Preschoolchildren speech development through the theatrical activities
Annotation:

Theoretical aspects of preschool children speech development by means of theatricalization are highlighted in the article which is understood by the authors as purposeful pedagogical activity providing effective learning of mother tongue vocabulary. A number of games classifications are analyzed that make up the theatrical activity. Emphasizing that the theatrical activities can be organized in different areas of work with children of preschool age the authors reveal issues of these areas.

The building contain, contain is one of the basic meaning of the development of the person and the forming of his basic culture. The authors searched the incompatibility between the definite aims of the building and the curriculum and between the curriculum and the pupil’s book. Issues of forming of development politics of rural areas (a case of study of Sherbakty district of the Pavlodar region)

In this article, social-and-economic position of Sherbakty district of the Pavlodar region is considered. Dominant industry of economy of district is agriculture. Data are presented on the amount of operating private business entities. Complex description of socio-economic results of development of region is reflected in SWOTanalysis, strengths and weaknesses of development of district, threat and possibility are considered. The assessment of tourist cluster is highlighted for development of district and a necessity is certain for development of the strategic program of development rural territories.

In this article, quality of life as priority and one of directions of social-and-economic development of the state are considered. The quality of life of rural population and his social security, state of economy of agroindustrial complex and development of rural territories are distinguished in article. The issues of rural territories are considered, as exemplified by rural district. In the Republic of Kazakhstan there are all terms that is needed for development of agriculture. For the height of quality of life of rural population are needed substantial adjustments of public agrarian policy and also increase of social responsibility of the state and business.

Interaction of ethnicity and language on the example of the concept of "smell" In Russian lingvoculture
Annotation:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of "smell" in Russian linguoculture. Each culture has its own specific smells, which are dominant for the bearers of a particular culture and become the identification marks of the ethnos, helping to convey the beauty and depth of the language. The article deals with phraseological units expressing the attitude of different cultures to smells, characterizing through the smell the personality of a person, its behavior, actions, age, state of health. The author of the article notes that smells have culturally relevant values.

The effectiveness of psychological support for children with visual impairment at the lessons of physical therapy
Annotation:

The article examines the effectiveness of psychological support for children with visual impairment at the lessons of therapeutic physical culture. A study was conducted and demonstrated that the use of certain psychological techniques helps children with visual impairment to perform physical activities in a sparing mode. Taking into account individual characteristics, age, gender and the diagnosis of the child, the authors consider not only physical, but also psychological support on the physical therapy lessons. Which contribute to the effective implementation of the child in the process of educational and recreational activities.

Biotechnological aspects of the development of a functional jelly product
Annotation:

This article discusses the idea of developing a functional product that exhibits biologically active, bifidogenic properties and a strong antioxidant effect. The authors propose the formulation of sea buckthorn marmalade with the addition of immobilized probiotics. The jelly-fruit marmalade formulation is used as a control sample; apple puree is replaced with sea buckthorn concentrate, sugar and molasses with fructose. In experimental samples, various methods of introducing probiotics are used and their viability in the finished product is further evaluated. According to the organoleptic characteristics, the samples have a pleasant taste, smell, original color, gelatinous consistency. The best viability was shown by microorgan isms immobilized by incorporation into the gel.

Principles of using ornamental motifs to create a collection of modern youth clothing
Annotation:

The main problem of the article discusses the methods of developing a collection of casual clothing with elements of ethnic style, using the example of innovative technologies in the field of creating ornaments for clothing. Factors of formation of ornaments based on the structure of the human body are justified. The author considers the factors of shaping, based on special visual features of clothing in connection with ergonomic factors. Study of the specifics of ornamental motifs to transform them into a component of modern youth clothing. The authors of the article monitored the environmental approach, that is, the acquisition of knowledge about cultural values based on the selection of all the best that was created by the people, introduction to cultural folk traditions, dialogue between man and culture. When writing the article, we used author's and experimental research methods, fixing information in tables and author's sketches. The study of categories and definitions was carried out by the method of selecting and classifying information, as well as its analysis. Comparative analysis of forms of traditional and modern culture, study of bibliographies on architecture, art, philosophy, psychology; analysis of materials of scientific monographs, abstracts and dissertations, articles, creative essays of masters of architecture and art, from the point of view of the concepts, principles, conceptual and terminological formulations contained in them. In addition, private scientific methods are used: analysis of literary sources to identify current trends in the formation of art. Аs the results of the research, a collection has been developed that considers various types of clothing decoration, uses methods for including ornaments in the structural structure of the costume and provides models, calculations and drawings. The author's collection justifies the use of ornaments in connection with the selected artistic and figurative task of the collection, as well as in connection with its functional purpose. All these factors are formative. And the practical experience of this research shows the relevance of this topic in connection with the need not only to promote the historical achievements of Kazakhstan's culture to the masses and popularize them, but also as a method that helps to understand the possibilities of its translation into modern design objects. Results of mathematical analysis of experimental data fermentation of skimmed milk to produce a fermented milk product
Annotation:

