Research activity as one of the forms of professional self-realization of a teacher
Annotation:

This article discusses the issue of studying the research activities of teachers. The research activity of a teacher is one of the forms of professional self-realization of a teacher. At this time, schools need teachers of a new formation, in particular researchers who could master the methods of organizing and conducting experimental work in the school. And of course, there is a problem brewing here: how, in modern conditions, when the education system is constantly being reformed, it is possible to develop the professional self-realization of a teacher. The introduction of innovations in the educational process of the school also increases the requirements for the professionalism of the teacher. These requirements include the performance of research activities by schoolteachers. which, unfortunately, causes them some difficulties. One of them may be the lack of sufficient knowledge about research activities, in particular, the lack of necessary research skills and motivation. Therefore, we say that in order for a teacher to systematically engage in research activities, he needs motivation. However, as practice shows, motivation alone is not enough, the teacher must also possess research skills, methods of organizing research activities. In their professional activities, the teacher should understand that research is a way to self-realization. Research activities play a key role in the implementation of the topic of teacher self-education. In addition, the research activity of a modern schoolteacher is the main element of professional activity, the leading criterion of pedagogical creativity, a source of growth of teaching status, an indicator of responsibility, abilities and talent, a condition for the development, socialization and selfdetermination of students. The success of innovative transformations at school depends only on the teacher, his initiative, desire to engage in research and creativity. If the school lives in a development mode, then it is characterized by research, experimental work, and creative search. It is in the course of experimental and research activities that new experience is created, and optimal solutions to complex problems are born. The material presented in the article can be used by teachers of secondary schools when developing the topic of selfeducation and drawing up a teacher's portfolio.

Features of teaching physics in English in secondary school
Annotation:

This article reveals the essence of teaching the disciplines of the natural science cycle in English in high school. When preparing for the lesson, there is a need for careful selection of educational material, the teacher thinks out a specific algorithm for working with the text in a foreign language using subject terminology, while not forgetting the basic grammatical and syntactic models characteristic of the English language. In such a language environment, foreign speakers actively acquire solid knowledge, eliminating language difficulties in professionally-oriented lessons. Given this problem, we decided to create a methodological guide for teachers, which will contain tasks for formative assessment in physics lessons in English. Its lexical and grammatical material meets the requirements for mastering the English language (B1) in educational and cognitive activities. The presented progress tests also meet all the requirements of the corresponding stage of training of non-native speakers and help to consolidate the skills of professionally oriented communication. The purpose is to reveal some principles that should be taken into account when preparing assignments for physics lessons in English, as well as to provide a methodological guide for teachers. This article shows several principles that are most effective when conducting lessons. All the data of the article was confirmed by a computer survey of students, the answers were analyzed and collected for publication. Given the results we have presented, secondary school teachers can improve the quality of the material provided, as well as spend less time preparing for lessons. Physics is one of the fundamental sciences that can combine both the subject content and the language component. Here we present various methods of subject-language integration to improve communication skills. Thus, the preparation and conduct of physics lessons in English requires a strict and careful selection of educational material and takes into account the educational profile of secondary school students.

Creating a development plan for students of a children's and youth football school
Annotation:

This scientific and practical article is devoted to the analysis of the results of an experiment aimed at psychological and pedagogical support of the process of building a project for the development of the inner world of a player of a children's and youth football team of the professional football club "Lviv" from the Ukrainian city of Lviv. A special feature of the psychological and pedagogical support for designing the development of the student's psyche is the use of the paradigm of the language of the theory of activity in the version of the Moscow methodological and pedagogical circle (MMPC), using the language of schematic images and the pyramid of subjectivity, explaining the path of formation of human mental mechanisms in the unity of cognitive, emotive and conative processes, starting from the vital level of their development to the level of spirituality. Another feature of the article is that the presentation of methods and techniques does not occur in a separate part of it, but in the process of describing the steps of designing a development plan that is formed for absolutely all professional athletes who have the acmeological potential of professionalization in football. It is presented in the form of 11 steps to create an individual trajectory of the player's development. In each of these steps, it is important that the coaches and the player participate with their parents, representatives of the club, which has its own component in terms of the volume and quality of the efforts required on their part. The article reveals the first of the 4 steps of creating a reasonable player development plan. For example, we consider working with one of the players. The content of this particular illustration is a very illustrative and demonstrative example. It is assumed that a series of articles in this publication will reveal the topic of student development management, which will include both scientific and theoretical and review types of works. The next article will be a continuation of this one in terms of demonstrating the success of implementing this particular development plan by the example of several players from a team consisting of 22 players who have been trained in a similar way, i.e. using methodological criteria for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of thinking, sensory-motivational and volitional characteristics of players by football club coaches.

