Management of the healthcare organizations in the current conditions: problems and prospects of development
Annotation: The issues of formation of scientific and methodological bases for improving healthcare organizations activity are considered, healthcare system in current market conditions are studied in this article. Such issues as competition between healthcare institutions providing medical services are also studied in this work. Main, crucial functions of control over management and marketing in healthcare institution are considered. Basic tools for improving efficiency of production capacity and financial resources of healthcare institution are suggested.

Review of indicators of transport infrastructure development in Pavlodar region
Annotation: The state of transport infrastructure depends on the economic, social stability and communicability of any connections within the country, so as with other countries. The state program for the development of the territories sets the indicators of direct and final results for the purposeful development of the transport infrastructure. The state of the transport infrastructure is assessed based on an analysis of the achievement of these indicators. The article considers approaches to the analysis of indicators of direct and final results of transport infrastructure under the program of territory development of Pavlodar region.

Joint discussion, construction and use of the economic corridor "China-Mongolia-Russia"
Annotation: At the moment, all three states have already reached mutual understanding on the issue of specific planning in the framework of the creation of the economic corridor "China-Mongolia-Russia". If we consider this project from the point of view of existing prerequisites, development opportunities, favorable conditions and friendly relations between three states, it becomes obvious that at the present moment there is a favorable time, geographical advantages of the area, harmony in human society for the development. In the process of creating an economic corridor, all three states adhere to the principles of "joint discussion", "joint construction" and "joint use", overcome limitations, promote mutual benefit and unified development.

Economic aspects of development of small and medium business in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Migration processes and their impact on social and economic development of region
Annotation: In this article, the migration processes and their influence on socio-economic development of the Pavlodar region are considered. The concept of migrations, factors and types of migration are highlighted.. The demographic cases in the region are studied for research of migration processes and their influence on socialand- economic development of the Pavlodar region. Impact of migration on social-and-economic development of the country can be both positive and negative. Foreign experience of transition to a "green" economy
Annotation: With the purpose of transition of the world economy to a sustainable growth model, the principles of the "green" economy should be integrated into the currently implemented structural reforms. The four main directions that form the "green" economy are highlighted. Structural reform, which connected with directions, can serve as engines of economic growth. Particular attention in passing to the green economy is given to the formation of modern infrastructure, which has the key to ensuring sustainable development and modernization that is an important element of the structural reforms analyzed here. Worldwide, initiatives are emerging at the national level that show that countries are moving towards a "green" economy at their own pace and in the context of their national development goals and priorities. Most countries in the world have recently stepped up their environmental policies to move away from a traditional model in which environmental protection is considered a burden on the economy, to a model in which ecology is recognized as the engine of development, i.e. to the "green" economy.