The main problem: Modern research in the development of fermented milk products is focused on increasing the bioavailability of milk components, as well as the use of bacterial components of sourdough, which increase health properties. The use of the fermentation process of skimmed milk with a combined starter consisting of traditional for cottage cheese and starter cultures of probiotic cultures immobilized in a gel of biopolymers is very important. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal amount of starter, consisting of an association of probiotic cultures immobilized in a gel of biopolymers (membranes) to be added to fermented skimmed milk in order to enrich it with functional ingredients. Methods: A one-factor experiment was used. The culture association Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. was used as a regulatory factor. Shermanii, Bifidobacterium lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus, immobilized in a biopolymer gel, added to skimmed milk in the form of membranes (determined as a percentage of the mass of fermented milk). Controlled factors are the main indicators characterizing the efficiency of the skim milk fermentation process; these are active acidity, the logarithm of the number of viable cells of bifidobacteria, the logarithm of the number of viable cells of propionic acid bacteria, and organoleptic evaluation. Results and their significance: Based on the results of a mathematical analysis of the totality of values of controlled factors depending on the amount of starter cultures of probiotic cultures, mathematical models were built to determine the degree of influence of the starter on the quality indicators of the product, using the Table Curve 3D-v4 mathematical computer program.

Fermented milk and vegetable "Products for live"
Annotation:

In the dairy market of Kazakhstan, the demand for mass-produced dairy products is decreasing and expanding to innovative fermented milk products for functional nutrition. The main feature of the new technology is multicomponent formulations, which include the main raw materials and biocorrectors, ensuring their high biological and nutritional value. New dessert products are prepared on a dairy or protein basis using vegetable ingredients, fermented with strains of dry starter cultures of direct application or immobilized starter culture Bifimm probio. The purpose is to apply immobilized living cells of pure cultures of lacto- and bifidobacteria as a biocatalyst for the fermentation of dairy-vegetable media. During the study, the method of immobilization of microbial cells in biopolymer gels was used. The most effective method is the inclusion of cells in an aqueous solution of biopolymers with a concentration of 25 %. For immobilization, pure cultures of lactic acid and bifidobacteria were selected in the gel as part of the concentrates "BK-Altai-LS Bifi", "Poleznaya Partiya", "Genesis", "Narine", "Bio-yogurt Vivo", and the main prescription ingredients were selected: milk with a mass fraction of fat of 1 %, 2.5 %, 3.2 %, natural grain additives, jams, juices, nuts. Formulations, technological schemes and production methods, prototypes were developed, quality and safety indicators were determined. Studies have shown the effectiveness of immobilized starter cultures in the formation of fermented dessert products. Out of 20 prototypes with the best indicators, 5 samples were selected, in which the optimal ratio of milk, probio Bifimm starter cultures and biocorrectors averaged 70:20:10. The quality and safety analysis showed that new fermented milk products using immobilized starter cultures have a positive effect of more than -70 % compared to direct-use starter cultures, have functional properties and can be used for healthy nutrition in Kazakhstan.

Legal Education Aspects Among the youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Annotation:

The main problem: The development of theoretical aspects of legal education, legal awareness. Organizational forms of legal education. Forms and methods of education of legal awareness, legal culture. Features of the formation of legal culture in the modern period. Problems of improving legal culture and legal education. Legal education forms a sense of confidence and independence in the legal sphere among the population of the state, thereby stimulating the legal activity of an individual, which presupposes voluntary, conscious, proactive, socially and morally responsible human behavior. Purpose: The article deals with the legal education of modern youth. The means of forming a legal culture are the promotion of law, the development of legal knowledge among citizens, the practical strengthening of the rule of law, the presence of a strong legal science, the improvement of the system of legal acts, which is achieved due to the presence in the state of a democratic, effective constitution and high legal and technical-legal quality of laws and by-laws. Methods: Methodology of the study. The methodological basis of the study was made up of: generally recognized methods of scientific research of the phenomena of reality in their interrelation and interdependence both at the theoretical level (systemic, comparative legal, formal legal, historical methods of analysis, etc.) and at the empirical level (statistical analysis, questionnaires, research of documents, printed publications); the main provisions of the theory of criminal law, ethics, philosophy, psychology; rules of formal logic. The results and their significance: In this regard, there is a need to create a Republican Center for Legal Education at the Institute of State and Law, which will provide scientific research on the problems of legal education and upbringing, the development of the content and methodology of legal education at all levels of continuing education of students.