Study of international experience in the field of industrial safety
Annotation:

Currently, close attention is paid to industrial safety at hazardous production facilities. Compliance with industrial safety requirements is directly related to the risks of accidents that can lead to man-made disasters, negatively affect the health and life of the population. As in any other industry, there are problems in ensuring industrial safety. There are several reasons for this: the backlog of standards from scientific and technological progress, the exclusive competence of state authorized bodies, and the lack of a risk-based approach. After the collapse of the USSR, the requirements of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan have practically not changed: laws and statutory instruments (hereinafter-the LSI) are approved and put into effect, after which they are constantly changed and supplemented; the presence of national and international standards, which, in fact, are revised on the basis of the USSR standards, taking into account the influence of the realities of the time. It can be concluded that the current standards are not focused on the future, scientific and technological progress, innovation, so they are constantly undergoing changes, thereby adapting to the necessary requirements that dictate modernity. State regulation does not contribute to the effective development of industrial safety. This is due to the fact that the state performs exclusively supervisory functions (thus it is exclusively educational in nature), and there is no dialogue between authorized state bodies, expert organizations, scientific organizations, and testing laboratories. If we consider the experience of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety, then it makes no sense to accept even some experience, since: similar to the Kazakhstan’ LSI and regulatory and technical documentation (and their constant dynamics), the development of cooperation with the Russian Federation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Accordingly, it is advisable to consider the experience in the field of industrial safety in Europe and the United States of America because of the effectiveness of regulation and supervision than in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. This article provides information about international experience in the field of industrial safety in the United States and the European Union. The tasks of state regulation in the field of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the United States, and the European Union are described in detail. The analysis of normative-legal acts and normative-technical documentation is carried out. Based on the analysis of international experience, solutions to problems in the field of industrial safety for the Republic of Kazakhstan are essentially presented. The purpose of this article is to reveal the problem in the field of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan and international experience that the Republic of Kazakhstan can borrow in order to effectively ensure industrial safety. Study of international experience (USA, EU countries, Russia) in the field of industrial safety in terms of: analysis of standards; regulation (control and supervisory functions) to ensure safety. The results of this article will reflect the problems that hinder the effective provision of industrial safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan and essentially suggest ways to solve them.

Universal coordinates and methods of reformatting an ambiguous humanitarian paradigm
Annotation:

In the conditions of market uncertainty, the coronavirus pandemic, the absence of an officially articulated national idea, national interests and ideology in Kazakhstan, the problem of the lack of logically justified and coordinated coordinates of systemic thinking, an unambiguous paradigm of humanitarian thinking (analytical, pedagogical, managerial, economic, etc.) is becoming more and more clearly realized as the most important conditions for personal, civil and professional self-determination. The purpose is to substantiate the general logical coordinates and methods of reformatting the ambiguous humanitarian paradigm used in the activity. The study used various methods: the ontological principle of genetically meaningful logic, the method of transformation of concrete images of objects based on their abstract essence, the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, the speculative language of schematic images of thought and the language of methodological theory of activity. Logically justified universal abstract-concrete coordinates of universal motion are given. In relation to life and the world of activity, they can be concretized by coordinates: "standard of living – efficiency of activity", or "efficiency of activity – time", or "results – costs", or "quality – quantity", etc. The use of motion vectors in the logic of descent from the concrete to the abstract (NCA), ascent from the abstract to the concrete (AAC), as well as in their combination – logic CAC gives certainty to thinking. As an example, the scheme of the qualitative difference between educational (pre-professional) activities from professional ones using these methods and paired dialectical categories is given. The scheme and description of the functional model of the system object, considered as a rubicon of the transformation of educational activity into professional activity, are given. To reformat the indefinite, ambiguous paradigms of the humanities used in the activity into functional-logical, visible, constructive and unambiguous, it is recommended to use abstract-concrete coordinates, the methods given, the language of schematic images and the paradigm of the methodological theory of activity. As an example, the concept of a typical unit of activity development is given. A visible unambiguous paradigm is a necessary, but not sufficient prerequisite for adequate personal, civil and professional self-determination of a person in situations of high uncertainty. A sufficient prerequisite is the acquisition by subjects of appropriate reflexive-thinking abilities for self-determination, self-organization, self-regulation, etc.

