Physics in Biology: Discovering the laws of naturethrough interdisciplinary learning
Annotation: Modern education requires the development of new approaches to teaching aimed at the formation of a holistic scientific worldview in students. One such approach is to combine academic subjects such as physics and biology. These subjects, despite their indifference to each other, have many common foundations, which makes them ideal for conducting joint classes. This article provides methodological guidelines for the organization and conduct of integrated classes, and also shows the possibilities of interdisciplinary integration through the study of physical processes in biological systems. The main tasks of testing the model program of the elective academic discipline “fundamentals of biophysics” at the stage of general education at the profile level were determined by the authors: to demonstrate the possibility of interdisciplinary integration of two disciplines of the Natural Science cycle: physics and biology, to show students the unity of the laws of nature, the application of the laws of physics to a living organism. The methodological basis for teaching law at the General stage of education is considered to be a systematic-active approach that ensures the achievement of individual, subject-based educational results through the organization of active cognitive activity of students.

Features of the socio-psychological study of strategies to neutralize computer addiction in adults
Annotation: The article is devoted to the problem of computer addiction in adults, which has been insufficiently studied in comparison with the adolescent audience. Objective to analyze the causes of addiction, including professional necessity, the search for emotional release, social isolation and personal factors (anxiety, low self-regulation). Сorrelation analysis showed that the key predictors of addiction are anxiety (r=0.68), emotional burnout (r=0.72) and low self-control (r=0.65). A study of 250 respondents revealed that 12 % have pronounced signs of addiction, 38 % have a moderate level. Men are more likely to be addicted to online games and computer work, while women are more likely to be addicted to social media and Internet surfing. Addiction leads to increased anxiety (87 %), irritability (74 %), family conflicts (56 %), and decreased productivity (64 %). Results and their significance correction strategies have been developed, including selfregulation methods, cognitive behavioral techniques, and social measures. Pilot testing showed that self-regulation reduced addiction in 75 % of participants, cognitive behavioral therapy increased selfcontrol in 68 %. The results obtained confirm the hypothesis of severe computer addiction in adults and allow us to recommend the proposed strategies for prevention and correction.
