National character and its place in intercultural communication
Annotation: Each people has a certain identity. It is not only the national language, traditions and clothing. This is a way of thinking, a national character inherent in this people. Examining the mentioned above in this paper, we have determined the role of the national character in intercultural communication.

Some processes of irrational rationalization and two-sided evaluation of a single number series
Annotation: In this article we consider some fractional-irrational expressions and prove the assertion that reduce them to fractional-rational expressions and also consider one general lower-and-upper bound (two-sided estimate) for one numerical series.

Graphite laminated materials strength properties and energy characteristics of polymer binders
Annotation: The approach which was proposed earlier for composite materials strength prediction using contact angle measurements was applied for graphite laminated materials. It was shown that the calculation of the work of adhesion to polar and non-polar model liquids can be applied to the choice of polymer binder.

Biotechnological approaches in making new meat products
Annotation: This paper presents a biotechnological approach of making a meat product in order to create a new domestic product. As the result of the study, prescription composition of the meat product with a cereal component was developed. Components comprise raw materials of domestic production, which allows to increase the level of nutritional balance of the product. The prescription composition includes secondary raw materials, and that allows manufacturers of processing industries to use non-waste production. This characteristic has been achieved due to the know-how. Secondary raw materials have nutritional value, but because of its features (coarse fibers) they are poorly digest by the body. The developed know-how ensures that these fibers are transformed into easily digestible form, giving the product special characteristics, which are described based on the results of nutritional value of the newly developed type of product. The developed new product allows to expand the range of meat products on the market.

Principles of creation of user interface
Annotation: Principles of development of graphic user interface are considered in the article. Possibility of creation is described by comfortable and clear to the user of model of co-operating with software without the necessity of study of some special language. The authors, based on the analysis of development of user interface, pointed out a problem on bearableness of software on other operating systems, because a graphic interface essentially depends on the possibilities given by the operating system for his creation. The article is sanctified to the analysis of principles of creation of user interface. An attempt to identify factors that are a prerequisite for creating an effective user interface model was made.

Graphic activity as a means of increasing the efficiency of the formation activity in the primary school age
Annotation: The article is devoted to improve the efficiency of the formation activity in the early school years. In particular, it discloses approaches graphic activity as a means of increasing the activity. The article describes the manifestation of activity in various areas, the problem of its formation. We describe the types of activity in the early school years, which have different levels of development. The authors have examined the application of the system of graphic activity in the educational process, as a means to improve the efficiency of the formation activity.

The features of arranging process of children-orphans in the family
Annotation: The article is devoted to modern technologies of organization the process of psychological and pedagogical support of upbringing children-orphans and children left without parental care, foster families. Particularly, basic approaches, criteria and stage-by-stage maintenance of organization of this process are exposed in the article. Analysis of the types of psycho-pedagogical support of orphans are given in this article: guardianship (trusteeship), foster family; also there are the main directions of psycho- educational support of children-orphans in the family. The stages of prevention and rehabilitation work on socio-pedagogical and psychological support are considered by authors. The basic conditions of organization of the socio-pedagogical support of children-orphans and children left without parental care in foster families are also defined in this article.

Annotation: The article is devoted to investigation of the structure of teachers’ professional competence. Taking into a ccount that competence is based on the relation of interdependent motivations, values, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, the integral characteristics, capacity for reflection, professional and personal qualities, was suggested to identify motivational-evaluative cognitive-practical and self-cognitive-practical and self-reflective components in the structure of the professional competence of teachers of biology
