International cooperation of the Commonwealth of independent States in countering human trafficking: General characteristics and main directions
Annotation: The purpose of this article is to review the main possible areas of international cooperation of the law enforcement agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States in combating human trafficking. The authors, based on an analysis of the existing international instruments to combat trafficking in persons, reveal details of the main directions of the international cooperation of the CIS countries’ law enforcement bodies, implemented through: the partial transfer of competence, a joint investigation of criminal cases, as well as the extradition of a person for criminal prosecution.

To the study of essence of foreign language training of students
Annotation: Article is devoted to studying the issues of foreign language education and the main approaches to realizing its structure. In this regard the scientific polemic about development of foreign language education and methods of teaching languages is analyzed. Authors recognize the fact that the strategic objective of foreign languages training consists in development of "secondary language personality" properties of the students. In this context the communication of the concept "secondary language personality" with two types of competences that is foreign language and cross-cultural and communicative ones is proved.

Asynchronous electric drive with indirect control of output variables
Annotation: The article provides a mathematical description of an induction motor with a device for indirect control of the electromagnetic moment and angular velocity of an induction motor in an electric drive, which allows substantiating on its basis a method for controlling the output variables of an asynchronous electric motor. A simulation model of an induction motor with an indirect control device for the output variables of an induction motor and the main results of the study are presented.

Development of technology for the purification of water from mercury pollution

Building an optimization model energy-efficient mode of functioning energy-intensive production based on a fuzzy genetic algorithm
Annotation: The article is devoted to solving the optimization problem of finding an energy-efficient mode operation of one of the types of energy-intensive industries with the properties nonlinearity, inertia, and isolation. An optimization model based on a genetic algorithm is considered as a solution method. Moreover, the calculation of the fitness function for the selection of chromosomes is proposed to be calculated on the basis of fuzzy logic
