Annotation: This article deals with the state of the corporate culture of the university as a tool for quality assurance. Because at present the corporate culture of the University of the former Soviet Union does not meet world standards, the article suggests a survey of the faculty and students of the University to identify key issues and apply survey results to improve the quality of the university's corporate culture.