Traditional and innovative methods of teaching a foreign language in primary school
Annotation:

The article compares modern and traditional pedagogical methods used in the process of teaching a foreign language in primary school, differentiates both the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, and indicates ways to supplement the shortcomings of traditional methods with new methods. Currently, the main methods used in teaching a foreign language are being considered. Among the new innovative methods that have recently appeared in the sphere of teaching foreign languages there are community language learning / counseling learning, the sugestopedic method, total physical response, the method of language teaching using information and communication technologies, consciousness-raising approach, task based learning, neuro- linguistic programming, guided discovery, the test-teach-test method. Their influence on the development of language competencies and creative abilities of primary school students are considered. The authors note that the main and most important condition of modern methodology in the process of teaching foreign languages is the creation of an artificial foreign language environment, i.e. the creation of a natural linguistic environment. The authors comment on the concept of "electronic linguistic environment" based on recent research. They show that "digital" children are completely immersed in the computer world, i.e. they live in an electronic linguistic environment and this allows them to solve the tasks of teaching a foreign language. The purpose of the article is to analyze traditional and modern educational methods used in modern English lessons. Activation of the student as the main figure of the educational process, the ability to work in close contact with other students, giving the student the opportunity to work independently, depending on their physiological, intellectual, psychological characteristics, is carried out using individual, paired, group, classroom and other forms of work. Both traditional methods and the latest modern methods are listed among the named teaching methods. Each method has its own characteristics. Therefore, it is very important to consider them in a comparative plan. Each old and new method has its advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the methodology of teaching English always requires additions and improvements. They are of great importance for expanding the horizons of students, increasing cognitive activity, improving knowledge, skills and language competencies. The authors used the following methods: the descriptive methods, methods of systematization, analysis, interpretation were used in the course of the study. Annotation:

Main problem: The key task of the development of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to ensure their sustainable socio-economic development by increasing its competitiveness and innovation activity. To develop a successful strategy, as well as for its subsequent successful implementation, it is necessary to have a clear vision and idea of what the region will be like in the near future. This vision should be clearly formulated and understood by all interested parties in order to properly coordinate efforts in achieving the set goals. In turn, based on the vision, various initiatives and activities are being formed, the implementation of which is aimed at implementing the main directions of sustainable development of the region. Purpose: to consider the main directions of the implementation of the strategy of competitive, sustainable and safe development of the region. Methods: The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, within which methods of comparative, factorial, subject-object; structural-functional, statistical analysis and extrapolation have been applied. Results and their significance: In order to ensure the sustainable development of the Pavlodar region in the future, there is a need to form the basis for the creation of new sectors, as well as to consider opportunities to diversify the regional economy. Currently, there is a structural change in jobs, which leads to an increased role of professional services industries in the field of information technology, engineering. It should be noted that the level of development of small, medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurship in the region is at a low level, due to the predominance of resource sectors in the economy. These sectors, due to the peculiarities of the technological process, do not form a system of suppliers around themselves. However, in order to ensure the progressive development of the industrial complex in the region, it is important to create conditions for the development of SMEs in the region and, accordingly, a system of suppliers around leading manufacturing enterprises. The high competitiveness of the Pavlodar region in the future until 2030 will be ensured through the development of priority clusters, as well as through the emergence of new industrial sectors of the economy. Thus, the priority clusters of «today» include: metallurgical cluster, including the production of end products; cluster of railway engineering; agro-food cluster.

Games of children of senior preschool age as early career guidance in activities
Annotation:

Early preparation of a child for the choice of a future profession is not a recognition of who the child should be, but an acquaintance of the child with various activities. This may make it easier to choose in the future. Therefore, acquaintance with the activities of adults should begin at preschool age, when children learn about various professions through accessible forms of knowledge. As a result, the child learns the values of labor, gets an idea about various professions, interests in certain types of professional activity begin to form in their mind. In order for a child to make a conscious choice in adult life, professional orientation should begin with a close environment, first of all, with the professions of parents. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to develop mechanisms for early professional orientation of preschoolers through play activities. For the study, methods of ascent from the abstract to the real were applied, the method of transforming real images of objects based on their abstract meaning. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn that the personal potential of a person in relation to life and the world of activity is manifested in the positions of "individual", "child" and "subject"Confidence in thinking is given by the application of motion vectors to the known abstract, in the logic of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, as well as in their combinations. The cycle of revealing the potential of the individual and its transformation into the subject of educational activity is described. A sufficient prerequisite is the mastery of the subjects of reflexive-thinking abilities in accordance with self-determination, self-organization, self-regulation

