. The authors describe the nature of the interaction of the spouses, as well as a comparative study of the level of conflict between the groups of respondents with different marriage experience.

The article describes the cognitive interest as an important personality characteristic of a schoolchild, as an integral cognitive – emotional attitude of a schoolchild to learning.

Annotation: In this article the authors considers the emerging problem of social adaptation of senior citizens, important both for the modern psychology and pedagogy. In the article the analysis of socio-psychological literature on the social adaptation of elderly people, as well as an attempt to examine the degree of adaptation of the elderly people in the post labour period. There are the results of a study of social adaptation, which show that senior citizens are characterized by varying degrees of adaptation in the post labour period.

Annotation: The article deals with the problems of psychological and pedagogical support of students, the stages, the reasons for the first course in the period of their adaptation to college education. In the article there are specified the notions of psychological and pedagogical support, basic conditions of using support for successful adaptation of freshmen, there are also given methods on research of problems of students’ adaptation. The article deals with capabilities of taking into account individual psychological characteristics of freshmen in adaption to conditions of higher the college education institution. In the work there are also shown the characteristics of key concepts of freshmen adaptation for receiving professional education from the position of psychological, pedagogical and social support. Thus, the following notions are referred to the social position in freshmen support: obtaining a different status – a student status, relative freedom in choosing training trajectory, extension of communication and group interaction, a neutral position of teachers with respect to students, the educational environment and the comfort of psychological atmosphere for successful adaptation.

Annotation: This article reveals the possibility of solving life situations with combinatorial coefficients and shows the practicality of applying formulas on the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. The solution of tasks with combinatorial coefficients consists mainly in the decomposition of these coefficients by the basic formulas and their manipulations.

Annotation: The article deals with the application of information and communication technologies in the teaching of mathematics. These technologies contribute to the development of independent thinking, help to rationally use time, form interdisciplinary communication.
