In this article, social-and-economic position of Sherbakty district of the Pavlodar region is considered.
Dominant industry of economy of district is agriculture. Data are presented on the amount of operating private business entities. Complex description of socio-economic results of development of region is reflected in SWOTanalysis, strengths and weaknesses of development of district, threat and possibility are considered. The assessment of tourist cluster is highlighted for development of district and a necessity is certain for development of the strategic program of development rural territories.

In this article, the main directions and measures of the state support of monotowns in Kazakhstan aimed
at providing their sustainable development are considered. The urgency of the topic is substantiated by the fact that there is intensification of negative socioeconomic tendencies in the majority of monotowns. Authors have specified concept of the monotown, their classification and typological characteristics are considered. Consider the statement by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan single-industry towns development program, its basic concepts and elements. Also consider tools monocities diversification of the economy, the use of them in order to create conditions for the achievement of a stable socio-economic situation.
Annotation: The presented article examines the demographic processes taking place in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which characterize the demographic situation in Kazakhstan. And also the objectives and tasks of the state, the main of which is the management of demographic processes and development of the effective type of population reproduction are considered. The population policy covers a wide range of problems of reproductivity, the creation of the composition and structure of labor resources and their effective application. In a narrow sense, the demographic policy should be understood as the impact on the reproductivity by means of socio-economic activities that affect the demographic processes. The dramatically limited resources make it impossible to solve the government control problems of socio-demographic processes, employment, and unemployment in the required degree.

process of learning English. The structure and content of sociocultural competence are revealed, as well as the criteria for the selection of educational material for its formation in schoolchildren .

In this article the process of socialization of the young generation is examined in the new system of market relations, taking into account his adaptation in a sociocultural environment. Development of social motivation based on the increasing of pursuance of receiving higher education taking into account new market tendencies in social and educational sphere has special relevance.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the problem of deviant behavior of teenagers; it reveals the influence of external factors on the development of deviations of teenagers and offers to conduct the preventive work in a complex in early stages of development of deviant behavior. The factors and circumstances specifying the demonstration of deviation have revealed. The development of school policy aimed at the organizing the social and pedagogical conditions neutralizing and correcting negative impact of the social crisis has been suggested.