Economic processes and foreign languages: results of interaction
Annotation:

Language is the main vector of communication, in turn, communication develops languages throughout the history of mankind. The natural need of people is communication in their native language, the most convenient means of self-expression and understanding of others. However, modernity has changed the global paradigm of communication, indicating a reassessment of the role of languages by both official and informal communities, including native speakers of various languages. Moreover, the choice of a common communication language is influenced not only by the context, but also by the social, cultural, and economic characteristics of the communicants. In an intercultural context, there is a problem of adaptation of communication participants, closely related to the mastery of the language of the receiving party, ignorance of which is a barrier to successful communication. To develop the skills of tolerant communicative behavior, it is necessary to create special programs equipped with the necessary teaching materials available in international communication languages. Some of these workshops are offered in the presented article. Purpose of the article is to determine the influence of language on the development of economic processes that unite people of different linguistic and socio-cultural backgrounds, as well as to describe the influence of interacting languages on various aspects of professional activity and the role of education in introducing new generations into an intercultural context. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks were put forward: presentation of the main provisions of the economic theory of language; highlighting the controversial role of translators when working with companies in an intercultural environment; identification of problems and the role of teaching foreign languages to students for their successful adaptation in an intercultural professional context. The theoretical and methodological basis was the concepts, hypotheses and theories presented in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The methodology is based on a systematic approach, in which methods of comparative, structural-functional, and statistical analysis were applied. To obtain empirical data, the methods of questioning and interviewing respondents included in the system of intercultural communication were used. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that, as a rule, in most cases, preference is given to the common language of communication, which is either one of the international languages or the language of the titular nation. Ethnic ties, trust and tolerance are often associated with the possession of a common language of communication.

Basic Moral and Conceptual Guidelines for Educational and Pedagogical Activities
Annotation:

Main problem: humane pedagogical thinking seeks to embrace the immensity, and this is the strength of educational systems and processes born in its bowels. To actualize the value of self-disclosure of students’ innovative abilities with the accompanying, providing role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize a one’s intellectual reflective mechanism as the main subject of education. Developed reflexive abilities are a logical condition for a person to independently overcome all sorts of difficulties in life and activity. Purpose: understanding and formalization of the “golden principles” of socio-natural thinking and activity of a human as a biological organism. Methods: the method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete, the method of transforming specific images of objects based on their abstract essence, the speculative language of schematic representation of a thought. Results and their significance: considering a high dynamics of technological changes in the world of activity, we accept the reflective ability for self-education as the main means to independently discover certain professional abilities necessary in life. This means that, first of all, students must learn how to learn, i.e. learn to think independently, critically perceive and transform the received information into knowledge, pose their own questions, offer a range of answers, logically formulate and coordinate different points of view, build knowledge together with others. Innovative methods and models of pedagogical activity encourage students’ innovative abilities which cause innovative and technological development of a country.

The place and role of the teacher in the system of activities
Annotation:

The ideas of accelerated disclosure of the spiritual, intellectual and professional potential of a person have always been occupied by scientists and teachers (Ya.A. Komensky, K.D. Ushinsky, V.A. Sukhomlinsky, Ya. Korchak, A.S. Makarenko, A. Kunanbayev, Y. Altynsarin and others). Modern innovative teachers are guided by a personality-oriented approach, the ideas of subject-subject relations, and generational cooperation. Georgian teacher Sh. A. Amonashvili wrote: «humanitarian pedagogy perceives the child by his nature. He sees the infinity of the child, understands his cosmic quality and prepares him for the service of humanity throughout his life. It establishes the personality of the child through the determination of his will and builds pedagogical systems, the procedural of which predetermines love, optimism and high spiritual morality. Humanitarian pedagogical thinking seeks to take on something enormous, and this is the power of educational systems and processes that have arisen in its bowels». In order to realize the value of self-disclosure of innovative abilities of students, ensuring the role of a teacher, it is necessary to recognize the intellectual reflexive mechanism of a person as the main subject of Education. The purpose of the article is to identify innovative methods and models of pedagogical activity for the cultivation of innovative abilities of students, which determine the development of the country. The study used methods such as analysis, generalization, synthesis, modeling of scientific sources.

Innovative methodological approach to the assessment of the qualification level of business entities
Annotation:

In the conditions of the ongoing formation of a country with a market organization of public relations, the search for means and methods of unambiguous assessment of the qualification level of subjects of both educational and professional activities is becoming more and more urgent. The problem is the inconsistency of the paradigm and methods of assessing the knowledge and abilities of subjects. Purpose of the article is to develop proposals and recommendations to overcome difficulties in the development and implementation of the National Qualification System of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The method of content-genetic logic of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, a speculative language of functional and schematic images of thought was used. A comparative analysis was carried out and contradictions were revealed in the approaches to the development of the National Qualification System of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Numerous semantic terminological "gluing", incorrect definitions in the developed qualification documents of such keywords as activity, employment, work, labor, profession, position, knowledge, abilities, qualifications, etc. have been established. In order to eliminate the conceptual confusion and ambiguity of the approved normative documents, it is recommended to articulate their names in the same type of task-qualification format. Relevant examples are given. A special role in ensuring a high qualification level of all subjects belongs to teaching staff. Therefore, it is recommended to improve their functional literacy, update the pedagogical paradigm and develop a system for assessing the qualification level of education workers. To ensure the unambiguity, the conceptual status of the terms used in the qualification procedures, it is recommended to use together an innovative method of content-genetic logic and a speculative language of functional schematic images that allow visualizing, checking and correcting the concepts being constructed according to the criteria of morality, logic and consistency. As an example, the scheme of logical derivation and differentiation of the concepts of position, role, profession, specialty, position, as well as a typical unit of professional activity is given.

Innovative Approaches to Revealing the Intellectual and Professional Abilities of Special Children
Annotation:

Discovering the intellectual and professional abilities of special children, first of all, depends on the language environment created by teachers. In this regard, the task is to create an effective pedagogical paradigm of thinking and activity (concepts, categories, concepts), ensuring its constant updating. Purpose of the research is revealing the intellectual and professional abilities of special children. The main research methods are ascending from the abstract to the concrete, descending from the concrete to the abstract, from the concrete to the abstract and again to the concrete, from the abstract to the concrete and again to the abstract and method of working with text. Between 80 and 85 % of incoming information is perceived by the human visual organs, and our brain performs several functions. The main function is speculation, i.e. in understanding the essence, knowledge embedded in information. For example, a person can observe a rainbow, without understanding or knowing its nature. Only speculatively can he cognize the essence, i.e. a certain law, a scheme for the origin of this unusual phenomenon. Thus, knowledge is a product of a person’s own thinking, extracted from information.

The results and their significance: logically justified universal abstract-concrete coordinates of universal motion are given.

Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school. In accordance with the tasks of the professional training of the future pedagogue-psychologist, active methods of training - problem-based lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, professional-oriented special courses, course and diploma works, scientific studies of school pedagogy and didactics, educational events such as scientifically organized forms of continuous pedagogical practice. As a result of mastering pedagogical activity, professional motivation of future pedagogical-psychological specialists is formed, understanding of goals and tasks, subject, psychological-pedagogical and didactic-methodical knowledge is developed, as well as relevant skills and abilities necessary for the development of cognitive activity of teenagers.

Test as a Method of Psychology. Development History and Basic Requirements
Annotation:

Main problem: The article highlights the problem of tests as methods of psychology, the influence of validity and reliability on the results of psychological research. Purpose: Uncovering the significance of validity and reliability on psychological research results. Results and their significance: Testing is an important method in psychology, allowing measuring various aspects of the psyche and behavior of a person. The history of the development of tests in psychology goes back more than a century and began with the work of Francis Galton and Alfred Binet. Over time, the tests have become widely used in various fields such as education, personnel selection, clinical diagnosis and research. Basic requirements for tests include reliability (repeatability of results), validity (measurement accuracy), standardization (same test conditions) and objectivity (lack of subjectivity in assessment). Tests must be designed using psychometric principles to ensure accuracy and validity of results. Modern tests include a variety of measurement techniques, such as tests of personality, intelligence, aptitude, and professional skills. The use of tests in psychology requires professional training to correctly interpret the results and make valid conclusions. Testing as a method of psychology continues to evolve, and its role remains key in the study of the human psyche and behavior. Testing in psychology has a wide range of applications, including assessing personality traits, identifying psychological disorders, and predicting behavior and success in various areas of life. The development of computer-based tests and online platforms makes testing more efficient and convenient for researchers and participants. Modern tests increasingly take into account cultural differences and the diversity of individual characteristics, which contributes to more accurate and tailored assessments. It is important to remember that the use of tests requires ethics, confidentiality and compliance to ensure the reliability and validity of the data obtained.
